Mailbox Move Issue - Mailbox Locked

Hi
I have tried 3 user mailboxes for local move request.
It get-moverequest says all three completed.
Then I cleared the same with Clear-moverequest command.
Now get-moverequest says none.
Now if i login with owa, it says mailbox locked for Movement.
If i try to delete content or once again try to move, it says Mailbox locked by MRS and will be released automatically after 2 hrs.
but its been more than a day still the error remains the same.
Restarted all Exchange services.. Restarted Exchange server.. still no hope
The Exchange console still shows these 3 mailboxes with Old DB name.
If i query through shell, for Mailboxdb for these users, it shows blank.
How do i bring back these mailboxes active and make it usable?

This has been resolved now.
The problem was the movement of mailboxes when the users are accessing it.
This has gone to a stage where both the database has these users listing. One in Live and other in disconnected state.
I need to reduce the DB Mailbox retention to Zero -> disable the mailbox -> clean DB -> reconnect the Mailbox to existing user -> Clean DB.
This made users access their mailboxes with all old mails.
Lesson learnt: Do not move mailboxes when users accessing it though Microsoft says no issues. It may be locked inbetween.

Can not receive messages - user mailbox locked

Suddenly my incoming messages stopped coming and a dialogue box appeard, saying: "The sending of password failed. The e-mail server (pop3) answered user mailbox locked."
I've been in contact with my internet service provider and they found nothing wrong from their side. I can access my mail on the webmail and I can send email from my account.

Yes I asked. That was the first thing I did. And there's nothing wrong on the provider's side. They didn't lock the account and found it very unusual. They didn't know much about Thunderbird, however...
But I got hands-on-help from my son yesterday and that might have (almost) solved it. Seems that Thunderbird can't have both IMAP and POP3 accounts running and there might have been something in this that disturbed the flow. He made a new inbox and things started to work again. But it's still not working 100 %.

Cant receive emails - error 'user mailbox locked'

My emails are not filtering through to the 'mail' application on my mac.
I use Virgin, also have a blackberry. I can get the emails from the Virgin site, the emails are coming through on my blackberry.
I can send emails from 'mail'
The error is - The mail server denied access to the account "xxxx" because an administrator or other mail client was using it when Mail tried to log in. Please try again later.
The server error encountered was: user mailbox locked
When I look at connection doctor the error is POP account failed, please make sure user name and password are correct.
As far as I am aware I have not changed anything.
Has anyone got any answers please?

Where/how does Mail display that error message?
Are you accessing that mail account from other computers or devices, or by other means (e.g. webmail), when it happens?
Could it be that you have more than one copy of the Mail application running? How many Mail icons do you see in the Dock?
Have you tried restarting the computer?

Spry Accordion Jerky/Jumping movement Issues in IE

I am having a difficult time trying to debug the accordion in IE. You can see the accordion here in IE I am having two issues.
1. When at the top of the site and clicking on a tab to open it jumps down the page as if it were an anchor point, and I find this very annoying.
2. The movement below the tab clicked is jumping around and this also is incredibly annoying to me, its more subtle than the above issue but it still bothers me. I am having this issue in GC as well.
I have searched quite a few forums and have not found a solution for this but this must be a fairly common issue? I am not that familaur with spry yet this is my first real project using it so my knowledge is very limited to this point. This dose work perfect in FF.

I will put together a gutted version of this and send it over if you have the time that would be fantastic. Making a gutted version may be the best thing at this point so I can slowly add stuff back and see what causes the problem. If i cant fix it by doing that I will zip and send the files.

Issue with locked sessions

I am having some issues with locked sessions. I attempt to clear the
connections from the console but it doesn work. The only way to clear the
session is to reboot server. NW6.0 SP5

NW6 SP5 needs nw6nss5c in order for NSS to work properly; once applied
then do
nss /poolrebuild /purge
on all pools. Make sure you have tested backups first, just in case.
Also Load Monitor - Server Parameters - NCP. Set Level 2 OpLocks Enabled
= Off, and Client File Caching Enabled = Off.
What lan driver, date and version, on the server?

HT5132 I have deactivated my mobile me, I've switched to iCloud. I have no albums to update but I still get the pop-up sign to move files, it locked up Aperture. I had to restore my Aperture files, I've restarted and it still wants me to move files.

Quit - or force quit - Aperture, if it is still trying to transfer MObile Me content.
Then relaunch. When the "Mobile Me has ended" panel appears press the "Learn More" button, not the "o.k." button.
Then you should be able to open the Preferences in Aperture and and open the "Web" panel. Remove "Mobile Me" from the Accounts pane.
Then also open the System preferences > Mobile Me panel and check if you are still signed into Mobile Me.
If this does not work, try to disconnect from the Internet before you launch Aperture again.

Mailbox Move Issues and Errors - Exchange 2010 to 2013

I'm trying to move mailboxes from 2010 to 2013, but I'm experiencing a lot of issues.
My move batches keep hanging (stalled) for minutes and hours on end, and I can't seem to keep them going consistently.
I have two DAG's, one for Archive boxes, and one for Primary mailboxes. Each DAG has three members with DB copies of each DB. The npdes and the clusters themselves are up and healthy. However, at random some of the DB's Content Index state will go to Failed
or SuspendedandFailed. At which point I force a catalog refresh and DB index update, and it goes to healthy.
I've created the "ContentSubmitters" AD group (and assigned it permissions), reset the Search and Host controller services on each server, and restarted the Replication service. I also deleted and recreated the Index for each DB prior to restarting
services. No dice. I've also already moved the system mailboxes over to the 2013 databases.
I'm also getting some "Transient" errors in the user move log, things like this:
Transient error ResourceUnhealthyException has occurred. The system will retry"

I would suggest you to run the below command for this "My move batches keep hanging (stalled) for minutes and hours on end" issue and see the result
Get-MoveRequest -Identity "Mailbox Name" | Get-MoveRequestStatistics -IncludeReport | FL Report
Just check if the MRS health is fine by running the below command
Test-MRSHealth -Identity "CAS Server" -MonitoringContext $true | Export-CliXml "C:\temp\CAS_MRSHealth.xml" and look at the xml file to get more information
When I run the Test command against either of my CAS servers, I get: " 'EXCH1' does not have the right Exchange Server version or role required to support this operation."
Run i run that command against any of the mailbox servers, it completes and generates the XML file, but I'm not sure what I need to be looking for within that file.
The first command spits out a ton of data, here's a little excerpt:

Exchange 2010 Mailbox move issue

Hi
I have moved around 100 mailboxes from DB to other DB in the same server.
Now all these mailboxes are in Disconnected state.
The problem is, these mailboxes are appearing twice under disconnected mailbox window. One is from old db and other is from New DB.
The reason for the same shows for Old DB is Soft Deleted and for new DB is Disabled.
IS this a general behaviour? Currently when the user access the mailbox, it says its locked for moving.
How can renable these mailboxes and make user accessible? Do i need to wait till retention period over?
I have set the deleted mailboxes rentention to 2 days. Will this make mailboxes active after 2 days?

Yes this is general behavour; Soft Deleted mailboxes - introduced in Exchange 2010 SP1

This example purges the soft-deleted mailbox for Phil from mailbox database MBD01.
Remove-StoreMailbox -Database MBD01 -Identity Phil -MailboxState SoftDeleted

Last time, I did a permissions repair (I think that was all) to fix the problem, and I can do that again, but WHAT GIVES? Why would this keep happening? No new upgrades or anything recently - humming happily along just the way it is with no prob's until this . . .

Mailbox locked up - Help!

I set my mail to auto reply during my vacation and have accidentally sent mail to it and it is auto replying into
infinity ... I now have 4,363 messages and it cannot compact them.
I have turned off the internet connection but needless to say my mailbox is jammed.
Is there some way of just deleting everything in it and starting off fresh?

Right now my mail looks normal.
I send and receive personal e-mail, I can delete junk and trash. You would never know anything was wrong.
Except when I get mails with hyperlinks to the Internet there is only a message saying it cannot be opened in e-mail.
The timeline for the problem is:
Sunday am ... discover loop lock, change rule so it stops, start deleting messages. When I try to empty the trash I get an error message saying it cannot compact.
Then, the e-mail re-appears as it was before the loop lock.
I can get and send mail.
Monday ... find I cannot open large e-mails or anything with a hyperlink to the Internet so I am thinking the 4,000 messages are still somewhere clogging up the works but just not showing up.
Tuesday ... all 4,000 new e-mails are back. I quickly disconnect from the wireless and start trying to delete them. Same exact thing happens.
I am currently waiting for a large file with a hyperlink that I asked a friend to e-mail to test that again.
One thing I do not know is where the 4,000 e-mails are being held or how to access them to try again. It is possible they will just show up again tomorrow morning so I want a new way of attempting to delete them.
I use Firefox to access the Internet.

Mailbox locked warnings. Diskwarrior says overlapping files.

Having problems with the grey restart screen appearing when I use Mail. Disk utility found nothing. Tried to run Diskwarrior and it said there were two files that overlapped and when it tried to rewrite the new directory there were two errors and it couldn't be done. Now when I open Mail I get a message that says a mailbox "is currently locked by “(null)” on host “79”. If you open a mailbox that already is in use, you may damage its contents."
Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode as an attempt to repair the hard drive? If DiskWarrior, couldn't do it, maybe Safe Mode can't, either, but it's worth a try.
Starting up in Safe Mode will take quite awhile longer than a normal startup because it does a file check and repair of the hard disk.
If this works you will see your normal desktop. Once completely started up in Safe Mode, try to restart normally, and go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility. Click on the top hard drive icon in the left sidebar and note the S.M.A.R.T. status at the bottom right of the pane. What does it say?
Select the named boot volume in the left sidebar, ("Macintosh HD" unless you've renamed it). What is the hard drive capacity and how much space remains available on it? Repair permissions on it.
If this doesn't help, you may want to try posting in the Mail & Address Book Forum for Mac OS X 10.3 and earlier.

Mailbox locked Error

Mail opens with an error message claiming that one or more of my mboxes are locked. But they are not. I click on "read only" or "quit." Sometimes "read only" causes the commands at the window's top to dim. Then I can read but not flag or delete. Advice?

As I'm sure you are aware, you are running what
amounts to a beta version for OS X and the Mail.app.
There were significant improvements with 10.2 and
even more so with 10.3.

As I'm sure youre aware from reading below my post, I have OS X 10.1, not 10.0 and also Mail 1.1, not 1.0. Any further advice should take this into account since it would be difficult, if not impossible, to upgrade to what I already have, at least in this possible world.
Further, my Mail 1.1 is not currently grabbing my mail which I must read at my ISP.
I've been trying to upgrade to OS X 1.5 to access my new printer but the tech problems of downloading a big program with my 56k link, noted at a non-Apple Mac site (MacFixit and/or MacNN) worry me,
I didnt know that I had a beta OS. Ive hoped that tech problems are very simple as I like to use my computer rather than study and maintain it.

Bapi goods movement Create (User Locking Error)

Please help me in the issue . I am doing Goods movement through BAPI(BAPI_GOODSMOVEMENT_CREATE) and i am scheduling this job in background . I am gettigng an Error of Plant data of Material locked by the user(myself) and for the next iteration its not proceeded . Please help me how to get rid of the error .

Is the value get updated in the table? After the Goods movement BAPI Just do wait up to 5 seconds and do the bapi commit.
Other wise if it is possible just debug .
