Maintaining mics through pi sheet

Hi Gurus, i have assigned process inst cat QMRES in o10c to destination and after creation of the process order, i observed that this process inst cat is not copied in order/ phase. also after creation of control recipe- there is no mics are shown in co60. please note that i have maintained all mics in operation of the recipe and i maintained 03 insp type in the header material and observed that insp lot is created upon order release. my requirement is to maintain all mic values thhrough pi sheet like we do results recording. please advise what need to be corrected.

  • Process order confirmation through PI sheet -reg

    Hi,
Please tell how to confirm the operation/order through PI sheet.
I have created the process order with PH_CON as process instruction catagory. after I sent the message thr. CO53 and in CO58 entered the actvity timining and then saved.
But i am not getting any status in the order,
Please tell me is there any mistake inthe process.
    Regards
    Karthik

    Hi,
Process Massage will generate only after Completing the PI sheet. So after maintaining the PI sheet you have to press Complete button then only system will generate Process Massage regarding completion of PI sheet.
But if you leave the PI sheet only with Save then it means still there are some entries are left or may be change. So in this case system will not generate process massage.
Now first complete the PI sheet then check in CO54 with correct date , time and plant selection.Send it from here and then check in process order.

  • Goods issue through PI sheet

    Gurus,
I am facing a strange problem. I am trying to issue components through PI sheet. I have used almost all the standard characteristics (such as cons_1, cons_2, cons, cons2 etc.). But everytime I try to issue the material I find that the header material is being issued not the components (I find this in CO54). The problem I guess lies in the characteristics PPPI_MATERIAL (whose function module is COC1_PPPI_CHAR_VALUES). Has anybody else faced this problem? Please let me know if you people have any solution or feel that I am making some mistakes...
    thanks is advance!

    Hi,
Problem solved!! generation scope was 0 instead of 1.

  • Process order confirmation through PI sheet without Batch no.

    Hi Experts,
Can any body tell me how can we confirm the process order through PI sheet without batch no.? I know though COEBR we can confirm the order through PI sheet but it requires batch no. & We don't have batch managenent implemented.
Youe suggestions are valuable for me.
    Regards,
    Shivkumar Dachawar

To make GR for the order for materials without PI sheet.
    1. Process instruction category PROD_2 - which does not require batch number. Tcode O12C
    2. Assign this Process instruction category to your Control recipe destination for your plant - SPRO- > PPPI -> Process management  -> Control recipe / PI sheets -> Contrl. rec. destination -> Define and setup
If you need more information let me know.

  • How to creat Process messages automatically through PI sheet saved?

How to creat Process messages automatically through PI sheet to the Process message destinations.

    Hi Jessie,
When you process instruction category PROD_3 in master recipe, the process message PI_PROD is created.
After releasing process order, you have to create control recipe. Upon successful creation of control recipe, process instructions will get generated. Check the error log for control recipe creation for error if any.
Note that control recipe will be generated only with order status "Released".
You have to sent this control recipe to process control (CO53).
    Hope it is helpful.

  • Quality lot generation through PI sheet

    Hi,
    I have the following requirement:
In the PI sheet I need to confirm an operation and which in turn would generate a inprocess inspection lot. In that lot I need to do a result recording. Every step is to be carried out through PI sheet. Can anybody give me any idea on how should I approach? Is there any standard process instruction category (I could not find one that would work in this situation.. may be I am missing something).
    Thanks in advance!!
    Snigdho

    Hi,
There are some SAP standard process instruction categories, which you can use if it meets your requiements. These are like characteristics based instructions where you give the values. If not you can create the Process Instructions Categories of your own with your own required characteristics.
Otherwise the Process instructions can be of Text type also.
The other way is to define your PI by Xsteps.

  • BAPI for AFS BOM Creation through Cost Sheet

    Hello Experts,
Is there any way to create the AFS BOM through BAPI.
Client requirement is to create the automatic AFS BOM through Cost Sheet (KKE1), I already developed custom Cost Sheet as per the requirement .
When we create the Cost Sheet Using KKE1 / ZKKE1, automatically AFS BOM should be create in the system with all grid values of component.
I'm not getting how should I create the AFS BOM using all the components in the Cost Sheet with Grid values.
There is no issue in creation of simple BOM using Bapi but for AFS BOM I'm facing problem.
Please suggest and also tell the possibility.
    Thanks & Regards
    Prajyot.D

Hi!  Thanks for your help.  I used CS_BI_BOM_CREATE_BATCH_INPUT1 and was able to create the BOMs successfully.  My problem now is on the change.  I tried using CS_BI_BOM_CHANGE_BATCH_INPUT but I kept running into various errors.  I think it has something to do with the fields that I am populating in the structures and tables that are being passed to the BAPI.  I tried researching for CS_BI_BOM_CHANGE_BATCH_INPUT but could not find any match.  The function module documentation is not available as well.  If you have used this FM in the past, will appreciate if you could share some inputs on how you were able to make this work.  Thanks a lot!

I had similar problems and could get nothing whatsoever when trying to record from the microphone or using it in Skype (it was obviously muted completely in some way). Tried everything I could in alsamixer, and installing PulseAudio didn't manage to get it working either.
However I installed gnome-alsamixer, and ticked a few 'Rec.' check boxes and everything works now as it should! Sorry I can't pin down exactly what switched it on.

  • Your Question:  Karaoke with HDMI & external Mic through a Macbook Pro

    Your Question:
I have a Macbook Pro, with a miniDisplay to HDMI, which I connect to my TV, after setting output sound and mirroring the display, I can show and hear Karaoke streamed from the internet, but I can't get a microphone to work through the system. I have a mic, with a qtr to eigth adapter in mic port - no sound. Tried mic to a USB port, macbook recognises mic, but no sound out to surround system, just the karaoke music - help

I about pulled my hair out trying to figure out how to do this, so today I made a phone call to a professional musician friend. He said that I need a mixer to go between the computer and the tv. A mixer gives multiple input and output options. He said a friend of his that is a DJ uses this one and recommends it to everyone -
      VocoPro DA-1000PRO 3-Channel Karaoke Mixer
I ordered one today along with some Shure SM58 Mics.
Hopefully, it all works out...I'll let you know.

i am requesting all the PM experts please help me.
    thanks,

    Hi,
I think it is the same problem as I answered in this [thread|Getting a message that "Customizing incorrectly maintained";.
It is possibly a problem with definition of screen SAPLMLSP/400 (services). You will need to follow the instructions in note [1382685|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1382685]. This note references ML81N transaction but is relevant for the services screen. Check the table entries mentioned to verify and then correct if necessary.

  • By product confirmation through PI sheet.

    Hi,
        SAP Gurus,
My client senario is PP-PI. Order confirmation is against PI sheet. The main issue is that they want by-product auto confirmed ( comes in QI stock ) during PI sheet confirmation.
What settings I have to do to fulfill this requirement. Please let me know.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Harriesh.

    Hi,
I start with believing that you have maintain -ve Sign in BOM for that By Products.
You can confirm GI of Components,GR of Header material and By Product (Movement type 531) thorough PI sheet.
        - Use Process Message PI_CONS for both Components and By Product.
        - Use Process message PI_PROD for Header material.
Activate Post to QI stock in QM view of material master for that By Product.
    Regards,
    Dhaval

  • [SOLVED] Hearing the Mic through speakers/headphones

    Hey guys,
So after a long hiatus to Linux Mint, I've finally come back to Arch. Gotta say that I'm really impressed with how things have progressed here.
I'm encountering a really annoying bug in an otherwise trouble-free installation of Arch. I can hear my own voice through my speakers and headphones when I speak into my mic.
ADDED: I can always hear myself through the mic, not just with skype or audacity or whatever.
Let me describe my setup - it's pretty standard.
I have two speakers hooked up to my motherboard's onboard audio at the back, and a front mic and headphone jack that I use to plug in my headphone-mic headset.
I'm pretty sure it's not a hardware fault because I came from Linux Mint 8 and the audio/mic was fine there.
First of all, uname -mrsn gives
    3.0-ARCH x86_64
Here's my audio chip from alsamixer:
    Realtek ALC662 rev1
    And card:
    HDA NVidia
    lspci gives me
00:07.0 Audio device: nVidia Corporation MCP72XE/MCP72P/MCP78U/MCP78S High Definition Audio (rev a1)
    And alsa driver version:
    1.0.24
    The output from amixer:

In alsamixer, I muted the front mic in 'Playback' and for some reason, the digital control in the 'Capture' controls the mic volume. I can confirm that this set up also works in Skype. I don't understand why the 'digital' control affects the mic volume - it's an analogue device.

  • Problem with Changing Data while Import through Excel Sheet

    Hi Experts,
I am new to SAP LUMIRA and I am facing an issue with it. Actually, I am importing the data for analysis from an Excel sheet into SAP LUMIRA. I am able to prepare the visualization in the first go. But If I am changing the number of columns in the excel sheet afterwards (that may occur in normal circumstances where data is dynamic) and then refreshing the LUMIRA dashboard, it fails. Please can you tell me about a possible mistake or is it really feasible when we change data afterwards and then refresh the dashboards once again.
    Looking forward to your answers.
    Regards,
    Aman

    What is the error message?
Can you confirm you are using 1.15.1?
