Mail sent from outlook to specific email id bouce back.

Question

Hi,
we have outlook 2007 where a email profile is created and if this user send mail using outlook to [email protected] it  will bounce back, but we he send the mail to same email id using mail2web website the mail gets delivered.
when mail bounce back it has a error message as below
Failed Recipient: [email protected]
Reason: Remote host said: 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [66.228.116.9] blocked using all.spamrats.com; SPAMRATS IP Addresses See:
http://www.spamrats.com/bl?66.228.116.9

Is there a solution for this.
Please give a step by step answer to solve this.

As the error says, the mail message is bouncing because the recipients mail server is blocking the senders IP address as being spam blacklisted. The recipients mailserver is obviously using the spamrats list (not one I've seen before), and that has you listed
on their blacklist.
You'd need to follow up with spamrats as per the link in the bounce message, and get your IP address removed from their blacklist. From the page itself it indicates that there's something about your server address, specifically the reverse DNS record for
it, which it believes fails their tests. I imagine they should be able to provide more detailed info on what is required to resolve it.
The good news though is that if you check
http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a66.228.116.9&run=toolpage you'll see that they're currently the only blacklist that has your IP address listed.
