Mail4Exch Home screen keeps disappearing ( 34.001)

Since going to 34.001 (yesterday) on a new E52 the Mail for Exchange Home screen on the Standby screen keeps disappearing as I navigate towards the message summary.
The Mail global settings > home screen settings are correct.
To get it back I have to power cycle the phone or go in to the Mail global settings > home screen and change and re change the settings.

I,ve had this problem and the only thing you can do is long press the menu key, elect home screen and it will come back ! Very annoying, but tends to be intermittant, may go a few weeks without a problem, then occur for several days, if you get a solution please post !!

Nokia n97 mini home screen keeps disappearing

Hi all
I have only had my 97 mini for a week now and it is by far the worst phone I have ever owned. I have spent over 12 hours trying to get it working correctly, but alas I am ready to give up. If I leave the phone sitting for over 15-30 minutes and come back to it my home screen is gone. Only the two black key boxes are left at the bottom of the screen with no text in them. I have no clock either just my wallpaper and signal strength. To reload the home screen I press menu key and look in open apps, then hit home icon to reload the widget. I have tried a hard reset, updating firmware and now formatting memory and hard rest. So far no luck.
I have found when I have no messaging services loaded ie. exchange or nokia email, the issue it is not as frequent.
Can anyone shed any light on what the cause of this isuse is please? I am ready to throw it out the window. My sony C702 had a few issues, but they are very minor when compared to this piece of crapola.
What a wast of time, Nokia can I jhave my 12 hours back please????

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

My Droid Razr M home screen keeps crashing after the update. Can it be reversed?

My Droid RAZR M is now a paperweight. The home screen keeps crashing. I'm forced to access anything by sliding down the main screen and going to the new settings area, which I discovered. I tried forcing the app to stop, but that didn't do anything. I cleared the cache, disabled it - nothing. I HATE THIS! I want to make it go away. Is there anything short of resetting the phone that can UN-update the update?
Oh, and also, now my texts are Google talk - ugh. double ugh.

Not even factory reset will roll back the update. My issue was a loss of the ability to connect to WiFi anytime after about 20 minutes after reboot.
The only thing I can suggest is to call tech support and let them walk you through a couple of routines and then they can send out a replacement phone. (It's what I had to do.) My issue is that the replacement is running 4.1.2 and now my FitBit won't work with it. I wish I did not upgrade from 4.2. (Maybe another release?)

If the Slide to Power Off option is coming up, that suggests your power button isn't working correctly and is sticking.
Best thing to do is bring the phone to an Apple store (make an appointment first) and have a Genius take a look at it.

Iphone 5 ios 6.1.4 edit home screen keep prompting.

My iphone 5 started prompting edit home screen ocassionally. I have to keep pressing the dismiss button. I will like to know why is this message keep appearing and what can i do to stop it.
My iphone encountered missing battery percentage indicator recently without touching any setting on the phone. i went into the setting to activate it. Once i activated it, this is the first time the edit home screen message appear. Now and then, the edit home screen message will appear ocassionally when i unlock my iphone from the lock screen. Suddenly all incoming Text messages only appear on my home screen and disappear when opened, What happened?

Two days ago all my text messages became scrambled. I get notified when a new message appears on my locked home screen, but when I open them up, they disappear until I answer the thread. Unfortunately, I can't read the entire message when it is on the locked home screen. When I reply, other texts are mixed in under the person's thread I am trying to answer. I deleted all old texts in hope that this would resolve itself, but it became worse! I have not changed any setting. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!

Same thing is happening to me whethere the texts are received on the imessage or other text message apps. The message is showing on the lock screen halfway and when I try to pull it it is not here. This is happening since IOS 7. Is there still a glitch??

Slide lock on home screen has disappeared

This is about the security feature you have to use each time you start up the Droid X -- i.e., the image of the combination padlock that you drag to the right. That feature disappeared a while ago (before I upgraded to 2.2) and hasn't come back. So how do I get it back again? I've gone through the security settings and can't seem to find that option. (Note that I am not talking about the password lock or the pattern lock, just the simple slide lock.)

If slider was disabled at time of update the slider remains disabled because there isnt any options to enable it, only solution it to hard reset. Since I upgraded to OS X Mavericks the files on my home screen keep flashing.

Since I upgraded to OS X Mavericks, my desktop screen will flash like it's going to shut down. All the files I have on my desktop screen will intermidiately flash about every 15 seconds or so. Any thoughts? My computer doesn't shut down and the screen I am working in is fine but something is going on. HELP!

Sounds similar to what I was experiencing. If you use Google Drive, open Google Drive preferences and turn off "Show file sync status and right click menu". Should stop the aggravating crashes every 60 seconds.

Home screen icons disappearing and 'hang up' key not working

My device is a Curve 9330 running OS 6.0 Bundle 1659. This phone has worked great for several months. I noticed that the red 'hang up' key stopped working a few days ago. Around that time, I installed a few apps which have worked fine, except I noticed that one, the New York Time Crossword, did not show up on the menu. I could run the app fine from AppWorld. Today, I noticed that my messages icon is gone.
I have uninstalled the apps I recently installed, and have performed several battery pulls. Nothing is fixing this. I cannot end a call and I cannot get my icons to appear (even in Show All mode).

Truthfully I'm a bit puzzled in how to assisst you.
1. Icon missing: let's try re-sending your service books: go to options > host routing table ....now click on menu key and register.
Now do a battery pull while phone is ON.
If this restores your missing icons...then make a call and see if it can be ended.
If End call still not working: make sure the key is properly seated in the housing (was the phone dropped) ....signs of this is key feeling "hard" and needing more pressure.
Tilt the phone and see if flush or just slightly raised....if it is press down on raised part it will click in.

My iphone 6plus show the previous carrier name on the home screen, i already reset the network setting but it still happened.

i just change my carrier from Maxis to Celcom, however the carrier name on my home screen keep changing to my previous carrier which is Maxis. I aready reset the network setting but it still happened.

Once the meeting had started for 1 hour, the meeting appointment in home screen will disappear !!!

Time 8.20 Calendar in Home Screen will display Test Meeting 9.00 - 12.00
Time 9.20 Calendar in Home Screen will display Test Meeting 9.00 - 12.00
Time 10.20 Calendar in Home Screen will display (nothing)

Hi,
AFAIK that's the usual way on all S60 phones (though I could be wrong on that for older phones).
The home screen shows the meeting for 1 hour. Then it shows either the next meeting or the text "No more entries today". compared to the text "No calendar entries today" if you do not have any meetings for this specific day.
BTW, you will probably not get any response from Nokia here as this is a user to user forum.

Home screen crashing

I just upgraded my iPod Touch to iOS7.1 and my home screen keeps crashing where it goes to a black background with the apple icon and a line underneath. Wasn't this bug one of the features supposedly fixed with this new update?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Home screen goes blank after making calls with OS 4.0 (3G)

Since the OS 4.0 update, my home screen keeps going blank (black) after making/receiving a phone call. I have to turn the iPhone off and back on again to gets the Apps back up on screen.
Anyone else having this problem?

I have had a similar problem. After I make a call, the screen goes black and a random keyboard comes up and does nothing. I have to wait for a while untill it works again
