Mailing Lists - Is there any?

I can see OSMF has forums, just like this (General). What about mailing-lists? I find it more convinient to collaborate over mailing-list instead of forums, which makes me to visit it.
I could not spot one, hence posting this question here.

Hi Abdul,
You can subscribe via email to these forums at forums.adobe.com.
When you are logged in and view the list, along the right is a
"Notifications" box. In the box is a link to "Receive email notifications".
If you click that link, the email associated with the account will receive
all future posts on that specific forum. (For multiple forums, you just
have to repeat clicking that link for each.)
I am sending this reply via email.
This email feature on the forums is relatively new. I think it was within
the last year that all forums at Adobe were upgrade to now include email
support.
I am mailing-list centric also. I have found this new email support
reasonably workable.

It sounds like the iPhone has Activation Lock still activated. The following Knowledge Base article provides the methods available for removing the previous owner's account:

I copied text & paisted it and then draged the 3 photos from the file...then clicked on the photo then clicked the inline boxon tool bar nexed to floating one and that is how I did it
I do not know what you mean "cut & paist" how do I get the photo in from my picter folder if I do not drag it to the page in Pages?
I went to my photo folder and copied a photo and paisted the photo on the top left part of the page and it went there but there was no text to the right of photo...I could crop the photo to what ever size but no text to the right of photo...
This is just too big of a mess of a program as it should be easier then this,,,I hav e 300 photos in this project and would have to re-paist them all...that is nuts...
I see the button to the right of inline and floating that has 6 [lace to have the photo but the text does not float around the photo...
If this is what your talking about this very little freedom in my page layout as I need it to let me place it where I need it to be and the wrap the text...
There has to be an easier way to get my books ready for other formats other that Apple's iPad...iBooks Author was way eisier to make ready for iTunes...Love that program!!!

I have lost the ability to change fonts,use color and size and when I try to write anyone,I cannot see my mailing list and there is no send button.

A few months ago my ability to use different fonts, colors and sizes suddenly disappeared. These choices were always available when looking at my email and I used them regularly . No one I asked ever heard of such a thing happening. I left it alone until I found someone to help. Then, a few days ago, when I clicked "write" , two things happened. First, I could not forward, reply or even see my collected email addresses. Second, there was no longer a place that said "send". My email page filled the entire screen and when I scaled it down, there was still no way to see my list or to send. I am a novice when it comes to fixes and terms but, I have asked people who have some experience with PC's they were stumped. I contacted Fairpoint and they said it must be a Thunderbird problem. Most of the people I asked said they didn't know Thunderbird. One suggested that I reinstall T.bird but, said I also might lose everything on my PC. I would appreciate any help you can give. When you click Write and open the new message editor, press Alt to show the Menu Bar, then enable all the toolbars under View/Toolbars. Plus, press F9 to show the Contacts sidebar.

Can't see the backup library to DVD any more on the File list is there any other way to backup my music library?

Backing up Library to DVD. On the latest version of iTunes there doesn't appear to anyway of backing up to DVD as a prefered way protecting purchases/Library completely.
Recently had problems with my home computer and wanted to backup my Library to DVD. So went to File on iTunes only find not there anymore, could not find any reference with help on Itunes.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Apple removed it in iTunes 10.4. Locate the iTunes folder and back it up as you would any other.

Yes. Click on the "Date Received" column header until a triangle to the right points down.

If you want Mail to handle more than one mail account, open Mail's preferences, select the "Accounts" panel, then click on the plus sign at the bottom of the list on the left.

I made a mistake and deleleted all the sent messages in my mail box is there any way to get all the messages back?

and of course then i deleted everything that was in the trash before i understood that i made the wrong decision ... any way to get the messages back from Apple Servers?
Of course, it's not the real truth, the real story is that i made that on my wyfe's computer and i'm now in real trouble with her!

Unfortunately, I use Time Machine on my own computer (on my nas) but I never been succesfull trying to use Time Machine on the same Nas with my wife's computer ... so Time Machine is not the solution ... anyway that Apple could help? My life will be painfull for the next days !

Mailing lists and message boards

I've been using Dreamweaver for a couple of years just
developing static websites. I don't know any php or mysql, or
actionscripting at all (I'm a designer, programming is so tedious
for me and I really don't have the head for it). I'm working on a
website right now and I'd like to add a simple "Join our mailing
list" box at the top of my main template that collects email
addresses, and I'd also like to add a message board to the site.
What are the easiest ways of doing this? Any help would be greatly
appreciated, thanks!

Is there any way to schedule the webi report as body of the mail

Hi All,
I have a bit different requirement. I need to schedule the webi reports to BlackBerry Mobile .
The report should be displayed not as an attachment or URL but should be the body of the mail.
Is there any Trick or Tip to do that.

You could schedule the reports to run as an Excel or PDF document and the destination as a folder on a server. Then after the reports are sent to the destination, you could use the Program Job Server to run a script which parses the files line-by-line and creates an email. It's not the most elegant solution but in theory it should work.

ITunes U Update mailing list

I have been assigned to share administrative duties on our college's iTunes U site. I am not the primary administrator.
Our primary admin gets "iTunes U Update" email postings sent via [email protected] . He has to forward these messages to me. I'd like to get subscribed to this email list as well, so that I can receive these messages directly.
I've already sent my question to iTunes U Request ([email protected]), and they replied:

Any suggestions on how I can get subscribed to the "iTunes U Update" mailing list?

There is no email list exactly; those announcements are sent to the site administrator. Your school can can set your site administrator by logging into iTunes U as an admin, then going to "Site Settings". This loads a page that includes a section for "Site Administrator", where you can specify a contact name and e-mail address.
They don't support having multiple e-mail addresses, so if you want more than one person to get the e-mail, you should setup a group e-mail address (or group email forward) that you can all receive messages from.

Delete an entry from group mailing list

I'd be glad to know if another (more user friendly) way exists. The MailServiceAdmin.pdf apparently wrongly suggests that mailmain can be used to administer server based mailing lists. Is there any "official" way to manage the mailing list and its web archive?

The only way to remove them is to restore the phone as new.
