Mailbox DB copy alternating between Resynchronizing and Disconnected and Resynchronizing

We have run into this issue before. but I wanted to see if anyone can help me pinpoint a cause and potentially a fix.
My Environment:
exch1: 2008r2, version 10 sp3, rollup8-v2; ver #:(14.3 build 123.4)
this box has a LAN: 192.168.1.100 and a backupnet: 182.168.100.100
exch2: 2008r2, version 10 sp3, rollup8-v2; ver #:(14.3 build 123.4)
this box has a LAN: 192.168.1.101 and a backupnet: 182.168.100.101
drexch: 2008r2, version 10 sp3, rollup8-v2; ver #:(14.3 build 123.4)
this box has a LAN: 192.168.10.100 NOTE: this box is in another facility connected over a WAN and a VPN between the two sites)
As the title suggests, I have a mailbox db copy that always alternates from Resynchronizing to Disconnected and Resynchronizing
Currently, my exch2 box hosts the DB and the copies are being sent to drexch and exch1.
As for dag networks, I have 2 networks defined.
Network1 uses all the LAN ip address
It is defined as such
Subnets
192.168.1.0/24
192.168.10.0/24
Network Interfaces
192.168.10.100
192.168.1.100
192.168.1.101
Network 2 uses all the backupnet ip address
It is defined as such:
Subnets
182.168.100.0/24
Network Interfaces
182.168.100.100
182.168.100.101
The only thing that will temporarily resolve this issue is if I disable replication over the backupnet DAG network. After that, the DB copy will return to Healthy and the copy queue length returns to 0.
We had this all working properly, replication was enabled on both DAG networks, and it all worked until this last Thursday, I installed windows updates and it updated all 3 exchange boxes to sp3 rollup8-v2
I updated the exchange boxes in this order
exch2 as it was the passive. After a reboot I performed a DB copy move to exch2, then after all were healthy, I updated exch1 and rebooted. After that I installed updates on drexch and rebooted. What was interesting was, drexch was disconnected
and had a copy queue of like 100000. I right clicked and enabled the sync. it took a while but eventually went down to 0. After that, this is when the issues seemed to have started. I am not saying they are related, but they might be.
Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

Hi,
It's recommended to have two NICs for each DAG member, one for MAPI and the other for Replication. Generally, we enable replication traffic on Replication network, and disable on MAPI network.
Please check the network setting on server drexch in DR site, make sure you configure network settings properly. And make sure MAPI network is at the top of the connection order.
Have you tried to reseed database on server drexch to check result?
If you don't, you can reseed database on server drexch to check if this issue persists.

No. I don't believe that would be allowed with the SDK. You could always email them to yourself.

Call alternating between earpiece and loudspeaker

I have a Sony Z1The last few days when i answer a call I will start the call using the ear speaker (phone held to ear) however after a while the phone begins to alternate between the ear speaker and the loudspeaker and eventually after about 15 seconds i just have to end the call. I don't know if it was an app update on the phone or my SW3 update that is causing the issue.
I have tried clearing a few apps but that does not seem to have helped.
Now not sure if linked but i have a new set of Sony Bluetooth earphones also that sometimes starts and stops when playing music. I thought it might have beenthe earphone battery going flat but it was doing it also when fully charged.
Anyone had similar? I have seen the post where calls go directly to loudspeaker but i thought this was different.

Started to happen again today however the cache was empty. This time however the call alternated between all the options (earpiece, speaker and headphones). I conducted a factory reset and it still occurred. I am now stuck for answers.
Another issue I am getting at the same time is my wifi disconnects and says ' temporarily avoiding poor signal ' when the signal in the wifi section shows full wifi signal?
UPDATE;
I had been getting notifications in the notification bar that 'Smart Connect' had headset connected when there was definetly no headset connected. During a call it was again alternating between the different options of earpiece, headset and bluetooth. I subsequently uninstalled allupdates for Smart connect, but i still had call issues. I have now disabled smart connect and will wait to see if this solves the issue. I am now hopeful that this is the problem. Next would be to find out if it is a software or hardware issue.

Cannot copy/paste between X11 and Aqua after 10.5.7 update

I'm stumped. After updating to 10.5.7 I am unable to cut/paste between xterm and Text Editor or any other Aqua-based app (email, browser, etc...). I can cut/paste between Aqua apps. And I can cut/paste between X11 apps, but X11 <-> Aqua just does not work. Commands pbpaste and pbcopy work great and are a temp fix, but I cannot work this way much longer. Going back to Linux is looking more and more attractive.

Put the image on a server and use the html code
Create another user account and see if X11 behaves normally in the new account. If it does, you know the problem must then reside in your own configuration settings.

Copy&paste between textedit and javachat

I'm running a MacBook Pro 2.4GHz intel OSX 10.5.6. I moderate a java chat room and keep broadcasts and IP#'s in text edit and so copy and paste between the two. But lately I'm running into a loss of this ability. I can copy and paste within textedit or within the java chat, but not between them. When it first began happening a reboot was enough to bring that function back, but now I'm having to run onyx to repair permissions etc. to get it right again. How do i fix this? When the room's busy, i really need that function. I don't know if this is related, but got this message after the last permission repair...

My customer requirement are the following topic:
1. need condition type (item) to input FIX AMOUNT in Quotation
2. once copy Quotation to Sales Order Condition have to copy not depend on quantity
for example
QUOTATION#1
=item#1 quantity 20 PC
=condition#1 fix amount 100 USD
================================ copy Quotation to SO
SO#1
=item#1 quantity 2 PC
=condition#1 fix amount 100 USD <----- full copy and not depend on quantity
But on my setting I get Sales Order 2 PC with condition#1 10 USD ....
I need the way to Configure or Customize (need configure if have)

This handing charge is agreement between my customer and thier customer to keep fix amount per sales order.
such as 1 quotations per item has handing charge 100 usd per 10 TON product
if thier customer would like to split delivery (open sales order) 10 times, they have to earn 100 usd / 10 times.
so this is the meaning for this condition.

Copying files between iPod and PC

I have iTunes running on my G5, and I want to copy files from the iPod to my computer, is this possible? If not, then why not? It seems like an obvious option, yet my computer won't allow it. I'm quite angry about this, as I intended to use my iPod as a storage system anyway... this is frustrating me significantly.

Do you mean files in general or songs from the iPod to iTunes? If you want to use it as a removable drive then enable it for disk use. When connected it will mount on the desktop and you can open it in Finder: Using your iPod as a storage drive
If you want to transfer songs from it and you have any iTMS purchases, the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers has been introduced with iTunes 7. A paragraph on it has been added to this article:: Transfer iTunes Store purchases using iPod
The transfer of non iTMS content such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there's a manual method of copying songs from your iPod to your Mac. If you prefer something more automated there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve music files and playlists from your iPod, this is just a selection. Dynamic routing alternative between ASA and edge routers?

This is the current setup between two edge routers and an ASA 5580. The edge routers carry approximately 9200 BGP routes with ISP A also supplying the default route. Is there a good, i.e. has been successfully implemented, dynamic routing situation between the edge routers and ASA such that the ASA can send traffic to the particular edge router that carries the best specific route?

Let's remember that the ASA was built as a High-Level Next Generation Firewall.
That does not mean it's not useful for routing but here we are talking about thousands of routes, I do not think there will be a performance issue on the FW because of that. I mean you have one of the greatest Cisco Firewalls (functionality and power speaking).
So if that's the case and you really want to do that you will need to implement either RIP,EIGRP,OSPF on the link and then do the redistribution on the routers.

Copy contacts between PC and Nokia N95 8GB without...

Hello...
I have Nokia N95 8GB.
I have 300 contacts stored on my PC from previous phone which was Nokia N90. What I want to do is to copy my contacts from my PC to my Nokia. But without PC Suite, without any synchro, just to copy them like in windows explorer, copy folder and paste folder.
Is this possible? I mean, I can do this, but don't know where to place them inside Nokia folder tree - I want them to be visible inside address book...

I am not sure this will resolve your problem but you could try with this.
1. Remove Previous phone plugins from Library/phone plugins (If any files are there)
2. Delete files from User/Library/caches/
3. Remove chaches from System/library/chaches
4. Download and install iSync plugin from Nokia website
Make sure you have installed all available updates from Apple using Software Update and your phone firmware is updated.
Are you getting any specific error messages?

Unfortunately, the VBOx docs can be pretty spotty.
What is your guest OS?
What is your host OS?
From you example above it appears you are working with Ubuntu on one side or the other, but it it is not clear if that is host or guest. If we can get that clarified perhaps we can offer some more assistance.

Copy data between productive and test system

If you need to copy data from one system to another maybe you can do a Data Refresh or a SAP_DATA System Copy.
If you wan't only to copy data from 1 Cube to another in other system you shoul'd try transforming the data on the Cube to a Report or maybe an ODS and then dowload it to a CVS archive, and then make a Transformation From PC_FILE to ODS and Cube o from PC_FILE to Cube.

Can't copy music between Mac and Windows

Here's my configuration:
PC: Windows 7, Itunes 10.7
Mac: 10.6.8, Itunes 10.7
Both are on the same minor release, 21
The behavior I'm observing:
I use Home Sharing from both computers, using the same Apple ID on both.
On the PC, I can see the Mac's music library, and I can copy items from that library to the PC. I cannot copy an item from the PC to the Mac
On the Mac, I can see the PCs library listed, but when I click on it, it acts as though it's making a connection, but the connection never completes.
I have attempted to do this with two separate Apple IDs. This worked just fine before the iTunes 10.7 installation.
Any thoughts on what might be going on?

Yes, both are authorized.
I tried exporting the "Library" on the PC (that's where 95% of the tunes are) and imported them onto the Mac and only the tunes that are resident on the Mac show up in the imported list. It does show ALL the playlists but like I said, only those songs that are already resident on the Mac show up.

Copying software between Leopard and Lion

Hi,
Recent Mac convert here, I downloaded a student copy of Form-Z modelling software and while I know for a fact the programme itself is compatible with Lion, the installer uses Rosetta, so won't install on my macbook pro. I still have the Leopard disks for the home Imac, so it's my understanding that I can reinstall Leopard on the Imac, install the software on Leopard, then copy it across to Lion on the macbook, bypassing the installer.
But how do I copy the installed software from leopard to lion on the macbook? Do I just copy the icon onto my portable hard drive?
Apologies if this has an obvious answer, but after a decade of using windows, I'm basically starting over again.

Mailbox quotas are different between EMC and shell commandlets output

Exchange 2013 SP1, Win2012-based AD.
Recently I increased default mailbox quotas settings on our mail database from 1 to 2 Gb. As earlier quotas for several mailboxes were set individually and no list of those mailboxes was kept, I decided to find all those mailboxes. So I run the following
command:
Get-MailboxDatabase | Get-Mailbox | fl name,EmailAddresses,*quota >c:\temp\quotas.txt
Looking through the generated file, I discovered a score of mailboxes with explicit quotas. However, when I opened their settings in the EMC, all the quotas were displayed as 'Unlimited'. Further investigation showed that if I set specific
quota settings on those mailboxes using the EMC, they are displayed correctly by the Get-Mailbox commandlet. However, if I set them back to 'Unlimited' in the EMC, Get-Mailbox continued to return the previous explicit settings. The only way to correct it was
setting those values to 'Unlimited' using the Set-Mailbox commandlet.
AD replication is healthy. There is no AD-related errors in the Application logs of our database servers. Other mailboxes with explicit quotas behave normally.
How can it be?

Hi,
I tested in my lab, in Exchange 2010, the command Get-Mailbox could display the correct quota settings after I changed it to unlimited via the EMC.
But in Exchange 2013, mine is Exchange 2013 RTM, the command Get-Mailbox didn't display the correct quota settings after I changed it to unlimited using the EAC.
Currently, there is no related official document about this issue. Thanks for understanding.
