Maintain apportionment structure and equivalense number

Hi All
How to maintain apportionment structure in material master in MRP 2 view then joint production button if there's 2 material code as co-product and 1 main product but during production run ratio is 1:1 meaning 1 main product and 1 co-product only.
Scenario:
Main product 4400014
Co Product(s) 4400006
                       4400197
Equivalent Number for 4400014 is 36 and 4400006 64
                                     4400014 is 46 and 4400197 54
Please help.
Thanks
Jesielle

You can give me any idea about this?

  • How to get STPOV structure values using BOM number and Plant number

    hello All,
could you please help me out
'How to get  STPOV structure values using BOM number and Plant number'
is there any function module where can i give input as bom and plant number .
    waiting for your response.
    regards
    srinivas

I did a quick where-used lookup in SE11 on the structure STPOV in function module interfaces and came up with the following:
    Function Module                             Short Description
    CK_F_TOTALCOST_COMPUTE
    CS_ALT_SELECT_COUPLED_PRODUCT
CS_WHERE_USED_CLA                Bills of material; class use
CS_WHERE_USED_CLA_ANY        Bills of material; direct class use or via other class
CS_WHERE_USED_CLA_VIA_CLA        Bills of material; class use via classes
    CS_WHERE_USED_COP
CS_WHERE_USED_DOC                Bills of material; document use
CS_WHERE_USED_DOC_ANY:Bills of material; direct and (indirectly) document use via
CS_WHERE_USED_DOC_VIA_CLA        Bills of material; document use via classes
CS_WHERE_USED_KNO                Bills of material; use object dependency
CS_WHERE_USED_MAT                Bills of material; where-used list
CS_WHERE_USED_MAT_ANY:Bills of material; where-used list as article or class item
CS_WHERE_USED_MAT_VIA_CLA        Bills of material; where-used list via classes
    EXIT_SAPMC29M_001                BOM; Article Where-Used List
It appears that this structure is primarily used for where-used look-ups for components within the BOM.  I don't know if any of these are what you're in need of.
    Hope this helps,

  • Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules//LSMW

    Hello Friends,
I want to add new fields in the step.no.5(Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules).
Indetail i'm going to upload the GL balances, for DR and CR line item fields are same so system is not accepting the same field value, so i have added 1 for the CR line item fields like in the below example.
    BSEG-WRBTR(Dr line item)
    BSEG-WRBTR1(Cr line item)
but BSEG-WRBTR1(Cr line item) field not displaying in the step.no.5 to mapping to source field.
please let me know the solution for this.
    thanks
    swapna.

    Hi,
I would like to ask few questions.
    1. Are you using batch input recording or using any program for uploading. (through LSMW)
    2. Whether all your debit or credit line items are same every transactions. I believe they should be same, because you are uploading the balances.
You should not have two similar fields for example, if it is WMBTR, then again WMBTR should not be there, it should WMBTR1 and WMBTR2. Make sure you have done the field mapping properly. When you have done the field mapping all the fileds must have been mapped. If any one of the fields are not mapped, then it will not be uploaded.
Please see the following LSMW sample guide:
    http://www.scmexpertonline.com/downloads/SCM_LSMW_StepsOnWeb.doc
Maintain Object Attributes Do the recording - Make sure that you do not have two fields with the similar name. If you have two fields with the same name double click on the field name and add1 or 2 to differentiate between field names. Just Copy those fields and descriptions in excel sheet, delete the blank lines, then in excel data => text to columns, your field names and descriptions will be now in two columns. Copy them, then put your cursor on the next sheet, then edit => Paste Special => Transpose, all the columns will become your rows. Now your file structure is ready. Maintain Source Structures Give some unique structure name and description Maintain Source Fields Here you add the fields that are being used in EXCEL first sheet, just copy them and make all the fields as C (Constant) and then give length of 60 for all fields. Maintain Structure Relations Though structure relations are already created just go to this step, click on edit, then click on create structure relation, just accept the message stating that the structure relation has already been created. Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules Do the field mapping for all the fields, all the fields willl be stretched and you will see five rows against each row. In case if there is any row that has NOT stretched means, there is something wrong in the mapping. Maintain Fixed Values, Translations, User-Defined Routines There is nothing to be done at this step. You can simply ignore this. Specify Files Make you must have saved your excel file as .txt (before saving make sure you have copied data from sheet2 to sheet 3 and then sheet 3 is saved at tab delimited file. Text (Tab delimited) Select your file, make SURE that you have select "TABULATOR" radio button and say OK. Assign Files Go to this step and click on Create assignment button and accept the message and say ok. Read Data Remove two check boxes and just click on execute button. See the log. Make sure you have number of entries (lines) in your excel file are matching with this. Display Read Data Display data give 1 to 999 lines and double click on one of the line and see whether fields are mapped correctly are not. Convert Data Execute and see the log match the number of entries. Display Converted Data Display converted data, give 1 to 999 and double click on one of the line and see whether fields are mapped correctly or not. Create Batch Input Session Check on Keep Batch Input sessions check box, then execute. If you select that check box, even after execution it will be there and you can analyze what happened. Run Batch Input Session (Takes you to SM35) Go to SM35 select the batch and click on process button (execute), make sure you have checked right hand side first three check boxes and FOREGROUND (because you want to save what it is creating) Say OK Keep on press ENTER on your key board in order to move the session further. If you follow these steps along with the guide, surely you should be successful. There may be small difference between the file and what I have explained but ultimately the purpose is same. Hope this is useful and let me know in case if you have any issues.
    Regards, Ravi

  • Cost-apportionment structure using co-products

    Hello
We want to use co-products in our production process.
Im not sure how to define the cost-apportionment structure in the header material. I need to define 95% - 5% apportionment structure for two co-products in a Production order
I mark flag "co-products" in the principal material, then press boton "joint production"
    I enter the following data:
Number 001 - Descripcion -Source structure (Z1)   (Source structure has Source Tye U (?))
then I press boton "equivalence numbers" and in the dailogbox which appears, I put the two products-codes with their ratio
    Material: 1411131  - 95
    Material: 1401212 -  5
I expect this ratio to be used upon settlement of the "deltas" in the production order upon month closing.
Im not sure I have to use the field "Assignment"
    Thanks for any input
    Aart

    Hi Art ,
I think what-ever you have mentioned is correct ..
Please ensure that you have also defined CO-Product in your BOM and its set up correctly..
Now carry out your standard and actual costing process and revert back if you face any diffulties..

  • Rule 168 to work with org structure and not relationships

    Hi,
I would like to use rule 168 to work with the organizartional structure and not the relationships maintained in PO10 organizational unit.
this is because i want the agent to be the person with the red hat and not the a002 relationship maintained in organizational unit. i tried using rule 157 but it does the same thing and determines agent based on relationships maintained in org unit.
basically i dont want the agent to be any of the line mangers which may have been set up, i want it to be the red hat of the org structure
does anyone know how i can do this, or will i need to delete the relationships between staffing?

  • Apportionment Structure

    Hi,
I am using Apportionment Structure concepts for Main/Co product concepts. Here I assigned eq. number for main and coprod . per activity , ROH wise and OH wise. But particular ROH is only used for Co-prod only.I dont want it apportion it to main product. How to do it??

You could use a separate cost element group and then use a separate source structure with 0 for the main product and 1 for the co-product.

  • Apportionment Structure in Co product.

    Hi PP Gurus,
What is a significance of Apportionment Structure in Co product?
How does it affect co product as well as main product?
    PLease give inputs in detail.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    PRADEEP

    Dear Pradeep,
    Apportionment Structure
    Definition
Determines how the total cost for a material is apportioned to the individual co-products
For a primary product or process material, the apportionment structure lists the co-products to which costs are to be distributed
Assigns equivalence numbers to those co-products
    Use
The apportionment structure can be used to cost co-products in Product Cost Planning and to distribute actual costs (  Preliminary Settlement for Co-Products) in Cost Object Controlling.
The cost of the primary product or process material is distributed to the co-products on the basis of equivalence numbers. You can also specify the source assignments of a source structure in the apportionment structure.
    Structure
An apportionment structure consists of the following:
A key identifying the apportionment structure
A text describing the apportionment structure
A list of co-products to which the total costs are distributed
    Integration
You can maintain the apportionment structure in the following places:
In the material master record in the MRP view or Costing view
If you are using the component Production Planning for the Process Industries (PP-PI), the information in the material master record in the apportionment structure is transferred into the material list and from there into the manufacturing order.
Directly in the header of the manufacturing order
If you specify the apportionment structure directly in the manufacturing order, you cannot use a source structure.
When you create a manufacturing order in Cost Object Controlling, the system generates a settlement rule on the basis of the apportionment structure. You can see this settlement rule in the manufacturing order. The equivalences specified in the apportionment structure are transferred into the settlement rule.
You can also specify an apportionment structure in the production version.
    Source Structure
    Use
A source structure can be used to group total costs by source assignment. If you do not use a source structure, the costs must be apportioned equally to all cost elements. Source structures therefore enable you to define distribution rules that only refer to specific cost elements.
    Prerequisites
You define a source structure in Customizing for Product Cost Planning under Cost Estimate with Quantity Structure ® Costing in Joint Production ® Define Source Structure. You assign a source assignment to each cost element group for which you want to apportion the cost separately.
You specify the source assignment in the material master record of the primary product or process material in the MRP view in the apportionment structure.
When you create a source structure, make sure that each debit cost element is assigned to a source assignment. If you are using a cost object hierarchy, the cost elements distributed to the manufacturing orders assigned to the lowest node in the cost object hierarchy must also be included.

  • Vendor name and Vedor number in FAGLL03

    Hi All,
My Client is running report for GR/IR, T-code FAGLL03, they want to see Vendor name and Vendor number columns in the report. I searched forums and got the answer for Vendor number but not clear
    My questions are
    1. I added field LIFNR in BSEG table in the SPRO and am able to see the vendor colum. If I transport to Test system, will I be able to see the vendor column? (in forums some one mentioned that they are not able to see the vendor column when they transport to Test system) they have been asked to run this program BALVBUFDEL, So I am concerned about this issue and want to know exactly what are the things that need to be done, what programs have to be run before transporting to Test system?
Also we are using ECC 6.0 and the highest support package present in the system is SAPKGPAD15. So I dont think I need to install the OSS note 1034354, I checked the OSS note and the highest APPL level is 604? but just making sure about this Patch level and OSS note.
    2. Second, how to get the Vendor name cloumn in the report?
Could someone give me solution? your help will be really appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Harter

    Hi Sanjay,
Thanks for the reply. I understood that we get Vendor number from the Function module ITEM_STRUC_EXTENSION and when you run that FM it updates the vendor number in the Structure FAGLPOSYEXT. I want to have Vendor name side to Vendor number field. Can I get vendor name also from the same FM?
I have tried in BSIS table and other OSS notes that are mentioned in that forum link but none of the OSS notes mentioned about the Vendor name and the vendor name is coming from LFA1 table and that has no connection with FAGLL03 report as far as I understand (correct me if I am wrong).
If you have any idea please throw some light.
    Thank you very much,
    Harter.

  • In order confirmation i need invoice number and delivery number.

    Dear Experts,
I need invoice number and delivery number in order confirmation.
how can i get the delivery number an invoice number.
    Program name: RVADOR01
    Regards
    Ahmed

    Hi
In the Order confirmation Only sales order details will be there
You better write a PERFORM  statement in Script and in the subroutine fetch the Delivery number and Invoice number with the following links and display them in script
    LIPS-VGBEL = VBAK-VBELN
    LIPS-VGPOS = VBAP-POSNR
    VBRP-AUBEL = VBAK-VBELN
    VBRP-AUPOS = VBAP-POSNR
You can also can use the VBFA table
using Prev doc type = C (order) and Subsequent doc type = J to get the Delivery
and Sunsequent type = M for getting the Invoice Number
see the sample code for subroutine
    REPORT ZMPO1 .

In 2012, I bought Photoshop CS6 Extended (education edition) for Mac. Now I want to install it on my new Macbook. I have the correct serial number and product code, but I receive an error message: the software may be a false copy etc....What to do?

Here is a copy of the error
    This means : Installation failed.
Verification of the Adobe Software failed
The product you want to install is no valid Adobe product and seems to be falsified.

Hugo please turn off your e-mail signature.
If your serial number is listed as being valid at http://www.adobe.com/ then I would recommend obtaining a fresh copy of the installation files.  You can find details on how to locate your serial number at Find your serial number quickly - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.
To download a fresh copy of the installation files please see Download CS6 products.

  • Dynamic Structure and Components Issue

    Hi,
I have a requirement of creating an inbound idoc program and populating dynamic structures. The program for the dynamic structure creation is as follows: ( I have been referencing Heilmans Blog ): The part for the inbound idoc creation works fine. The data will come in a flat file with Table name and 15 characterstcis. The table name is known at runtime. I need to create the dynamic table, find out the components and then populate the custom table with the dynamically created structures.
    Custom table: 4 components
Internal table from file: 15 components with value.
There could be more than one table in the flat file and not all components or char in the flat file is mapped to the table.
I have been able to code the part where the components in the structure and the file components are in the same order. The problem is if the components in the structure and the file components are not in the same order. I would appreciate some inputs in this issue.
The part that has to be worked out is:
    IF NOT L_TABNAME IS INITIAL.
        perform get_structure.
        perform create_dynamic_itab.
        perform get_data.
      ENDIF.

  • File structure and hierarchy in Aperture.

    Hi, everyone.
I am trying to import folders with images into Aperture and, much to my surprise, have found that this process is everyting but intuitive and straightforward.
My library (outside of Aperture) is made up of folders each corresponding to a day and location. These folders are labeled using the data and location as part of their name.
As I try to import these folders into Aperture I can't seem to import them into a single folder or project as sub-folders or sub-domains of that project. I have tried to create a project and them import the folders into it but Aperture won't import them into that project and doesn't allow me to drag and drop it either once it has been imported. I also tried to create albums and folders but haven't been successful.
How does this file structure in Aperture work in terms of hierarchy ? It certainly isn't structured the way the Finder is or any other file system I have seen to date. Creating folders, organizing them and bringing any type of data into these folders should be a simple process but in Aperture it doesn't seem to be.
Am I doing something wrong or is Aperture trying to re-invent the wheel ?
Is there any tutorial I can watch or read on how to work with Aperture's file structure and import folders and folders into it ?
    Thank you in advance.

Regarding your specific problem I suggest treating each existing dated folder of image files as a single Project in Aperture. In Aperture a Project is a specific time-based concept that may or may not jive with what you previously considered a project. For instance I may have in my mind that shooting all the highest peaks in every state is a "project," but that would be inappropriate as an Aperture Project. Instead each peak might be a Project, but the pix of all the peaks would be pointed to as an Album.
The way I look at it conceptually:
Aperture is a database (DB), and each image file lives in one Project.
Albums are just collections of Pointers that point to individual image files living in one or more Projects. Since they just contain pointers, albums can be created or deleted at will without affecting image files. Very powerful. And Albums of pointers take up almost zero space, so they are fast and do not make the Library size grow.
Keywords can be applied to every image separately or in batches. Keywords are hugely powerful and largely obviate the need for folders. Not that we should never use folders, just that we should use folders only when useful organizationally - - after first determining that using keywords and albums is not a better approach.
As one example imagine the keyword "flowers."  Every image of a 100,000 images Library that has some flowers in it has the keyword flowers. Then say we want to put flowers in an ad, or as background for a show of some kind, or to print pix for a party, or even just to look for an image for some other reason. We can find every flower image in a 100k-image database in 2 seconds, and in another few seconds create an Album called "Flowers" that points to all of those individual images.
Similarly all family pix can have a keyword "family" and all work pix can have a key word "work." Each individual pic may have any number of keywords. Such pic characteristics (work, family, flowers, etc.) should not be organized via folders.
So by using keywords and albums we can have instant access to every image everywhere, very cool. And keywords and albums essentially take up no space in the database.
Another approach is to use a folder "Family" for family pix, a folder "Flowers" for flowers pix and another folder "Work" for work pix. IMO such folders usage is a very poor approach to using an images database (probably stemming from old paper or film work practices). Note that one cannot put an image with family in a field of flowers at a work picnic in all three folders; but it is instant with keywords.
