Make a folio for every device

Hi,
I want to publish a folio for every device. I have made one for the iPad 3 (2048x1536px, PDF) and now I want to publish this on devices like iphone, nexus 10, iPad 2 etc.
But how to do this?
If I create a folio in the resulution of the iPad 2 it will also be visible on the iPad 3, but not on the Galaxy S2 because of the PDF. If I create it as JPEG it works on iPad 3 + iPad 2 + Galaxy S2 but without zooming and thats important for me (because of details).
So how to make a folio for every device which can view folios?

They are not exactly free on the new devices either. iMovie and iPhoto are included, when you buy a new device. You're purchase price for your older devices did not include the apps, so you have to buy them, sorry.

Which apps remain compatible will be up to the individual developers who sell those apps. There will be no further iOS updates, but those aren't really necessary to continue to use and enjoy your device. I still have an iPad 1 running on iOS 5, and it is fully functional.
The App Store has an app called VintApps 3.1.1 that is specifically geared toward iOS 3.1, however, you would probably be able to run most of those apps on your iPod, and considering that there will be a rather large market for iOS 6 apps users, it is not likely that you will see a significant reduction in choices any time soon.
It is not the end for the device in any sense except that it is at it's ultimate iOS level. And again, I have an iPad that is at it's ultimate iOS level (iOS 5), and I get new apps all the time that work for both my iPad and my iPhone that runs iOS 6.1.1

Execute Authentication for every device

Hi all,
As Execute authentication requires a Global User with device association, I know that one way to allow an app to Execute to any/every device would be to have it do authentication as a Global User that is associated with every device. However, in environments where the devices number 3000+, doing this can take a long while (and CM appears to lack the resources to do this number of associations in one 'update', anyway). Either way, the maintenance of such a user's associations is the part that gives me overhead-ache just thinking about it.
I know you could also hack c:\CiscoWebs\IPPhoneServices\CCMCIP\authenticate.asp to repsond affirm regardless of authenticator, but as this wouldn't work for 7920s (and surely is not Cisco-supported, anyway), I was wondering:
Any good suggestions to globally authenticate an app to any/all devices during an Execute? Is a redirect-authenticate and proxy like PushAuthenticate the best answer?

yes, you need an authentication proxy. create a web service that mirrors the function of authenticate.asp, and set its URL as the default authentication URL in enterprise parameters. now, when you build applications that require phones to authenticate you can use the authentication proxy instead of the callmanager.
the trick is to build an authentication proxy that also works with other applications that still need callmanager authentication. a good way to do this is to have your applications communicate with the authentication proxy before the phones authenticate. that way, the proxy knows phones are about to authenticate, and can provide the appropriate response. then, if a phone tries to authenticate for an unknown application, the proxy simply passes on the authentication request to the call manager.
there's a trick here: a simple http redirect would be great *except* it doesn't work with all loads of all phones. 7960/7940s have always been fine, but i've had problems with earlier loads on 7912s. don't know if this problem has been fixed yet.

I have an event "mouse down" from this cluster and index should be the value where i put my mouse.
2nd thing is curently i am just abel to display only 1 popup. but i need each pop up for every every element where i move my mouse

Download iOS5 for every device?

This used to be a minor annoyance in the past but now, because of the size of the upgrade, it is very frustrating.
So I upgraded one of my iDevices to iOS5. I now want to upgrade my other iDevices. I was hoping (despite past experiences) not to have to download iOS5 again. It should be already on my computer's hard drive. However, iTunes forces me to download it again. Am I doing anything wrong?
How stupid is this? Why would Apple want their servers to do the same work over and over again?

iOS 5 needs to be installed separately on each iDevice you have. Once downloaded an installed on a device the file is automatically deleted. However, you can download a standalone file here. To install it you click on the Restore button in iTunes while holding the OPTION key down. When the dialog appears locate the appropriate .ipsw file for the device, select it and click on the Open button.

There is no way for Mozilla to create Firefox for iOS. Apple greatly restricts what sort of applications can be created for iOS. The only thing that Mozilla could provide is a Firefox Sync client that then uses the iOS Safari browser.

How to search for BT device automatically every x seconds?

I have a Trust BT-2100p which came with the Toshiba Bluetooth software.
I can connect my Bluetooth remote control to my HTPC, but when I disconnect and want to reconnect again, I have to right click on the device, press "connect" and then "OK" in the popup window before it starts searching.
The whole point with the remote is that I don't need a keyboard or a mouse.
I can make a simple .bat-file that starts the connection automatically every x seconds, but it can't press the "OK" button.
Is there a way to make it search for the device automatically every x seconds?

HID devices are automatically connected as soon as a button was pressed on it. I checked the internet regarding your WII devices. The problem in your case is that this devices supports a none standard function which must be configured first in oder to reconnect by HID automatically. So this has to be done by the software which you mentioned. It has to configure the controller which should be used. This device support 4 of it.

I have 7 different mac devices in my shop and every day i recieve a lot of other mac devices from customers to install apps and windows on them. I want to how can i download bootcams for different devices so i shouldnt have to download it for every device every single time.

There are different Boot Camp versions for each Mac, and you can see all of them in this site > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5634
Note that new Macs like the Mid 2013 MacBook Air use a special Boot Camp support version that can only be downloaded through Boot Camp Assistant in one of these MacBooks

Can someone please tell Apple to create a "dot" for every event in a given day?

Can someone run this idea up the chain at apple? It would be nice to see what days are busiest from the monthly view. I single dot can represent 1 event or 20, but this is not helpfull. It seems like it would be an easy programming fix to make a "dot" for every event scheduled in a given day, no? You could press this idea further by making the dot color coordinated to the type of event.
Or is there a setting that I am missing?

[Solved] udev rules: serial for persistent device naming disappeared

since the latest upgrade of udev and kmod I cant't mount my external e-SATA hard disk with my working udev rules.
This is my udev rule:

OK, there is the serial.... but the problem persists - udev doesn't execute the rule and doesn't create /dev/aluguard.

I am trying to make a tooltip with JQuery for incoming list items. People will enter some text in a textfield en those values will be added to a list. I want to make a tooltip for every list item that will be added to the list. I want the text that people fill in in the textfield to be added in the tooltip, is this possible? And how can I do this?
