Mail is putting my emails in the draft folder even though they have been sent. What gives?
Mail is putting my emails in the draft folder and leaving them there even after they have been sent. This is not happening all the time, but enough that it's annoying. What gives? and how do I fix it?
It happens on both my Mac Air and my iMac. Both are version 10.7.5

If you mean you have several identities in the Office Identities folder then yes. You can delete whatever you don need\want except for your current.
Are you updated to the latest version of Office?
After the restore, navigate to ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/your identity and delete the file called Database. Then rebuild.

Substitute whatever your email account's name is where it states Comcast and see if this helps. The settings would be the same on an IPad as on an iPhone.
Go into Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>and select the Comcast account. From there look at the Outgoing Mail Server. It shoudl list the Comcast SMTP server. Touch that button and it will take you to another settings page for SMTP. It will show you the Primary SMTP server along with other SMTP servers. If the gmail server is listed there, then you can touch on it and turn it off. That should take care of it. The iPhone will try and use the SMTP server you have listed for a particular mail account, however, if that server is unavailable, it will take the next one on the SMTP list until it gets to one it can use. -
In the Options menu I changed the default download location (folder) to a folder I have on my desktop and saved the changes. But this option reverts to the default folder when I turn on my computer and open FF the next day.

I do use CCleaner and just ran it. It did not change the download option folder that I had changed from the default so it appears that this is not cause.

I am wondering why cant the 2010 macbooks access the thunderbolt capabilites on the new thunderbolt display? I think it is pointless and some what disrespectful that they force you to try to buy a new computer if you are interested in the display. The 2010s are still very good and relevant devices and apple prides its self on making devices that are usable for more than one year. In that case the older comps will soon stop being able to be updated.
The Thunderbolt specification and implementation was rolled out starting with the Early 2011 models. For some reason, Apple decided to recycle the connector already being used for the Mini-DisplayPort.
So no, you can't "access" TB capabilities in the older MBP cause the circuitry isn't there. -
My email account got hacked so I changed the password and now when I try to get mail it just says operation can not be completed even though I have typed in my new password what do I do?

Your download or install of the update may have been corrupt. Visit the Mac App Store and re-download the update or visit http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1726 and download the 10.9.2 update combo and re-install.

I currently have my credit card on my iTunes account and when I have no money in my bank account it won't let me download the free apps even though they don't cost anything. How do I stop this so I can download or remove my credit card?
All downloads from iTunes are tied to the account that downloaded it, you can't re-download content via a different account. You checked the spam folder on yourr old account as well as the Inbox, and depending upon how long ago you did it, have you retried getting it reset : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password' ?

I downloaded digital hd copies of movies onto my parents' computer and they have a new computer now, and the movies aren't there, even though they have the same apple ID. What do I do to get them to download?

I have these movies downloaded on the old computer from digital hd redeemed codes: Fantastic Mr. Fox, Super 98, Thor, Inception, The Hunger Games, and Star Trek Into Darkness. I bought Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl on itunes with money, and that one isn't showing up either. When I search it on itunes to see if I can just re-download it, that isn't an option. I would have to buy it again. Home Sharing isn't what I want because the old computer will not be here forever and it is not connected to wifi.

Trying to copy full albums onto my iphone 5s, some (About 25%) albums have "unknown artist" where the artist should be, even though they have the correct artist names in Itunes on my MBP.
Also some albums dont have artwork on the iphone but it is there on itunes on my MBP.
Is there a fix?

I seem to be having the same problem on my Windows 8 laptop... I am able to update my iPod Nano through iTunes but my iPhone is not recognized as a device in iTunes. Have been able to update my iPad until recently. Is this a bug fix that Apple can help with? I'd rather not uninstall all my Apple programs if I can avoid it...

Thanks. I do not think that the phone is stolen as I have been able to get it unlocked and surely the phone would be repoted stolen and blocked. What I do not ubderstand is that I thought icoud was just somewhere to back up your data instead of saving it to your computer if that is the case why is it stopping the actual hone from loading the previous owner rest it to factory settings before selling it but refused to get it unlocked. The phone would work with a Vodaphne sim as I understand it althought I did not try before i gave it to a shop to unlock. surely they would have knon before unlocking that there was a problem with icloud and that they woyld not be able to do it. The phone shop are insisting tgat I pay £40.00 for te unlck which they say is done or tey will not et me have the phone back does what they are saying seem right and is it reasonablefor them to expect me to ay for a dud phone??
