Maintain the telephone and fax number of vendor in Purchase order document

Dear Expert,
Hi, i'm wondering here.. why when I create purchase order , and enter the vendor in vendor field, the telephone and fax field in PO header - address tab is not automatically appears, only the street/ house number , postal code and so forth appear?
I have checked in vendor master, all the communication info are maintained (telephone, fax, email)
You can give me any idea about this?

Hi Nick,
Do you mean the Purchasing Organisation comms in the vendor master data ? Yes I have maintained.
actually the field in vendor master and the field in purchase order have the same name SZA1_D0100-TEL_NUMBER why it is not link to each other?

Where do you need to update this information in the PO or the PO output ( Print / Fax / email)
If you want to update these in the PO then you need to use the customer exit.

The address number needs to determined from table USR21 using the user ID - PO created by( EKKO - ERNAM_ and using the address number derive the telephone number and fax number from table ADRC.

Payment advices not picking accounting clerk phone number and fax number.

Hi,
We have executed payment program and payment advices got generated. But in the output it is printing everthing i.e accounting clerk name, vendor number and amount. But it is not filling the accounting clerk phone number and fax number even though we have maintained it in our customized transaction code. Will this values in the payment advices will be picked up from standard t.code OB05, there we don't have option to give these two values.
Can anyboday help me on this.

Get plant information (tel number and fax number) from SPRO

I ahve a quotation form which I am pulling the footer with the plant adress and phone number and fax number . Right now my form is coded to pull the address and numbers from T001w and Kna1 table for tel and fax numbers . Now they want the telephone numbers to be pulled from the SPRO Plant indo, i.e in SPRO Enterprise strucrturew--definition logistic generaldefine copy delete plant ---address(tel number and fax number).
I would like to get the numbers from here , how do I get the plant information from there instead of getting it from the plant and customer tables.

Business need a report which contains the translation of 'MM' numbers (typically beginning with '51') assigned for parked PO invoices vs. the 'FI' document number that comes out in the parked report.

Check out the report MR43 which gives information about Parked invoice. Also you can have a look on MIR6 with check box Parked Innvoice.
The main table for parking invoice is VBKPF and other relevent tables are as follow:
VBKPF                          Document Header for Document Parking
VBSEC                          Document Parking One-Time Data Document Segment
VBSEGA                         Document Segment for Assets Document Parking
VBSEGD                         Document Segment for Customer Document Parking
VBSEGK                         Document Segment for Vendor Document Parking

Does any one have some code that can show the PO and Invoice number along with the distribution line detail?
I'm tring to get to the po.po_vendors for segment1 and po.po_distributions_all but it screws up at the po.po_lines_all table which needs outer joins and it's just not working for me.

In case Invoice Distribution is matched to a Purchase Order then
ap_invoice_distributions_all.PO_DISTRIBUTION_ID and ap_invoice_distributions_all.DIST_CODE_COMBINATION_ID is the link to po_distributions_all table

You don't. Everythng downloaded with one Apple ID can not be transfered to another Apple ID. So you would need to buy it a second time. This is one of the Pit Falls of the whole Download only model.

Thanks for your reply. I still have some questions. Lets say that I have two jnlp files, current and "last stable". The jar href tag in the jnlp file should point to the application correct ?. If we have two different jar files, wont webstart treat it as two different applications ? We will have both "n" and "n-1" version of the application locally cached on the client. My objective is to have only one version, either the nth or the (n-1)th version. How is this possible ? your help is greatly appreciated

This numbers will becomes mandatory if we go for "Optimized Purchasing".
If we run MRP, the system will creates PR / Automatic Schedule lines. For this purpose system will take the PO/Schedule Agreement Number from source list.
