Maintain condition records

when i maintain RFQ iam not getting condition records.condition records are maitained in MEK1 ,PB00.

Hi,
You are talking about Output condition records ? If it is output condition records those will be maintained in MN01.
Request for Quotation means you are asking for quotation from the Vendor, Vendor will sent you the quotation along with price. You need to maintain the same price in ME47 transction.
Price from the  condition records will not be populated automatically in RFQ.
thanks

    Hello,
Is Forwarding Agent created as Vendor in your system? If yes then field LIFNR - Vendor is available in SAP Standard Field Catalogue for Pricing.
You need to use this field (LIFNR)in your Condition Table.

  • Service Tax - Key Combination to Maintain Condition Record

    Dear Experts,
Can anybody please explain which Key Combination is to be selected while maintaining Condition record for Service Tax ( 0% service tax and Service tax 12.5 + ECS).
I have created two tax codes - S1 and S0. please explain the procedure to maintain condition record for Service Tax.
    Thanks in Advance.

    HI,
TAXINN is condition based. The functionality does not work with tax codes, tax codes are for informative purpose..
JMX1 can be maintained in FV11 with the help of a key combination.
When you create this condition with respect to vendor/material combination then when a PO is made with these 2 combination the system gets the percentage / value from the condition record and calculates the price.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Maintain condition records in one sales org, applicabe to all sales orgs

    Hi SD gurus,
I have two sales organisations say for example3000 & 4000. Instead of maintaining pricing condition records in both the sales organisation for customers, materials, I want to maintain them for only one sales org 3000.I dont want to maintain them for sales org 4000. The same condition records should be determined in the sales order created for sales org 4000, what ever maintained in sales org 3000.
To summarise, Instead of maintaining pricing for both sales org, i need to maintain it in one sales org but should be applible to all the orders created in both the sales orgs. This will reduce the duplication of work.
Do we have any customizing setting in SD or do we need to go for enhancement? How?
    Regards,
    Srini

    Hi Srinivas K,
In SAP,We have a concept called Common Distribution Channel(VOR1) and Common Division(VOR2).The Purpose of this Option is to avoid the Creating Master Data for all Distribution Channels and Divisions,Like Customer Master Records,as you mentioned Price condition(Condition Master Record).
In brief.....if you are dealing with multiple Distribution Channels Like 01,02,03,04....Now for example if customer belongs to all these Distribution Channel,we need to create Xd01 4 times for the same Customer with different Channels and even with Material Master Record also....and even think the same with Pricing Condition Also....Now to avoid Creating the Master Records in Each Distribution Channels..we can Define Common Distribution Channel Like 00.
Now if you create the CMR or MMR or Pricing Conditions for 00.then default all these will be applicable with other Channels Like 01,02,03,04.
The same case with Divisions also, but if you define common Divisions...This will be applicable only for Customer Master Record and Pricing Records only....Common Divisions are not applicable for Material Master Record.
In the of Sales Organization point of you...there is no such provison of Common Sales Organization.
we need to Maintain individualy for Sales Organizations....for Pricing you can Copy and create Records...But what you are asking is not possible...
    Hope you Understood....
    Regards,
    Damu

  • Maintain Condition Record (MEK1)- Change feild selection.

    Hi All,
I have requirement to change the screen selection of MEk1 transaction.
Note: The issue is about feild selection in MEk1, not about key combination feilds.
    Please help,
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards,
    Naidu

    Hi Naidu,
I'm not able to understand ur question, see the selection itself is your requirement based on that system will ask you for input & you can control this via tables attached in access sequence, then where is the question of changing fields. in case if you don't want any particualr field means in simple don't include that table in screen sequence.
anyway it's interesting i'm checking on this will post u if i'm able to findout.

  • How to Maintain the Pricing Condition Records in CRM

    Hi
I am new to the CRM
How to maintain the pricing condition records in crm for the particular condition type?
    as we do in SD(VK11)
    Thanks

    Hi Binu,
First of all, you could maintain pricing conditions in the following places:
    1. In General Condition Maintenance (GCM)
    2. At the product maintenance level
    3. At the 'Price agreement' tab of Contracts
    4. As manual conditions during order processing at item level
Now, if you want to maintain conditions using GCM, you first have to maintain a condition maintenance group in the customizing where in you can assign condition table and condition type for different counter values. I am assuming that you have done this activity successfully.
When you run the transaction '/SAPCND/GCM', for application 'CRM', your condition maintenance group name and context 'GCM', you will be initially taken to a screen where in you'll have an item area which would be blank and then condition fields would be displayed in a tree on the left.
Here, select the field 'Condition type' and click on icon 'Select records'. You would get a dialog prompting you to enter condition type. Here you can specifiy the condition type for which you want to maintain/view condition records.
If no condition records are available, item area would be left blank. Here, you can choose a condition type using the standard F4 help. Depending on condition types that are assigned to condition maintenance group, different condition types would be displayed in the F4-help using which you can maintain condition records.
    Hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Pavithra

  • TAXINN SD For Excise Duty where to maintain TAX CODE in condition record?

is Tax code necessary for excise determination in TAXINN in SD Scenario? While maintaining condition record ( JEXP) for Excise access sequence JEXC doesnu2019t has Tax Code field Whereas for Sale Tax determination ( JCST/JLST) access sequence JLST /CST which has Tax code field . (In TAXINN we create Dummy tax code (blank))
is it true whatever I have written ? If yes then what is use of tax code where it triggers in FI Posting? Why we use only for Sale Tax not for Excise duty?
If u go to SAP Std condition type & access sequence provide for CIN in SD (TAXINN) While maintaining condition record ( JEXP) for Excise. Access sequence JEXC doesnu2019t has Tax Code field . do u think we should modify that create field for Tax code ..... Pl check in system & answer the question .......I hope u understand what i want to ask.

    Hi,
As per my knowledge, Excise is not Tax its a Duty....
Excise gets added to your base price and the tax is calculated on the whole amount and not only the basic price.
Say if u r manufacturing a material and u r under excise regulations, then without paying excise duty you can't move the goods out of your premises, Here even before you sell the material to a customer the excise duty is paid from you. But when u will be selling the material to a customer, the customer is charged the excise duty which gets added to the net value and then the sales tax is calculated.
If u see a sale order condition tab page, there are two fields
    1. Net Value      2. Tax
Net value is the value which includes the excise duty and the tax is only the CST/LST/VAT.

  • Condition records- setting printer for multiple vendors at the same time

    Hi all,
I have maintained condition record for POs for Key combination of Doc type,Purch Org and vendors. Now for a particular doc type and P.Org , I have around 50 vendors. I need to change the printer for all these 50 vendors to 'printerx'.Is it possible? I tried selecting multiple vendors at a time and changed the printer but its not working.

    Hi Saurav ,
You can achieve this through SCAT transaction.
For running SCAT take the help of ABAP team.
I hope u might be having the list in the form of text file.
If not , download the same from NACH table.

  • Error while creating a pricing condition record.

    Hi
I am trying to use the Material Group 1 (MVGR1) field from the field catalog to create a pricing condition table(9 series). I was able to create the table with MVGR1 as one of the columns but when I try to maintain condition records in the table, System gives me the following error. I have maintained certain values in the config for material group1. there is neither F4 values for the field Material group nor I can type in config values of MVGR1 in that field. I am getting this error. Any help on how to get past this issue will be highly appreciated.
    Thanks
Object Material group 1 not provided with characteristic AS. (Note other fields!)

    Diagnosis
The value entered in a field is not permitted.
    System response
The system issues an error message.
    Procedure
Check the entry and make the necessary corrections. Note any relationships between the individual fields. Entries in other fields may also be incorrect.
Example: There are two fields for maintaining the country and region. These fields are linked. The country chosen would be permitted if it were by itself. So would the region. But the region may not be in the the country chosen. In this case, an error message is issued. The country should then be corrected, not the region!

    Steps for MM Pricing Procedures
Can anyone please help me on the Pricing Procedures?
I have read it many times but fail to understand.
    Pricing Procedure :
In MM module, pricing procedure is used during RFQ and PO creation. Total value of material based on all addition and subtraction like discount, surcharge, tax, freight, etc. In this we are defining pricing procedure and linking to vendor and purchase department through the virtual schemas.
Following steps for pricing procedure as,
    1. Define conditions.
    2. Define pricing procedure.
    3. Define virtual purchase organization and vendor.
    4. Info Record.
    Customization for Pricing Procedure :
    1. Definition of Conditions :
/NMEK0-condition typeu2026condition types- definition (define for basic price, net price, discount, surcharge, tax etc.)
    2. Defining pricing procedure :
/NMEK0- calculation schema-calculation schemasu2014New entries (Define procedure and put the conditions like formula so that final price will be net price / total value as per company requirement)
    3. Linking pricing procedure to independent condition types.
/NMEK0-condition typeu2026condition types- definition for position for defined conditions (Enter the defined pricing procedure in the each independent conditions u201CPricing Procedureu201D box)
    4. Defining Schema group for Vendor :
    /NMEK0- calculation schema-schema groupsu2014vendoru2014New Entries.
    5. Defining Schema group for Purchase Organization--- New entries.
/NMEK0- calculation schema- schema groups---- purchasing organization--- new entries.
    6. Linking Virtual Purchase Organization to actual Purchase Organization.
/NMEK0- calculation schema- schema groups----- Assign P.Org. (in actual P.Org, enter virtual P.Org)
    7. Linking Pricing procedure to virtual P.Org and virtual vendor :
/NMEK0- calculation schema- Determine Schema--- -Standard --- New entries (Enter virtual schema and P.Org. along with pricing procedure)
    8. Linking virtual vendor to actual vendor-- /NXK02   then  enter schema group vendor in Purchasing Data )
    9. Info Records (/NME11)---- click on u201CPurch. Org. data1u201D and enter condition types and pricing procedure

What are the steps in pricing determination in MM? Condition, Access sequence and schema.
In the SAP MM Pricing is more important. Just yesterday I have completed the Pricing as I am doing the SAPMM now. I can give some light on this Topic, not 100%. After 2 days definitely some more I can share.
The Basic thing is Condition Technique. In which there are
    1. Access Sequence 2. Condition Record 3. Condition Type 4. Condition Table.
A Access Sequence access a Condition Record of a Condition Type in a Condition Table is a  Condition Technique. This is a simple logic
Here the Condition Type is very important like PB00, PBXX,RA01 etc.
In the background every Condition Type has its own defition means the purpose of the Condition Type  like, is it for Pricing or Percentage, Quntity base, Accrual Feilds etc is to be defined to work this functions.
Normally we use the existing ones without any risk. But some cases, we have to Create a New Condition Types as per the organisation requirement.
The Pricing Schema is useful to minimise condition types while mention prices for Vendor on the basis of Pricing Schema which we defined according to organisation requirement.
The Pricing Schema means the calculations procedure of Condition Type.
Ex.  RA01 - Discoount % is caclulated on PB00 - Gross Price  means
RA01 is based on PB00  like that we have to define in the Pricing Schema
which makes easy to use in realtime.
Here PB00 has the Access Sequence - 0002.
But RA01 does not have the Access Sequence. Why because it is a dependent on PB00. But both are Condition Types.
In the system, by default some standard  Scheme will be there at Vendor Schema Group in the Vendor Master Screen means the standard one is assigned which is very lengthy which may fullfil our requirement. But some cases which may not fullfil our requirement, in such we have to define.
For the configuration, I may not able to explain properly through here but will give some Idea.
Configuration: SPRO-IMG-Material Management- Purchasing- Conditions-Define Price Deternmination Process
    1. Define Access Sequence
    2. Define Condition Type
    3. Defince Calculation Schema:- Here you have to define the Schema
    Define Schema group
    1. Define Schema Group vendor
    2. Define Pricing Schema group
    3.  Schema group for Purchase Organisation
    4. Assign Schema group to Purchase Organisation
    Define Schema determination
1.define calculation schema for Standard purchase organisation
After completion of the Schema Group, we have to assign it to Vendors.
Then whenever we use any transaction with this Vendor, the concerned  Schema will work as configured by us.
I think this will help you. Actually the Pricing is a vast. Becuase each Condition have its own importance and each Access Sequence have its own importance. So  you need not bother about this. First you learn how to define the Calculation Schema through the above.
Here we can create many Calculation Schemas which can assign one schema to Local vendors
another schema to out side vendor one more schema to foreign vendors like that we can classify.
