Majora's Mask 3DS - Still Pending

Hopefully someone can help here.
So I've spoken wtih multiple reps at the 800 number. I've been told number of things from my order being cancelled to delays at the distribution center due to weather (understanable). As of today my order still doesn't have a shipping confirmation, I was charged for a product that hasn't even been shipped and received different answer from different people. What infuriates me is that I can't get an aswer from anyone, I just get an answer to get me off the phone (I've waited for 50 minutes on hold!).
I never received an email for mass cancellation that happen a few weeks back or anything for a back order notification...just a "Order In Process".
Now I was just told that I should receive it before March 2nd. I don't even know what to believe now from BB reps.

There are few things more frustrating than waiting for your order to ship, especially when it’s something as highly anticipated as the limited edition Majora’s Mask 3DS system.  I can understand your concerns at this point.
Regrettably, I don’t believe that we are going to be able to fulfill this order as this item is sold out and we do not expect to receive any additional copies of the system.  I can only recommend cancelling the order or you can wait to see if the order is fulfilled.  However, I do believe that the order will end up being cancelled after a certain point due to the unavailability of this product.
I will reach out to our support team to see if I can get more information on your order and once I have more information, I’ll send you a private message with the details.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope in the upper right hand corner.  It may take a few days to receive a response, so I appreciate your patience.

    So I waited, and my preorder finally arrived - and I noticed it came from a return center. Unsurprisingly, the box was damaged.
    I mean it's bad enough I had to wait until now, but I then get a damaged secondhand one? I understand that it's rare but it's a real low blow after also having to wait longer than friends who I called to tell to preorder when I saw it was up for sale.

    I was able to place an order for the new 3DS XL MM Edition via bestbuy.com. My order shows processing so all seems well. My question is in regards to when this will ship? I usually use amazon.com for online preorders as they are shipped so that they arrive on release day. Is this the same with bestbuy.com? If not, would it be possible to switch to in-store pickup so that I can get the item on release day? Thanks.

  • Cancellation of Majora's Mask New 3DS Order

    After preordering one Majora's Mask New 3DS system, my husband and then my brother, who could not immediately place orders themselves, asked me to place orders for them. The second and third orders seemed to go through fine, and I got no indication of any problem.
    Today, a week later, two of the orders were cancelled due to "order limitations and limited quantities." It seems Best Buy is enforcing a limit of one console per account? If so, I applaud Best Buy for taking steps to stop scalpers from buying in bulk and reselling limited items. That being said, two people are going to be extremely disappointed.
    I've ordered multiples of limited/collector's editions in the past and never had this happen. Was there any kind of message on the item page that stated this limit and I just missed it? I ordered the items on my phone one at a time, so I didn't try adding multiples to my cart.
    I am hoping someone will be able to tell us in advance when these cancelled quantities will be available for preorder again. I am sure there are others who missed out on getting one that would also like to know the date and approximate time so they can make plans to watch Bestbuy.com.

    As you’ve acknowledged, Best Buy has cancelled some of our pre-orders for the Limited Edition Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3DS XL. The cancellations you reference occurred due to the orders not being in-line with our BestBuy.com Conditions of Use. While this ensures that our customers only receive one console as intended, it sounds like the extra systems you purchased were for your family. I truly apologize for any frustration here and for what it’s worth, I’m very happy to see that you are understanding of our reason for the cancellations.
    In regards to the awareness around these limitations, we do have things in place to inform our customers of these limitations. Had you added a few of these to your cart, you’d have been notified that you could not order more than one. With that said, I completely understand your specific circumstances and why you didn’t see that messaging.

  • QM Inspection Lot Successful UD but batch still pending QI

    Dear QM Master,
    There's one issue as below -
    QA have reissue a new inspection lot (QA02) for 1 Batch and successfully UD.
    QA did change the usage from universal, 3 to good reciept, 5 under task list QP01.
    bad news is .. when check inventory,, this batch still pending for QI.
    What should we do ? Should we cancel the inspection lot ? If yes please advise what is the tcode?
    Or there's some others way.

    You said in your first posting that QA reissued a new inspection lot.  I take this to mean they used QA01 to create the lot using an inspection type other than the original 04.  Thus they used QP02 to change the usage so the created lot would pick up the new plan. 
    ANY manually created inspection lot will never control the stock.  In this case, the stock posting has to be done on the original lot.  You can use the newer lot for results recording.  But the original one has to be used to process the stock.
    If the new lot was to be for an 04 lot you can create a manual 04 lot that would use the same insp plan as the original lot.  In QA01 you'll just be forced to enter in an order number when you create it.  But it still will never control stock.

  • Payment for Premiere Pro CC still pending after 2 days and i need it ASAP

    Hi! I paid for my Adobe Premiere Pro CC from the website and i have been charged but my order status says the payment is still pending. i contacted customer support and they told me to wait 24 hours but nothing has changed... i need this to work ASAP for a job PLEASE HELP!

    CC  mostly asks for serial number if:
    1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.
    2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.
    3. The activation count has increased.

  • SSHR: Leaves Still "Pending for approval" after last approver

    After Approving the absence through SSHR from the last approver , it still pending for approval and was not transferd to the Application.
    Is there any specific configuration i've to do to enable the Approval process to be completed.
    we use AME for Approval.

    Hi,
    The issue has been resolved, the reason was rhat the profile option HR:Defer Update After Approval was set to No and the backgroun process was running with no parameters, it should be running with the following parameters in order to update the database with the SSHR transaction:
    Item Type = HR
    Process Deferred = Yes
    Process Timeout = No
    Process Stuck = No

  • Lightroom 4 order still pending after 17 days, no support via phone

    March 8th I chatted with tech support about returning lightroom 4, they said I was eligible for a free upgrade and placed an order.
    I chatted again a few days ago with someone because it is still pending and they said someone would e-mail me within a few days to tell me why the order is still pending.
    I called them today and after 26 minutes and 52 seconds on hold I heard a click and the line went dead.
    What can I do?

    1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
    OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
    Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
    Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
    Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
    Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
    How much free space on it now?
