Maintenance cost by produced unit

Hi everybody,
I'm looking for some tables where I could find the budget for a specific area in a period. I know this information could be retrieved from FICO tables but I dont know the FICO tables.
I need to develop a report retrieving the budget for a specific area, type produced units in the selection screen in a period and calculate the cost by unit.
In the selection screen i will have the next parameters:
Area:
Fiscal Year:
Period:
Produced Units:
The report will be displayed this way:
Budget        Produced unit         Cost by unit
Maintenance     1250             859                      1.46

Hi Dileep,
I'am reviewing S_ALR_87013620 report but I need to create a very specific report but I don't have the enough knowledge for using GR55 transaction.
The client is requesting a similar report, He requires a report with 3 columns: the first column will have the same information than the first column in S_ALR_87013620 report (Actual budget or Actual cost ), in the second column it is required a typed data in the selection screen (produced unit by period) and the third column it will be a formula (first column divided by second column) and that's it.
I copied 1OAB report group and 1OAB-001 report, both as "Z". I have worked on the report modifing it and I have achieved to remove the others columns that I don't need and I have achieved to insert the formula in the third column(first column divided by second column), but I don't know how to define a new parameter in the selection screen where the user could type the produced units in a specific area in the company and how to display that typed data ( produced units in a specific area ) in the second column when the report be displayed, in this way I will have the cost by produced unit in a specific period of a year for a specific cost center and cost element(this is the objective of the report).
I don't know if you understand my idea, but basically the issue is how to insert a new parameter in the selection screen and how to display that typed data in the second column of my report?.
Regards...

  • Is traversal calls neccessary in VCS maintenance cost?

    Hi all,
I'm looking at a quote for a VCS control and pondering all the maintenance costs.
I can understand it for hardware and various software options but do I really need to pay maintenance for the non-traversal call licenses?
Is that strictly neccessary in order to get support and software upgrades for my units?
    Cheers!
    Jonas

Yes, you should purchase the maintenance for the complete product (VCS + all the licences).
Cisco could chose to not support your VCS if it was only partially covered by support and maintenance and didn't include coverage on all the installed licencing.
The same goes for TMS, and the additonal Device Licence packs - they incur an additional maintenance cost as well, and while you could just take out maintenance on just the base TMS product, if you're not paying for support for the complete product, Cisco could chose not to support it, or charge you for any time spent.
You'd have to check the fine details of the wording on the actual maintenance contract you sign up on.

Are we settling out Maintenance Cost to profit Center directly or somewhere else.

Yes, you can settle a Profit Segment.
Have a look at the Settlement Profile assigned to your order type (IMG: Maintain Settlement Profiles).

  • Maintenance Cost Budgeting

    Hello,
I have created a maintenance Plan. the strategy is BPMWEK. Total of 52 weeks. I have inserted one operation in the task list which is assigned to the maintenance plan with time line of 2 hours.
When i do the maintenance cost planning using tcode IP31, the system is calculating total hours as 106 instead of 104(52 weeks * 2hours). Why is it so?

  • Cost Center, Org.unit  is wiped out

    Hi All,
When i terminate any employee using PA30 or PA40 transaction then it wiped out cost center and Org.Unit.  We need this details.  Kindly let me know if you know the solution to keep the cost center and Org.unit when you terminate the employee using PA30 or PA40 transaction.
    Thanks,
    -Suresh Revuru

Yes i verified the pa0001 infotype. After terminating the employee it is clearning the cost center, org.unit and Job for existing record and new record.
Example: When i hire a employee  1234 i will give cost center, position, job etc.,
If i terminate the employee using PA30 or PA40 then it will create a new termination record in infotype pa0000 and pa0001  etc.,   This new record the cost center, job and org. unit in infotype is blank.  Also it is clearning the existing HIRE recod cost center, JOB and ORG. unit.
    Thanks,

  • Can I do plant maintenance cost planning in functional location wise?

    Dear Experts,
My customer plans to prepare annual plant maintenance cost planning in "functional location" wise.
    Can this be done?
If yes, what are the steps?
    regards,
    Abraham

    Abraham,
You could do it indirectly in ECC using a cost centre for each FLoc. You can then plan the costs in the cost centre

  • Check for Maintenance Cost Budgeting

    Dear All,
From EHP 5, there is one button in Order create/change screen called "Check for Maintenance Cost Budgeting", but couldn't find any documentation regarding it. I want to know total functionality of that button. Can anyone help me regarding this?

    From Solution Browser:
    Functionality Enhancements
For critical, high-value maintenance orders, it is essential for the planner to check to see if enough budget provision is available for maintaining a technical object. Based on the results, the planner can request approval for the order and the cost controller can approve the work. The budget forecast is retracted from the maintenance cost budget. Actual utilization is calculated based on past orders and work in progress.

  • Product cost or Product unit cost

    Hi,
Does anyone know if there is any standard content for product cost or Product unit cost?  Please let me know.  I don't know under which area this belongs to ie SD, MM....etc.
    thanks
    Sabrina.

    Hi Sabrina,
You can evaluate CO-PC datasources in your R/3 system and the corresponding sources, objects etc. in BC.

  • OWB Maintenance Cost

    Hi,
We all know licensing cost of OWB is zero as it comes free with oracle DB....
can anyone help me in calulating the maintenance cost of OWB.....what all needs to be considered.
    Thanks

    Hi
Not all of OWB is free, see the following for details:
    http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/warehouse/htdocs/licensing.html
There is a free component - but there are costed options including ODIEE (which was Enterprise ETL), Application Adapters, Data Profiling and Quality, Data Watch and Repair that are paid parts.
Regarding the real-world comments on maintenance interested to hear.
    Cheers

  • Total Maintenance Cost

    Dear All..,
What is the best way to capture total maintenance cost (Only material+service cost) in a single PM order.
    - What if budget is mentioned in the order?
    - How should be the settlements happend?
    - Is it possible to capture service cost through budget and material cost just allocate to cost center without affecting the budget?
    Waiting for your valuable inputs..
    Thanks in advance...

    Hello,
You can  capture total maintenance cost (Only material+service cost) in a single PM order by using the WBS element in oreder.
In this WBS Element you can maintain Activity for Only material+service cost.
    - What if budget is mentioned in the order?---> You can Control it by WBS release functionality.
    - How should be the settlements happend?-->Settel the  Order Against the WBS
    - Is it possible to capture service cost through budget and material cost just allocate to cost center without affecting the budget--Using this WBS not possible.

    Rakesh
