Make websites larger by default

Question

I'm constantly hitting "command +" to magnify websites in Safari in order to see them on my cinema display. Can I make them load larger by default?

Here's another script to make the browser fill the whole screen.
Open a new TextEdit document, set text to plain text. Copy this into the document:
javascript:self.moveTo(0,0);self.resizeTo(screen.availWidth,screen.availHeight);
Save the document with the extension .html. Open Safari and drag the html into the URL address box. Grab the URL from the address box and place into the bookmark bar. Open a new Safari window and then click on the javascript tab in the bookmark bar. The browser will expanses to full screen.
Lastly...
To make Safari remember size and position when open. Do the above and then grab the lower right hand resize handle. Make the browser window slightly smaller. Hit the bowser refresh button. Close Safari and then reopen. done........
