There's nothing wrong with your Mac. One of your PC friends/co-workers has had his address book compromised and the malware is sending out emails from his address book as if they came from the person who's name is in their address book.

There have been no viruses or other malware reported for iOS devices. You do not have a virus on your device. but your email may have been hacked. Contact your email service provider.

It sounds as though someone hacked into your email account and/or the account of one of your friends and stole email addresses to use as sender and recipient for spam messages.
Since the damage is already done so to speak, there isn't a whole lot to do but: do change your email address and send out an email to your friends that the other emails are not from you and not to open or click on anything contained in them.
Unfortunately, this is happening more and more.

These message yoy are receiving are probably just a particular type of spam. However it is also possible (unlikely) that your email account is being used to send spam, and that these are the bounce messages.
To tell the difference, you need to look at the email headers. Open the message, then go to the View menu and select Message -> All Headers.
Select the text and post it back here (remembering to obscure your own email address first).

Emails that were sent out of my account that i did not send that resulted in failed attempts

When checking my emails today. I noticed four emails that had apparently been sent at 4:00 am that I did not send. They appeared in the inbox as failed emails.
I am not sure what to do about this.

Phone Sent Text Message That I Did Not Send

My friend received a text message from me that I did not send. She showed me her phone, that it came from my phone.
I showed, my text messages and that I did not.
When she responded to it, the message did come back to me.
What my phone hacked? Was her phone hacked? What could have caused this?

While I have people tell me that all the time, I also see some of these same people leave their phones on the counter in the next room. This is not in their "possession the entire time" even though they claim it to be. You would be the first person I have EVER seen with their phone in their "possession the entire time". It is simply not the case in most situations.

I am in the middle east and I was calling a land line in Mexico but that should not have mattered. Moreover, the person I was speaking to told me they had gotten other text messages from me that know I never sent. I called my phone company (AT&T) and was told the problem was not with the system but with my Iphone. They suggested someone was using app that mimicked my phone number. Is such a think possible?

My iPad sent email I did not write and send. "Something" composed a email and sent it to two people in my address book. I found out as one of the emails was sent to a closed account and then returned it to me as undeliverable. I know I did not send the email which contained a link to Canadian pharmacy.

Not a spoof, after first email was returned I went to the sent folder and found the returned email and an additional email to another working address, both sent at the same time.

Friend received a text from me saying that to read the text he should hit the download button that i did not send

Just got a text from a friend that claims he received a text from me. This text told him that to "receive my text" he needed to hit a download button that was in the text. i DID NOT send him any text! This is alarming! I immediately changed my Apple ID and password. Should i be worried? Has anyone experienced this and what does it mean?!

Perhaps your friends phone has been hacked.
Unless yours has been jailbroken, it has not been hacked.
It would seem far more likely that your friend has the issue, than you.

Yahoo mail sent from iPhone 4 that I did not send

There have been two messages that show they were sent from my iPhone yahoo account (set up in the regular mailbox, not another application for email) that are links. Other than the link, it only says it is sent from iPhone. The message is not shown in my sent mail (like all other messages I send), and it gets sent to a few random recipients from my contact list (not the entire list).
Is this a virus? Would it be coming from some application I have on the phone? Please help! I don't want to have my phone sending people random links!

You should change your password and not use the same password for most of your on-line accounts, most people are lazy and don't use different passwords because they can't remember them all. You should begin changing your passwords and using a password management tool to help you remember. If you need help choosing one Google "OS X Password Managers" to find some reviews.

When people receive emails which appear to come from their own address but they haven't sent they naturally tend to be concerned: however it's most unlikely that anyone has hacked their account, they've just been targeted by one of two common spammers' techniques: both arise because it's all too easy to forge the 'from' address on messages to be something other than the real one.
There are two things that can happen. One is that the sender has forged the 'from' address to be the same as the 'to' address (so other people will see it coming from themselves, not you), presumably in the hope of confusing spam filters. It's harmless, if extremely annoying. Delete it (never ever answer spam or try to unsubscribe from it), and you don't need to be worried about it.
The other problem is that a spammer is forging your address as the 'from' address on a whole batch of messages. The first thing you hear about this is when you start getting bounce messages because the spam has been sent to non-existent addresses and is being bounced to you. There's no point at all in responding to it. It's infuriating but normally stops after a bit as they move on to another forged address.
There isn't really anything you can do about it: closing the account isn't really worth the hassle unless you are totally swamped, because you will have to tell everyone your new address. Apple can't really do any more than they already are about spam.
