For some reason, the mail server bounces the email sent to local network users and returns a "user unknown" error. The same error is received when an email from an external domain is sent to one of the open directory associated email addresses.
However, sending email from these accounts works just fine, just like sending and receiving email associated with the diradmin account.

This is ravi shankar....my senarion is Mail --> XI --> File... i am testing this senarion in sxmb_moni transaction...but its not working its showing "no messages found" error... i have an xml file as an attachement in my mail inbox...i keep that mail as unread....... my xml file is like this

Hi,
Which mail server you are using ? Just go in to the inbox folder of your mail server and check if the message is present or not. Also check in the adapter monitoring whether there is any problem with the mail message. Can you plz more details about your mail server? How are accessing mails??

RStudio Server ROracle internal error

I've setup RStudio server and pointed it to use an existing R (2.13) installation. ROracle works fine when accessed from R, but the same does not work from RStudio web-interface.

There is an existing path environment variable defined

RStudio web-interface was giving me the above mentioned issue. I added the path in /etc/rstudio/rserver.conf and restarted the RStudio server but the problem still exists.

ORACLE_HOME is an environment variable pointing to the directory where the Oracle software is installed. The Oracle System ID (SID) is used to uniquely identify a particular database on a system. Users can set the ORACLE_SID environment variable to work on a particular database. If you don't know the correct path to use for ORACLE_HOME or the value for the SID, try checking with your DBA or Systems Administrator. Hope it helps!

Account Information Not Recognized: An error occurred at the server : An internal error has occurred in the secLdap plugin.

I get the above error whenever I try to logon to InfoView. My LDAP accounts work for CMC. Any Suggestions? I read somewhere it has something to do with my dn having the following content:
distinguisheName CN=Hill\, Patrick,OU-Users,OU=GBH,OU=Facilities,DC=tenethealth,DC=net
It stated something about the CN containing slashes, commas, or spaces don't remember. Does anyone know how to fix this. I've also read it's a problem with the secLdap.dll but I haven't found any solid solution on how to resolve.

There was a rather old patch about this in some of the Hotfix Readme's. ADAPT00527068. Seems to affect various *nix deployments but was supposed to be fixed around the XIR2 MHF1 release. If you're on a later service pack, consider installing a sandbox and seeing if it's a regression bug.

Thanks. Where could I possibly look for a firewall rule. I knowingly did not creat any. My system has internet coming to a Modem which then is connected to a wireless router. I have computers connecting to the router through cable as well as wireless. One of these computers has been our mailserver using Mercury and Pegasus and that computer has a static IP address. The Mac Mini also has been assigned a different srtatic IP address. I have only set up user account, none of them an email account as I initially expect them to receive only internal mails. Is it necessary that I must set up an email id for each user while setting up the user account. My server id is server.local. So would the email id for local users be [email protected]?

SAP Client to the SAP Server: internal Error (-1102)[Message 131-183]

Hi,
We are using Windows 2008 Server R2, SQL 2008 Standard, SAP B1 8.81 PL08.
When we trying to connect SAP Client to the SAP Server. There has internal Error (-1102) occurred. We can view the database on client, but we always get the same error message after enter the User ID and Password. We have checked the native client and it is installed and also opened the following ports: 1433, 30000, 30001. We have tried to open all of firewall, but itu2019s no use.
When I set a computer in to the engine room and set the network connection, this one can connect SAP Client to the SAP Server.
But when client connect to server by VPN, the IP address will not in the same section. Then We tried to set the IP address has the same network section with the server, but it's still disable.
I set a computer for SAP Server without firewall, complex network, virtual IP and no router in my office. And use a SAP Client which is in different network domain to connect to SAP Server by internet, not VPN, but the SAP Client still canu2019t connect to SAP Server. I get the same internal Error (-1102).
It can not only ping to SAP Server IP, but telnet to the port 1433, 30000, 30001, 445.
When I use a pc with server tools, it can connect to the SAP Server by the localhost license. But if I use a computer only install client and assign the server license. The latter one always got the error.
How could we solve this problem? Is there has another setting I am missing which might be blocking the connection?

Hi,
We are using VPN and using Terminal Licensing or Remote Desktop Conneciton.
The idea here is VPN will connect you to the network and when you are connected to the network
dont use the direct LAN IP connection use the Terminal Licensing to connect.
Again both are needed VPN and Terminal Licensing. VPN for the connection and if successfully connected
use or connect from Terminal Licensing or Remote Desktop connections.

HT4864 I am getting a triangle with an exclamation point next to my inbox...it says: There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account "MobileMe" or try again. The server returned the error: Mail was unable to log in

I can send but cannot recieve email
This is the messege I am gewtting:

The server returned the error: Mail was unable to log in to the IMAP server “p02-imap.mail.me.com” using “Password” authentication. Verify that your account settings are correct.
The server returned the error: Service temporarily unavailable

Also if I go to system preferences accounts and re-enter the password it fixes the glitch sometimes.
