Mail no sincroniza las cuentas google

Hola. Mail, el programa cliente de correo electrónico, no sincroniza las cuentas de google y las pocas veces que lo hace no aparecen los globos (círculo rojo con el número de emails nuevos).
Actualicé Mail en la actualización de hace unos días, pero sigue igual.

To synchronize calendars, you must create a Master Calendar on a device which is visible on the Internet. Mac help refers to this as setting up a Calendar Account.
You cannot sync to a google Calendar or an iCloud Calendar until you create that Master Calendar account on google or iCloud (and add a few items to it).

Cambio del nivel de las cuentas contables por DTW

Buen día a todos.
Tengo una bd a la que se le movio el nivel de las cuentas son mas de 20 cuentas que estan cambiadas, deben tener nivel 5 y están en nivel 2. He intentado modificarlas por dtw, ubicandolas cuentas padres de las cuentas que estan modificadas, las actualizo y todas pasan bien pero la ultima que es la que quiero cambiar no se cambia.
-¿Existe alguna idea para modificarlas de manera masiva sin que se mueva el saldo de las cuentas?,-En el log de mofidificaciones no se registran movimientos en las cuentas padre para que puedan desfasarse esas cuentas. -¿hay alguna causa que pueda generar el cambio de nivel?.

Te comento que lo que estoy haciendo es utilizar la columna de cuenta padre y ubico inclusive toda la secuencia de cuentas padre hasta llegar a la cuenta que quiero cambiar. por ejemplo:
100000000000000 Activos
11000000 - Activos Circulantes
11100000 - Caja y Bancos
11103000 - Cuenta de Banco 2 - Nomina
La que quiero reubicar es la ultima cuenta que debe estar en el ultimo nivel y ahora esta en el 2 a nivel de activo circulante

aparenemene dtw hace la las dos primeras modificaciones pero la ultima no, no se si estoy colocando algo mal, ensi no encuentro la columna de nivel en el template, es por ellos que hago referencia a la cuenta padre.

La cuenta tiene que estar parametrizada como multimoneda o en USD si los soles son moneda local,
al ingresar registro en diario tienes que activar "visualizar en ME".

Mail.app Stopped Working with Google Apps Account

I have accessed my Google Apps e-mail account via Mail.app for many months with no problems. Then all of a sudden yesterday it has stopped working. I can't download new messages no matter what I do, and it does not give me any errors such as wrong username/password. I have tried sending a few test e-mails out and they get sent even though Mail.app shows the message as still being sent endlessly (the blue progress bar goes to about 50% and then just sits there, however the recipient receives the e-mail). Has anyone experienced this problem? It may be a complete coincidence, but I also just upgraded my version of Aperture 2 to Aperture 3 and it has been having all sorts of problems (which others are experiencing as well). Any help is greatly appreciated.

After some searching I have found a solution. I had to delete the contents of the following folder:
~/Library/Mail/myemailaccount/.OfflineCache/
Note: replace "myemailaccount" with the appropriate folder on your computer that represents your e-mail account. Once I deleted the contents of this folder (there were 2 files), and restarted Mail, there were no problems.
Hope this helps a few people in the future!

How to troubleshoot Windows 8 Mail app connectivity issues with Google Business Apps?

My company went to Google Apps last year. I am unable to connect Mail App on Windows 8 to my corporate Google account. I am using m.google.com for server with SSL enabled, but no luck. I also enabled bit locker as my company policy requires device encryption.
Mail App does not give a clear error message. It simple states that this PC does not meet security policies enforced by Google. Please advice. I already made peace when my Nokia Lumia 920 running windows phone 8 does not connect to Google
apps because of a bug that would not turn on device encryption unless requested by Active Sync and it would not turn on with Google sync.
These are annoying issues that Microsoft must fix to gain enterprise support. Here are the settings from my mobile settings page:

Answer is of no use. I tried all the forums and websites. I am not able to connect to corporate google apps because it requires SD card encryption. How do I enable this on windows 8.

Today's enterprise requires that most devices support device encryption and Windows Phone does support device encryption but here is the problem- there is no support for SD card encryption. Even for phones like Lumia 920 that does not have an SD card cannot
connect to Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync due to a bug in the implementation.

This is also a problem for those enterprises that are using google apps and running Microsoft exchange activesync. Take a look at this request and policy that will throw the 85010013 error on your windows phone.

Delete email in mavericks mac mail doesn't work with google app

Hello,
I've got a macbook pro retina. I've received it with mavericks pre-installed, I've done the update to 10.9.1.
I got a google app account it was use previously with mac mail on mac os X 10.8.
I've resetup it with the all mail settings imap shown. The "Auto-Expunge on" is set to "- Immediately update the server. (default)"
The problems are:
- each time I delete a message in inbox it re-appear if I click on another folder (like sent) and go back to inbox.
- if I move a message from inbox to a local folder it doesn't move it, It copy it. Before mavericks that feature was working.
Could you tell me what are the right settings in google app mail to set to work well with mavericks?

Safari/Mail certificate problem with gmail/google

Here is my problem:
I have set-up Mail to use my gmail account through POP. Since yesterday, when I try to get or send mail, mail gives me the error:
Unable to verify SSL server pop.gmail.com
Mail was unable to verify the identity of this server, which has a certificate issued to "pop.gmail.com'. The error was:
You might be connecting to a computer that is pretending to be "pop.gmail.com', and putting your confidential information at risk. Would you like to continue anyway?
I then have the option to show the certificate,cancel or continue. If I hit Continue, nothing happens and mail set itself to offline. If I force Mail back online (Menu Mailbox/Go Online), when it goes on the next automatic check, it turns back offline. After hours of google search, I also tried the option to show the certificate, then drag the icon of the certificate to the desktop, then open the certificate with Keychain in order to add it to the keychain but this did not work for me, keychain refused to open it and if I double-click it on the desktop it opens as a clipping content. If I change the typre/creator to force Keychain to open it, then I got an error "Unable to import an item".
I then tried to access gmail within Safari (not through POP) and I got this error when I tried to login:
Safri cannot establish a secure connection to www.google.com
At the same time, I had no problem to access it with Firefox. Back to google search, I tried to use Safari debug menu to set the security to "Performs Lax Certificate Checks" and then I could access my gmail with Safari. However the problem persists in Mail.
I believe this is a system-wide certificate issue (Firefox not affected because of a diffrent handling of certificates?not much knowledge about certificates). I tried all the standard troubleshooting:
re-boot, logoff, repair permissions, reapply latest security updates, reapply latest OS update, reset Safari, clean-up caches, discarded all mail preferences,clear-up keychain of any google/gmail.
Finally I also found in my searches to try ro download a certicate from Thawte (ThawtePremiumServerCA.cer) and add it to my keychain but this does not solve the problem.
Help will be greatly appreciated
System info: iMac G5 1.6, 1Gb RAM, OS X 10.3.9 (everything up to date according to Software update), internet connection through Airport extreme base station.

Are you saying that this is a well-recognised issue?
Can we assume that the reason for not fixing it is that Nokia want people to use Nokia Messaging instead? It came free with my phone and I did try it. It connected & synchronised well but contacts in headers kept appearing in quotes ("") and when I checked my email from my main IMAP client my sent items included incomplete versions of my emails as well as the finished email - as if it was sending drafts.
I guess I'm sticking with MfE for calendar and IMAP for email...

You did most of this. The serial number will only help identify the iPod as your IF it is recovered.

Mail won't connect to google

How do i fix this??

Hotmail and Gmail are two different mail services. Are you using both?

Hi, I recently updated my computer to Mavericks 10.9.1 and after doing this the mail application on the dock does not let me connect to my gmail account. The message "Mail can't connect to the google account "Google"." Then it asks me to enter my email password, which I know is correct. after this the window goes away but still won't connect to my email. I have tried deleting and setting back up my account and it still asks the same question. I looked up online for a solution and someone said to turn off the two step verification, but I don't know where to find that and I don't know if that is the actual problem. If anyone knows how to fix this please help me. Thanks

If you have Gmail, be sure you have the All Mail folder selected to sync. Workarounds we previously used no longer work in Mavericks. You might need to go into your Gmail Settings in your browser to make the necessary changes.
Use Gmail with Mavericks Mail
If deleting accounts fails to fix....
Go to your User's Library folder. (if you don't know how to find, see this link.)
Scroll to Mail folder.
Select the V2 > MailData folder.
Delete any files in MailData with envelope in the name. (should be 3)
You can test Mail after deleting envelope files. When you open Mail it will re-index your files.
If you still have problems....
Go to Containers in the User's Library folder.
Delete the com.apple.mail folder.
Go to Preferences in the User's Library folder.
If you find any com.apple.mail.plist files, delete these.
Log out under the Apple in the Menu bar
Log in
Open Mail.

Mac Mail stops recieveing mail with Gmail Accounts and Google Apps

We're having some chronic issues with our corporate Google Apps / Gmail service when used with Mac Mail. Regardless of the OSX version... when it's not one thing it's another. It's nice to see that 10.9.4 finally correctly inserts the proper, full username in the SMTP field for Google Apps users.
We still have some problems where users stop receiving mail silently in the middle of their workday. It wouldn't be such an issue, except that Mac Mail pretends nothing is wrong and suddenly the person realizes they are 3 hours behind on their emails. Magically, quitting and re-opening mail resolves the issue. Even more disturbing, is this article on apple support which lists this stupidity as the official workaround

I suppose one could argue that Outlook 2011's integration with gmail accounts is even worse. There's something to be said about "AirMail" being the #2 app in all the appstore currently. Clearly Apple and Google aren't putting their best foot forward to make this work.
I guess what I'm looking for is something concrete other than "Restart Mail to get mail coming in again". Is there some workaround to see the connection status to see if something is stalled?

Googles version of an IMAP system works poorly with most clients. If you are going to use it then choosing a client that works the way Google wants them too is a wise course.
Of that breed MailPlane is easily the best, AirMail is a solid second.

Buenas Tardes. Quien me puede apoyar?? La contadora de la empresa me ha pedido le apoye a dar de alta una Cuenta Contable, sólo que ella me pregunta: Dónde se define la naturaleza de la cuenta?? es decir dónde se le indica que es una cuenta Acredora o una Cuenta Deudora.

Si es contadora, bastara con que se fije en el cajon correspondiente en el catalogo de cuentas, tan simple como eso

How can I stop message coming up at login stating "Mail can't connect to Google account Blue Yonder?

When my mac powers on, the Safari icon jumps up and down until I open it and the above message comes up. I can log in to my blue yonder account via virgin media website(my provider) I'm not bothered if mail can't connect to it but would like to stop this as it's a bit annoying every time . Doesn't help that I'm not very techie!

Shelannie, uninstall your mail account from your mac and reinstall it - this has worked for me
