Maintenance Optimization error

Hi All,
I have configured Solution manager maintenance optimizor.
I m getting an error at Solution_manager>change management>support package stack--> maintenance optimizor
In this maintenance optimizor procedure, in plan maintenance -->select product
After slecting the product while i slect "continue", here i m gettinh warning
Condition REQUEST_IN_PROCESS is not checked without Change Management integration
Is there any way to solve this?

What is the Support Package Level (ST 400 SP??) of your Solution Manager?
See SAP Note 997780 how to avoid the warning.

Maintenance Optimizer Error: TMWFLOW/MO_BACKEND111

Hello,
We get an error when trying to use MOPZ so that it automatically calculates the files to be downloaded.
/TMWFLOW/MO_BACKEND111
Not all instances required for the installation are active.

I would like to know if anyone has gotten this error before, and how to get started on resolving the root cause.

Maintenance Optimizer Error - MOPZ error

We're getting the following error with solman 7.1 mpoz when automatically collecting data from the solman system itself.
No Component Version data for system SMD
Any help would be appreciated.

The problem is that the sld, smsy and lmdb are out of sync. They need to be synched up and this can be done through the workcenter, smsy and solman_setup.
Go into smsy and edit your system. It should bring up an technical editor screen. If you click on software, software component version, that'll be empty or product assigned won't be checked. Go back a page and there's a "resync sld" button. Click that.
I had several problems and one was that during system preparation I hadn't created all of the users. Make sure that's done and that they have all the authorizations that they need.
Then make sure that your agents are connected.
Also make sure that you can migrate data between the smsy and the lmdb.
Also go into solman_workcenter, solution manager administration and make sure that your solution has the logical component assigned.

I have a problem in calculating the SPS to the SAP GRC Access Control 5.3.
I recorded the system automatically from SLD. I defined the logical component and I created the solution.
Now, when I try to calculate the Maintenance Optimizer error is generated:

Error in maintenance optimizer generating Stack File XML

Hi all,
In step 3 "Download Files" of maintenance optimizer transaction to implement the EHP5 of ERP, In the tab "Log" I see the following error.
*Collecting XML adjustment input data done with error or warning.
Message no.AGS_MOPZ_PLAN_MSG144*
The stack XML file is very very important to the ehpi installer, then I need to know which implications have the error below...
I create 3 Maintenance Optimizer transactions, and in all of them, the error appears.

Please check if the SPAM level of the Solution Manager is the latest.
If this does not help, please check the details about the error message in transaction SLG1 (this transaction is the full application log). There should be extra text / error message explaining the situation, you only have to look for the error around the time when you got the 'Collecting XML adjustment input data done with error or warning' message.

Error in Maintenance Optimizer in step "Select files for component "

i would like to download patches for my system. I have defined a solution and now i will start the Maintenance Optimizer procedure to download, but when i press a button "Select Files..." an error "the page cannot be displayed" occurred.
Does anybody know what should i check in my configuration? Where can I find more details for error?

Here is the whole solution for you.
Hope you have implemented the note 990534 properly.
This is what I have done to resolve the same issue -
Apply patch ST-ICO 8 and 9
generate BC set SOLMAN40_MOPZ_TTYP_SLMO_000
generate BC set SOLMAN40_CHARM_PROXYFACT_001
If the error still persist, you will need to work on the below notes. (997780)
Goto SPRO - IMG>SAP SOL MGR>SCENARIO SPECIFIC>CHANGE REQ MGMNT>EXTNDED CONFIG>CHANGE TXN>CONSISTENCY CHECK IN CHANGE REQ MGMNT (define basic settings SOCM_CHECK_002)
Deselect the 'Integr' field (integration with change management is required) for the checks listed below. The system issues a message stating that changes are not allowed and that the entries are SAP property. This is only a warning message. Choose ENTER to ignore the message and save your changes.
Checks:
           IB_SYST_CHK
           S_USER_CHECK
           REQUEST_IN_PROCESS
           SOLUTION_ASSIGNMENT
           PRODUCT_ASSIGNMENT
           S_USER_CHECK

If you are getting the error "no active ibase" after this, try to implement 1030498.

Error when trying use the Maintenance Optimizer Transaction

I have finally gotten through a major headache setting up a SM box, but now when I try to use the maintenance Optimizer, i get the following messages and it won't go any further.
Information Procedure 8000000051 Saved
Warning Status was reset by system
Warning There is already a transaction for the systems of this product version
It stays on the screen to select the logical component and just keeps saving the procedure. I have tried deactivating the old procedures but nothing is working.
Any Ideals.

I am trying to set up Maintenance Optimizer on Solution Manager 7.0 SP15 ( WIndows 2003).
I am using wizard to do this. But I am getting error when I am trying to update "Assign S-User for SAP Support Portal functionality" ( Basically the AISUSER Tcode does ) :
When I am entering new entries, Its allowing me to enter User , SAP Customer No, but whenver I am trying to input Contact Person Its giving me the following error :
"Partner number 0000000000 was not found in table AICONTACTS."
Please help me out.

Are you sure that you are entering the correct Customer Number and the corresponding S-userid is correct ?
May be this problem is related with several customer number administration ? check these notes

Check whether the RFC connection to the Change Man agement system is under the key CHARM_DEST (APPLI field in the DESTINAT field), in the view BCOS_CUST. You need authorization for the cross-client view/table maintenance (S_TABU_DIS and S_TABU_CLI).
Check the RFC connection in the transaction SM59. If your SAP Solution Manager system is also your Change Manager system, the internal connection must be 'NONE'. You need authorization for the administration of RFC connections (S_RFC_ADM).

it seems that your MOPZ isn't initialized correctly. Please see the document in Service marketplace, alias /solman-mopz -> very last link on the bottom ("step-by-step ...".
The entry of the missing RFC-destination is only the first thing which has to be done. You should also activate a BC-Set and maintain your iBase. All of this is decribed in the pdf above.

I see that the ACP 'EA-FINSERV617' is released for customers.
I cannot find any issue with the settings for this package.
Perhaps there is an issue in the marketplace. The package might have been moved, or the file has been renamed. In this case, the only way would be to create a new Maintenance Optimizer transaction.

Main optimizer error - There is already a transaction for the system

Hi Guru's,
I am trying to download support packs from maintenance optimizer in solution manager system. When i select the logical system it gives the error
'There is already a transaction for the system of this product version'
After this error, it does not proceed further.
There is many maintanence transactions in Maintanence optimizer. Now how to remove all these.
Any ideas or solutions most welcome.

As Christian has already written, the only problem is that there is already an open Maintenance Transaction for that specific system. Maintenance Optimizer checks that you do not open two different Maintenance Transactions for a system at the same time.
You only have to withdraw the old Maintenance Transaction to be able to proceed with the new one. Open the old Maintenance Transaction and click "Withdraw" on the bottom of the page. If it is grayed out, you need to go one step backwards, there you can withdraw it.

hello, i would like to create a new maintenance transaction to upgrade from SAP ERP 6.0 to SAP ERP 6.0 Enhanced Package 4 i follow the steps in the "maintenance optimizer configuration guide" BUT when i click to create a new maintenance transaction i faced an error told me "local logical system is not defined"!!! so how i can define Local logical system?

This should be configuration issue, please check the description in the Implementation Guide (tr: SPRO) at following point:
SAP Solution Manager
- Basic Settings
   SAP Solution Manager System
    General Settings
     Maintain Logical Systems
After having maintained the logical systems, the error should not be displayed any longer.
