Mailbox Export Started then Account Deleted - Export still InProgress

We had a user whose email export process was started but then the account was deleted before the export finished. Running "Get-MailboxExportRequest" displays this:
Name                 Mailbox         Status
MailboxExport1                       InProgress
I cannot "Remove-MailboxExportRequest" because the Mailbox does not exist. The Exchange 2010 server has been rebooted but this lingers.
Is there any way to stop this and prevent it from starting again?

Do you use the following command to remove the export request?
Get-MailboxExportRequest | Remove-MailboxExportRequest
If not, please run this command to check result.

    I have recently upgraded to CC. I am trying to export still frames as a jpg from After Effects CC
    CS 5.5 (and previous versions) allowed me to use the shortcut ctrl+alt+s to add the current frame to the render queue as a still frame.  I would then change the format via the output module.
    The same shortcut in CC opens a dialogue box with psd as the only available output format. Composition> Save Frame As > File... also results in psd format with no other options.
    Is there a simillar simple process for exporting a still frame jpg via the render queue?

    This is the expected behavior when you have never rendered a comp from a newly installed version of AE. It's worked this way since at least AE 6.5 (the oldest version I have installed on a nearby computer to compare). The output module needs to have a destination for the file, so when you invoke the Save Frame As File command for the first time it brings up the Save As dialog. For the same reason, if you were to add a comp to the Render Queue directly it won't allow you to render until you set a destination.
    After the first time you create a output module with a destination, AE will remember the last-used location and use that by default without asking you. The only time you should it would ask you again is if you destroy AE's preferences or if the last-used location is no longer valid (deleted folder, disconnected drive, etc.).
    The reason the only selectable format here is PSD is because that is what the default OM for Save Frame As File uses. You can, and should, change this if you always use a different format. Go to Edit > Templates > Output Module . Create a new template with your desired settings and assign it to Frame Default.

    How to reset your Apple ID password.

    Hi - That is because your original video image must be anamorphic. If you don't have access to Photoshop to correct the aspect ratio for your still, simply open the exported still in Preview, go to the menu Tools > Adjust Size . . . and use the drop down menu Fit Into: 1920x1024 or 1280x720. Click OK and then save your image. If it's standard definition use 853x480.

    Hi -
    If you have Photoshop, open the exported image in Photoshop, and go to Filter > Video > De-interlace.
    If you do not have Photoshop, you can apply a De-interlace Filter in FCE to the clip you want to export the still frames from, do your frame exports, and then remove the De-interlace filter.
    In FCE -
    Effects Tab > Video Filters > Video > De-Interlace

    When you export... look to see if you have .png as an option.
    It's basically a Lossless picture format. (it's similar to a .gif... but the quality is waaay better.)
    Also you are are gonna want to make sure that your background is actually Transparent. If you have anything underneath (any type of background) you will not have a Transparent Picture or Still Frame w/ an Alpha Channel. You will have a picture with whatever background you chose.
    If FCP will not allow you to do this... you may need to export to QT, then find the frame you want, and export a .PNG from QT.

    I've been reviewing the forums for help using the -ContentFilter switch for a mailbox export request but I can't seem to find a solution to my requirements.
    I'm looking for a way to use ContentFilter to export 90 days-worth of Inbox and Sent Items, but I also want all Calendar and Contact items.
    As an example, I was trying to use [(Received -ge "06/01/2014") -and (Sent -ge "06/01/2014)}, which works ok for Inbox and Sent Items. However, for Calendar items, if a future meeting was created before June 1, it won't be exports. Similar
    thing happens to Contacts. If any Contact Item was create prior to June 1, it's not included.
    Then I tried {(Received -ge "06/01/2014") -and (Sent -ge "06/01/2014) -and (MessageKind -eq 'Contact') -and (Received -ge "01/01/1980")}, but no matter how I tried to use my brackets and parenthesis, I ended up with various errors.
    Also, if I combine -ContentFilter with -IncludeFolders, like {(Received -ge "06/01/2014") -and (Sent -ge "06/01/2014")} -includefolders "contacts","calendar" -excludedumpster, I don't get items to export.
    If anyone has any suggestions about using a multi-part content filter or combining the switches, please let me know. I wonder if these conditions are not allowed in a single export job.

    From your description, I recommend you export Inbox and Sent Items at first. And then export Calendar items and Contacts. In this way, you can specify a different time period.

  • Exporting still image - how do I stop motion compressing the original image

    I wanted to see if I could take a still image in motion and isolate an object as Aperture 3 can't do this. I imported a photo of 5mb. I isolated a shot or my printer, cut out the background and filled it in with a white background. The printer fills most of the shot. When I export the image as eg a Tiff or jpeg the resulting exported image is only 600kb at most.
    I've tried starting my motion project as multimedia large and HD1080i which gives a slightly higher file size.
    How can I export such an image so that the exported still image is 4mb approx? As quality is needed for magazine pictures. I thought I had found a way to avoid buying photoshop!

    If you have large areas of white, they do compress well - either in TIFF as RLE or LZW, or in JPEG, so if the quality is good, I shouldn't worry. But use TIFF or PNG instead of JPEG. JPEG is a lossy compression format.

    Is it possible to export stills from iDVD? I have an antique home movie on DVD and can't find any way to export stills from it to iPhoto. There are no copyright problems and I only have the DVD.

    640 x 480 x 72dpi images
    640x480 pixels are all there are in the video image. With Photoshop the pixel size can be bumped up a little. A bigger problem will probably be due to interlacing artifacts.

    Hey There I didn't need to change it as it shows my correct name in my icloud account. The problem is on my Mac where it still shows my Full name as my partners name.
    For eg. if I send an email from "Mail" on mac and I use my icloud account then the name that shows up is my partners name when the email is received. If I send an email from the Icloud Mail box that I log into on my browser then the name that shows up when the email is received is my name which is correct.
    When I go into preferences in "Mail" on my Mac to change my name, the name is ghosted out and doesn't allow me to change it ! ? It is here that it still show my partners name ?

    Have you tried de-interlacing before exporting?
    Sometimes, when I'm in a rush, I would expand the Canvas/Viewer (viewed at 100%), pick the clearest frame, and do a screen capture.
    For example, with the captured image (in Photoshop), I have a marquee preset at 640x480 (NTSC). I created an action to crop, resize to 720x480, then set the Pixel Aspect Ratio to NTSC.

    Deleting the iCloud account from your phone only deletes the account and any data you are syncing with the account (that is, any data that is set to On in Settings>iCloud).  However, when you delete the account you are prompted about what to do with the iCloud data.  If you want to keep it on your phone, be sure to choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted.  Also, be sure to save any photo stream photos that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else before deleting the account.  To do this, open the photo stream album, tap Edit, tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.
    Deleting the account will not touch any other data on your phone (music, apps, etc.).

    There are 2 Users on my iMac.  Each User has their own email account.  Both account Mailboxes show up in each User's account.  If I delete a Mailbox in one account, does it delete the same Mailbox in the other Account? 

    If you click the - sign in Mail preferences, it will delete that mail account. If you just delete the Mailbox, that will just delete the Mailbox.
    Each user can put their own email account information in Mail when logged into their User Account.
    If you don't want the other user's mail account to show up in your mail application, then make sure the other user's messages are available to them when they are logged into their account and delete the other user account from Mail in your User Account. The other user can do the same when logged into their user account. Any messages stored in one locally will have to be transfered to the other's user account if it's not saved in their user login.
    In addition, instead of deleting the account at first, highlight the account and open the Advanced Tab and disable the account. That email account will dissappear from Mail. Once you decide that you don't want the account, you can delete it. If you need to get back to it to transfer messages, just re enable it.
