Make it easy to find and download the Universal Installer
I am just a lowly developer. Once in a while I have to go download and install a new version of something...like today I need a new ODBC driver. I often, like today, get an error message saying I need a new version of the Universal Installer...and then I have to spend time searching aroung the site for it, and I still haven't found it today. Couldn't this be a little easier?

Oracle has always provided it's software in packages e.g. Client install or Database install. Just because you feel you don't need all of a package is not really Oracle's fault. Can you imagine how P'd off people would be if oracle provided everything as seperate downloads and you had to try and figure out which downloads you needed to get all the functionality you wanted? Let's be realistic.... keeping everying as a package for downloading is far more simplified and acceptable in the real world, even if you only need to install a part of it.
Myself, and I'm sure many others, have never found this to be a problem.
Ensure you've downloaded the right version for your operating system and ensure you follow any installation notes. If it's still failing, then raise a SR on metalink to seek assistance or post on the forum Justin linked to with full details of what you're doing and what versions of everything you are using/trying to install etc.

Unfortunatley I still can't find were I download the program. Following your suggested link I get to the window below.
When I click the "Creative Cloud" Icon it takes me to a new page.
On that page see below there are a lot of programs like Photoshop etc. but there is NO icon for Creative Cloud.
It looks the same when I log in. Any suggestions?

Itunes is bult into the iphones operating system. You do not download itunes at all on your iphone. -

Idea: make it easier to find the Creative Cloud status page.
I didn't know about http://status.creativecloud.com/ until I found it in a link here. I see no links on any of the pages. I'd bet you'd get a lot fewer questions about things like the fact that, according to the twitter feed (and can we get a link to that too) on the STatus page:
"All regions are not able to sync files using Creative Cloud Connection (desktop sync app).

So now we KNOW it's broken, but it would be nice for you guys to make the status page easier to find and less likely to drive us kind of mad screaming.IMHO: It seems like a live feed / overview could be right with in the desktop Creative Cloud experience from a status standpoint with enough feedback to allow users to know what is going on at present status? Seems like a pretty obvious glaring omission, if it's not already present and an absolute necessity for users via a desktop status indication.

In iCal and Notifications on a notebook, is it possible to expand the notes window to make it easier to read and write notes? In the past, I have used Outlook calendar and tasks and I was able to expand the windows which allowed me to put a great amount of details into either the notes section in events and tasks. It would be great to be able to do this in iCal and Notifications as well. I am using a Macbook Pro with OS X 10.8. Thank you very much for assistance with this.

i own a ipod touch and a ipad2g but i lost my ipod touch and downloaded the find iphone app on my ipad and when i opened the app my ipod touch wasnt even listed on it as one of my products but i use the same apple id for all of my products??!! Please Help
Ive never used that but I think there is a find ipod app. But im not sure. The ipod might have had to have it on?

Hello, someone stole my sons IPhone today in his gym class. I have the "find my iphone app" on my phone BUT he is not a listed device. I went into his itunes account and downloaded the "find my iphone app" app under his account. When I try to log into "find my iphone" under his name on my device I get an error msg involving icloud......he is MUCH better at this stuff then I am BUT he is in school and now I need to figure out how to use the "find my iphone app". PLEASE HELP
It doesn't matter whick account you use to download the app.
You have to sign into the app (or iCloud.com from a web browser on your computer) with his Apple ID & password.
Find My iPhone will only work if it was enabled in the iCloud settings on the device and it was powered on with a connection to the internet
