Mail should be stored in SWBP using SO_OBJECT_SEND

Hi all
I got a problem using SO_OBJECT_SEND. whenever i am sending a mail through the mentioned module i am getting mail in the UNREAD DOCUMENTS in SBWP. But wheever i click on that mail and after reading the mail it is getting deleted from UNREADDOCUMENT folder. And that mail is not available in the DOCUMENTS folder where we can get mail after reading. can anyone give me a solution so that it should be there in the DOCUMENTS folder.

My Requirement is V_SENDER can be any user of that SAP system,noot particularly logged in user.
I tried using this functionality my sy-subrc is zero. but i am not able to get any mails with that user name in V_SENDER.
Do i need to do any further settings or any more code is required.
Even i tired giving SUBMIT rsconn01 .
still its not working.
Please suggest any solutions if we have.

There is one issue while sending external email using SO_OBJECT_SEND functional module.
1. The body of the mail is also included as attachment.

It's great, but how can I make this function work in background??
I had that needed last year too. See attachment a function group with two functions. The second one has that functionality to send email or fax (SAP office) with attachment objects in background job using SO_ATTACHMENT_INSERT function.
Pay attention because its working with output list from spool converted to pdf.

Using so_object_send twice in the same report

Hello All,
I have a requirement in which i need to send a mail with a certain text to a receiver1. Then in the same report i need to send another text to another receiver2.
I am calling the function module so_object_send twice to do this.But only one mail is sent with both the receivers in the same mail.But the requirement is that two seperate mails should go to two different receivers.What can be the problem?

I hope you are clearing the work areas & Internal table after the 1st FM SO_OBJECT_SEND is called.
Flow should be as follows:
1) Populate 1st receiver & Email details
2) Call FM "SO_OBJECT_SEND"
3) Clear Work area & Refresh Internal tables
3) Populate 2nd receive & Email details
3) Call FM "SO_OBJECT_SEND".

Make sure that you choose Mail>View>Show Mailbox List, then hover your cursor over one of the subordinate mailbox categories, and you should see "Show." Next click on "Show."

Mail Invoice in PDF as Email using Workflow

Dear all,
We are having a requirement to mail the invoice to the customer using worflow.
The workflow has to execute on a certain date and mail should be sent to Customer which will have invoice as attachment in PDF form. Everything shld happen automatically.
Is there any standard workflow available for this ?
Is it possible to have a direct link with message type config in NACE ?

In NACE, in the FORM routine convert the Smartform or SapScript form to PDF and use the FM 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1' to send this file as an attachment to the required receipient.

How to access the e-mails which are stored in different folders via Mac

Hi guys, I am new to Mac. My problem is about the setting of Mac Mail.
There are 8 folders with my hotmail account in order to automatically sort e-mail into folders. I only can get the e-mails of inbox folder via Mac Mail software. I am wondering how to access the other e-mails which are stored in other folders.

I don't think that things have changed going from 10.5 Mail to 10.6 Mail in this regard (I need to log on to my laptop more often). So, assuming that my premise is correct, in the left hand column of the mail window, underneath your inbox, drafts, sent, trash, and junk mailboxes, there should be the descriptive name of your mail account, written in gray capital letters, with a gray triangle to the left of that name. If the gray triangle is pointing to the right, click on it so that it points downward. That will expand the account view of mailboxes on the server. You should be able to see all of the other folders.

If you want to make your user library remain visible, go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder.

Mail keeps quitting when opening message using Mavericks - any solution

Using MacBook Pro 2010, installed Mavericks, opened Mail. When opening messages, Mail quits. Is my problem unique - is there any fix?

This worked for me:
* open Internet Accounts in System Preferences;
* inactivate all accounts that are linked to Mail
(as soon as I had inactivated my @me account, Mail opened but wasn't responsive, eating up lots of CPU)
* open Mail - should work now, just without any accounts
* go to mail preferences and activate each account one by one
(it seems as if Mail cranks up CPU usage after each activation, but it calms down after a few moments)
Now Mail works again perfectly.

Use following steps to import apple mail to outlook:
Choose Mailbox->Export Mailbox, or choose Export Mailbox from the Action pop-up menu
Choose a folder or create a new folder where you want to store the exported mailbox.
Outlook for Mac: Choose File->Import Mailboxes. Select the mail application you want to import messages from.
If it does not work then you should use third party apple mail to pst applications. You can easily search in Google about these applications.
