Mail. app gets hundred of mails coming in all the time

My mail in MacOs 10.6.4 recieves hundreds of dubble emails every minute
What must I do?

Hi seventy one,
Mails are from different addresses many are a multiplicity of the same mail, not all.
Some mail addresse are unknown to me. When I delete them they are coming back again.
Most of them as unwanted.

I am having the same problem, but I think I might know what's causing it. I just updated my girlfriend's iPhone 4S (same phone as mine) to iOS 6 and was surprised to find that her app store is working just fine. When I opened hers, however, I did notice that the "Categories" and "Top 25" buttons are totally different; and those happen to be the two buttons that are not working for me. Mine shows the same that yours does, while hers has the "Genius" and "Charts" buttons in the place of the two that are not functioning for me. I believe these old buttons are no longer active and therefor are bombing out when attempting to access them.
Now I said I think I may understand the problem, but unfortunately I have no idea what the solution may be. Hopefully this tread doesn't fade away and our problem gets addressed.

I'm having this problem but only online. I've confirmed that it is the computer (2007 MacBook), and it only happens when I'm using wi-fi connection. My other MacBook (2010) is connecting with wi-fi fine, and when I plug this MacBook into the ethernet connection it is also doing fine. I've re-started, check the memory, deleted cookies, histories, gone as far as uninstalling and re-installing browswers. Used the System Preferences network diagnostics and got an "all good". Close all apps in the recents tray completely and reboot iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. When I open the Ipad 2 Youtube app, I search for any music videos (MV) to watch, when i find one, i open it and hit the play button, then it beings to load, but after a couple of seconds to minutes, the get a pop up saying "cannot open" and the file doesnt open. This has happened to me to all my videos that I have tried to open.

The same happened to my yesterday night when I was charging my iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1. My first impression was that could it be and auto update (to install iOS 6.1.2) however I'm still on 6.1.
It erased ALL my info and shows the initial configuration wizard......this is totally a mega ***!!!!!!

It sounds like you have got iChat set up in System Preference > Accounts > Login items (in your account)
Items in this List will start up when the Computer Starts Up.
On my Snow Leopard Computer (OS 10.6.8) In Photo Booth there is an iChat icon
This is supposed to put the pic you have selected in Photo Booth to be the iChat Buddy Pic
If you press this it will launch iChat and you have to "Set" or Cancel the Pic selection.
If you choose "Set" the Photo Booth Pic or Video becomes the Buddy Pic (The Video is converted to an Animated .gif)

On old laptop, I got a toolbar type of crawl with RSS feeds. Now have 18.0.2 and do not get to see what is latest all the time. How do I get RSS crawl?

Is the crawl bar available or not for RSS? This was a favorite feature of mine for keeping up on news without having to open a site or click on anything but the headline which interested me. If crawl is no longer available, is there a page to get similar things to old RSS feeds? Can it be done through FaceBook?

How do I get rid of blurred text happens all the time now in Firefox web browser?

Even when I was registering for this forum the text was blurred and multicolored sometimes. Its very annoying and hard to see. This is all the time with Firexfox. Chrome and IE I have no such issues.
Also when I was taking an assessment test for a job application none of the answers took and I was told by the program that it was probably my browser. I used to use IE and never had any of these issues but changed to Firefox as I was informed that the security was better. All these issues have been frustrating to say the least.

Why do I get a non-responding script warning all the time.

Well it happens about every 5 minutes and I don't know why.It causes foxfire to not respond and is making my computer useless.
