Making Baseline date default as GR date

Hi All,
I have requirement like I want to default Baseline date in MIRO as GR posting date, how to do this.
I tried by configuring it but its not working.
Please guide me.

Hi All,
While canceling a GR via MIGO transaction, i manually change the Document date to system date, but after posting still the document date is showing the original document date when is was posted.
Is this is the standard behavior?
I have a requirement to make this date default to system date. But it is not considering the date which we centered in the screen.

In FB60 and Miro, Baseline date for calculating due date for payment is taken as default as document date, as per setting in payment terms. But I want to take this date as date of GR/SE. Can we do this. I also want to make it gray and dont want user to change it. Please suggest how to do it.

4.0 EA3 - Data Default not duplicated when copying a table

I noticed that when copying a table from one schema to another, if a column has a data default property it is not preserved.
Steps to recreate:
Copy a table that has at least one column with a non-null DATA_DEFAULT property (right click on table -> table -> copy)
Double click on the new table, and open the Columns tab. Notice that all values under DATA_DEFAULT are null.

The same behavious exists in 3.2.20.09 and whether the table has existing data or not.

Sales Order - How to make Delivery Date default to Lead Time?

My scenario is this:
- We have items that go thru several production stages before it is a finished item that can be sold.
- Each production item has its lead time loaded.
- I would like the delivery date of a finished item to equal the sum of the productions items lead times.
I dont want my sales people to have to look at calendars are calculate how long until something is ready for delivery.
I would like my sales orders delivery date to default to a date that sales people can use.
Is this possible? I would think this would be part of core functionality but I do not see this.

Knowing what Items are added to the Sales Order at the time of entry would not be possible without SDK since the line level details are stored internally in temp location.
Only on Submitting the Sales Order would it be possible to calculate the date.

How to stop scheduled ship date and scheduled arrival date from defaulting to sysdate

Hello,
We have a business scenario where we are deriving scheduled ship date and scheduled arrival date outside and then imported in the instance with the order. However we find that the scheduled ship date and scheduled arrival date are defaulting to sysdate. The atp flag is set to N for these items. I have checked the defaulting rules, there is no such defaulting rule set for scheduled ship date or arrival date ( screenshot attached) Please share your thoughts on how can I stop scheduled ship date and arrival date date from defaulting to sysdate ?

Default foreign trade data

dear all,
when i am create export sales, default data for foreign trade data is not getting reflected in the billing and hence showing foreign trade incomplete.

Hi,
To check the config if foreign trade data is required or not:
The "delivery Plant" under Organization tab is determined by your Shipping Point, check that country of your shipping point is the same as your Customer's country, if it is not the same, then Foreign Trade data are expected.
If yes then,
In sap main screen,
Maintain foreign trade data for that material in foreign trade view of material master.
Go to header data of the billing document
Select foreign trade then maintain the entries mode of transport, country of origin if entries not found click on F4 in the field and select create tab in the field itself it will navigate you to the path maintain entries
Then save the billing document.
In configuration SPRO screen,
Check the shipping point in sales order ,
Also check the SAP Note No 313188 with your BASIS person.
You require to do the necessary configuration for Foreign Trade Data:
IMG --> Sales and Distribution --> Foreign Trade/Customs --> Basic Data for Foreign Trade --> (Do the necessary configuration here).
In most probability, it will not default, but it is required to be maintained in Invoice (based on configuration)

Foreign trade data default

while doing export billing, foreign trade data is not getting defaulted, how do we get the data like means of transport and domestic mode of transport etc., where do we have maintain these data to get defaulted in billing document

I am not sure, whether you can, through some IMG setting make default settings for Foreign Trade Data, but however, You can use SAP enhancement V50EPROP to process foreign trade data (ordering as well as sales and distribution processing).
This enhancement is called by program SAPLV50E.
You can use the following components:
EXIT_SAPLV50E_001: SD documents - Header: Export header data proposal
EXIT_SAPLV50E_002: MM documents - Header: Import header data proposal
EXIT_SAPLV50E_003: SD documents - Item: Export item data proposal
EXIT_SAPLV50E_004: MM documents - Item: Import item data proposal
EXIT_SAPLV50E_005: Header data: Check completeness of data
EXIT_SAPLV50E_006: Item data: Check completeness of data

Unable to create table with column default value with date interval

Please help to create table with calculated date defaullt value:
CREATE TABLE emp (
birth_date DATE DEFAULT sysdate + interval '3' day NOT NULL
or
CREATE TABLE emp (
some_date DATE,
birth_date DATE DEFAULT some_date NOT NULL
or
CREATE TABLE emp (
some_date DATE,
birth_date DATE DEFAULT some_date + interval '3' day NOT NULL
below syntax error:
TT1001: Syntax error in SQL statement before or at: "+"

I'm afraid this is not possible; as per the SQL Reference, TimesTen only supports 'constant expressions' for the DEFAULT clause and none of these are constant expressions.

Hi experts,
I want to set default value for dates..
My screen has : date_from & date_to.
date_to : will be current date(today's date) if Eg: 27.08.2007 (here i used NOW())
then date_from must be 01.06.2007 (3 months logic)
similarly : if date_to is 01.01.2007
then date_from must be 01.11.2006

(DGET(NOW(),'D'))-1) returns number which is 0 incase of 01.08.2007, so DADD(NOW(),-0,'D') is again ideally same day 01.08.2007 .
So, DADD(DADD(NOW(),-0,'D'),-2,'M') should give you 01.06.2007.

Default value of date as first day of month

Ho can I make my default value of date parameter as first day of month? {$SYSDATE()$} gives only current date and we can make it like {$SYSDATE()-7$} if we want to minus 7 days but how can we set the default value to first day of month?

I got the answer...It is {$FIRST_DAY_OF_MONTH()$} instead of {$SYSDATE()$}

In wdinit() method u can set the date
DateFormat df = new SimpleDateFormat("MM/dd/yyyy");
Date today = Calendar.getInstance().getTime();
String reportDate = df.format(today);
wdContext.currentContextElement().setFromDate(reportDate);
Another way you have set the this formate like that
1. Create a Simple type under "Dictionaries->SimpleType" called DateFormat
2. Select the type as "date"
3. Go to the "Representation" tab and set the format as "dd/MM/yyyy" (or whatever u want, but month should be MM)
4.Bind the context attribute to the type created now.

is there an option to configure default view and date format when user access to a calendar with anonymous access ?
Actually, date format is M/D and I want D/M.
And the default view is monthly, and I would like to set to 7 days view.

So far i havent found any way to set todays date by default from MMI, but i guess this flow should work as workaroud
1. Add buisness rule which can set a default value when Date = NULL/Blank
2.get the entity table ,use -select EntityTable from mdm.tblEntity where Name = '<enter entity name>'
3.Go to that table and add a after update trigger like
if uda_<entityid>_<attributeid(Date attribute)> = default value
update uda_<entityid>_<attributeid(Date attribute)> =getdate() where id = <LastUpdatedRow>
I will check on this too from my side.
By the way AFAIK i dont think so calendar control integration is possible .
