Make external call with Pin

I am trying to find a workaround to make this happen. The management of my company wants to have
International calls enabled for a couple phones. But they want to use a PIN code for make an international call.
Want that every employed have different pin for make external call.
There are other ways to do this we have 100 employed that can do external call an is to difficult for me maintain 100 dial plan.

Have you reached out to your PSTN carrier to see if they can provide the PIN code for international calls functionality? Then you'll just use a Voice Policy to allow international calls on those few phones.
I've seen it done on Long Distance where the carrier would provide a tone and you would have to key in a code for it to connect.

I see that nobody answered so i will try to explain what i meant -
Is it possible to make audio call with the Wireless Manager by the GSM modem module?
I succeed to send SMS and to connect to HSPA data services but i dont find any reason why i can not connect to the GSM and make a call.

I even succeed to use the GPS that probably installed in the GSM/HSPA modem (wireless manager 5).

Can't make Offnet Calls with Video Advantage on

I am no expert so I could be missing something basic. However, I have a Cisco phone that is logged in and is enabled for video. I installed the Video Advantage and all works well. I can make onNet calls with Video advantage on. However, I cannot make offnet calls. If I exit video advantage I can once again make offNet calls.
Any Ideas?

According to this forum: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2175165/all, it seems that Siri is expecting a 7-8 digit phone numbers excluding the country code and area code, so adding an extra "0" digit or two at the back of the phone number may be able to fix your problem. The phone number should still connect correctly. Try that, it works for me in Indonesia where some phone numbers are still 6 digits.

I deploy telepresence device registered to CUCM and connect with VCS-C and VCS-E. The issue now is I am not able to make outgoing call and my search rule show not found, request time out.
I use DNS zone to make the outgoing call and my VCS-E is able to resolve DNS SRV record. However search rule result show not found.

I purchased two brand new Apple products: MacBook Pro with Retina display, and the new iPhone 6. I would love to use this new feature of making phone calls with my macbook but cannot seem to make it work. It keeps saying "iPhone and macbook has to be on the same wifi network" Which they are, I have followed the steps in preferences on my macbook and in my iPhone that will allow the use of these new features. Wi-Fi calling is only available on T-Mobile. The setting can be found in Settings -> Phone, should you have T-Mobile. Otherwise, Wi-Fi calling is off.

Can you make a call if you have an online number or can you only recieve calls with an online number? What I mean by this is that can you make a domestic call without paying any additional money if you already have an online number.

With an online number, you only can receive calls from the country you chose.

You can try downloading them as explained here:http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519. (This is not available in all countries, and must be permitted by the movie studio.)
Otherwise, sync them to your iPad by selecting them on the Movies tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing.
