Make voucher with Send button to email with restrict user to edit particular fields

Hello,
I have a pdf voucher for taxi drivers, Now I am supposed to put a button on pdf voucher, which on click, sends an email to the recipent(Taxi Company) and store it into local machine in some folder. And when they(Company) recieve, they should only be able to edit particular fields by using login id and pwd.
I am new to Adobe, I am dot net developer, Please help me if it needs some programming on behind. and which tool I should use. Just think me as a layman, and please tell me the steps.

1) Mail- Composing- checked "Automatically- Bcc"
2) Mail- Composing- unchecked "when sending to a group, show all member addresses"
The result is that all names continue to show up with email addresses for group emails.

What is the expected behavior in iOS 7.x when hitting send on an email with no wifi or cell connection being present? Also is the behavior designed to be any different if the user intiates airplane mode ahead of time?
We have a couple of users that claim in this situation the email will act like it sent in which they expect it will go out once a network connection is restored. They then come to find the recipient never recieved it and that it does not show in sent email. Its merely lost and they claim its also not in drafts.
I would hope the expected behavior would be that it would either retry sending once network connectivity is restored or at least warn that it needs to be saved as a draft since no connection is present.

It should show "X unsent messages" at the bottom of the mail app.
It also should create an outbox where the unsent emails will queue up, but this could also vary on the email provider.
Once you re connect to a network, it should just send the messages

Hi, this may have already been asked. Is it possible to populate a submit button email target using the contents of another field / text box?
Say I have emailfield1 and submitbutton1. Is it possible to have submitbutton1 target = emailfield1? I'd like a way of generating a reply to whichever email address is keyed in emailfield1.

Acrobat can't send its own emails so it has to call an email client.
Unfortunately this is quite flaky and doesn't always work. It seems to work most well with Outlook but I've found it can depend on the operating system - on my Win7 64bit system it doesn't work. And I could never get it to work with Thunderbird.
Also, it doesn't work if someone is using web-based email.

I thought I might add some more detail for anyone who might be interested. 
I can get the below url and any for that matter to work within the framework of APEX. 
I had to strip the HTML tags so you can see it below. 
I place the below code inside HTML tags, inside the Source Code for the PL/SQL anonymous block of the Send Email notification and it all works great. 
The problem is I need the image to open back into the application on a certain page and I have been struggling with the exact code to make that work.

I would like to send an email with the attachment only when the query returns one or more records.

Well, to understand your requirements can I ask this:
You said earlier you want a report sent whenever records that meet a criteria exist, correct? So you want the application to query for a condition, and when that condition occurs (a row with primary Key = X, a select COUNT(1) for rows with column X returns a result of 1 or more)

This would in theory run hourly and run your test_for_cond_Send process, in which you would test for the condition and send an e-mail if it was found that would contain the results from your query/report.

Unable to send a first email with a new address.

I can answer any kind of mail but I'm not able to send a email for the first time when it's a new address. Is there any security to unlock somewhere? Thanks

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.
When you send a new email message and you receiving a red X after you send the message?
If you do receive a red X, open the message and it should say why it failed.
Is your email setup on a BES or BIS?
What it comes down to, is that you probably have an issue with with your service books.
I would suggest removing your email service books and re-sending the service books.
