Maintain the acct key and accruals/provisions in the calculation schema

Dear All,
I have a problem during invoice posting.
I create a new freight condition type & assigned it to the calculation schema. I also create a new account key & assigned to the calculation schema in accrual keys. Then done OBYC settings. During MIGO, its working fine. But when i post the Miro against po, giving an error msg., "Maintain the acct key and accruals/provisions in the calculation schema, Message no. M8434"
plz help me to solve this issue.

Have you ticked the 'Acruals' in control data 2 in M/06 for this condition.

In PO we have maintained different delivery condition.
When we are doing MIRO we are getting error "maintain the acct key and acurals/provisions in calculation schema" for condition type YLBB and YLBE.
However we have checked condition type and calulation schema and found that acct key and accurals maintained.
YLB9     BivacInspec.fee/Quan
YLBB     LPRC charges/Quant.
YLBC     Port charges/Quant.
YLBE     Clearing Charges/Qt.
Please suggest somesolution.

Hi Ashok,
In M/08 check whether   acct key and acurals/provisions in calculation schema" for condition type YLBB and YLBE are maintained or not.
Also if they are maintained there then check in M/06 for condition type YLBB and YLBE , whether accurals check box are checked or not...If not check and then try.

hi all-
I'm looking for a clear explanation about the "account key" and "accruals" fields in the SD pricing procedure:
- what is the difference
- when do you use "account key", when do you use "accruals" (examples are very helpful)
- I see that sometimes there are entries for "account key" and "accruals", what is the meaning and effect for postings

Please Note the following in Pricing Procedure:
Account Key: It posts the G/L as assigned for Income or expenditure i.e. For Revenues from sales / Income (PR00, EK01 etc) we assign the condition types to u201CERLu201D and for Expense or spot discounts (K005, KA00) etc. we can use u201CERSu201D
As far as Accruals are concerned, they are provisions in accounts to be reimbursed or adjusted at a later stage or at the end of a period I.e. for u201CREBATE-SALESu201D we can use u201CERUu201D. (I.e. Customer rebate - B003 etc.)
Further please use help in SAP and explore, while doing transactions.

Dear all,
1 What is the difference for account key and accrual in procedure M/08.
2 I maintain both FR1 at account key and FR3 at accrual. During GR, I only see gl account for FR3 showing. Why not FR1 at account key?
3 I see most of the condition with both account key and accrual also enter the transaction code. if system only picks 1, why need to maintain both?

Account Key enables the system to post amounts to certain types of Revenue account(Frieght & Custom)
With the help of account key ,the accrual key can post amounts to certain types of accruals accounts in the system.
Check related condition type in M/06 & see the Cond.category linked.
Also see the (account key / accrual key) which will have the transaction event key and will store the Purchasing documents value in posting that links( which one linked so you have posting) in OBYC setting

Can I download Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium on a new Mac if I've had it installed on my old one since December 2011? I have the product key and serial number.

I bought a new Macbook Pro 13 inch in December 2011 and I bought the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium shortly after and installed it on the computer. The other day my friend spilled his drink on my computer and it is now going to cost me $800 to get it fixed so I am considering getting a new one instead of getting mine fixed I'm not sure if the memory is still ok or not either. It didn't get that wet and Apple told me it is more than likely ok but there is no guarantee that they are going to keep the memory when they fix it. So I was wondering if I get a new one if I can install the Suite on the new one I still have the product key and serial number for the Suite. Or if I decide to get mine fixed and the memory is swept, then can I reinstall it on mine after it is fixed? If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank You

Use
The account key enables the system to post amounts to certain types of revenue account. For example, the system can post freight charges (generated by the freight pricing condition) to the relevant freight revenue account.
Account key - accruals / provisions
Key which identifies various types of G/L accounts for accruals or provisions.
Use
With the aid of the account key, the system can post amounts to certain types of accruals accounts. For example, rebate accruals which are calculated from pricing conditions can be posted to the corresponding account for rebate accruals.

Account key:
1. spro --> sales and distribution --> basic functions --> account assignment and costing --> revenue account determination --> define and assign account keys.
2. In the pricing procedure , for that condition type, you will mention that ( if you want to post it into separate G/L account then) you will assign account key and accurals.

If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.

Recently, the delete key and rt click delete do not remove a message. Have to restart T'Bird to be able to delete a message. Using v 24.5.0

Using Thunderbird 24.5.0, W7, up-to-date in fixes
The delete key and the right click delete suddenly don't delete a messsage.
Restarting Thunderbird and then they both work.

The problem is with the new operating system and sending photo via email when used in my iPad. From photo I selected 3 photos to send via email. I choose the upload key and choose to send by email. Typing text on the email is very slow.

Does the screen come back on if you press the sleep/power button?
Have you tried powering down (hold sleep/power button and swipe red slider) then power back up? Power cycling sometimes will clear problems.
If neither works, and you can get to an Apple store, have the genius bar folks try it out...they are very good about replacement if faulty.

After spending three months building a twenty six page Book Project in iPhoto i added a page and later decided to delete the page. The whole project was gone, the undo menu was grayed out and there was nothing in the iPhoto trash about my Book.
Surly I can find this if I knew the path to find the project in a library on a back column I have of my hard drive.. Could anyone help me?

Sorry I'm having a hard time getting this.
If I go to my hard drive BIGMAC>Library>Application Support>iPhoto>the only thing in this folder is Themes.
However, when I "Get Info" it's 580MB for 24,421 items. iPhoto says I have 35,977 photos. I would think the database would be into the GB for this many photos.
If I go to BIGMAC>system>Library>I find nothing about iPhoto
Is the iPhoto file in the Application Support the one I need to replace with my backup?

I have multiple iPhoto libraries and when I selecting which library to view (hold down 'option' key and launch iPhoto from the dock) it automatically closes another open apps window eg. Chome, Word. 1 app closes every time I launch iPhoto this way.

If you're pushing Option at the exact moment you're clicking the Dock icon, it's supposed to do that. Wait until just after clicking it.
