Making Duplicate addresses or copying addresses fields

Hi out there!
Wondering if there is a way to copy all the info (fields) in a Vcard and duplicate it, then change the name at the top. This way I don't have to enter the same basic information on a company, just change the people's names. I use to do a one click duplicatation of all info on an old program, then change the fields I wanted.
This would be a big time saver with a company with the same address, phone, etc.. with many employees.
Any suggestion with OSX Address Book?

Is it possible to configure CRMOD to copy address information when user choose to copy contact record?
As I can see under Admin section for Contact object "Copy Enabled" property is disabled for address-type fields. Is there any way to switch it on?
Workflows do not look to be a solution either: there is no event like "Copy record" and no functions present to refer to "source" record.
Is there any approach (easy or complex) to do this simple task?

Creating a custom copy with an weblink may do the trick. However, that requires you create all the mappings yourself. Considering the number of fields involved, it's almost not worth it.
Address is an oject itself. In order for Scod to enable the copy, it need to develop a deep copy mechanism.

Can someone explain "copy address" in Mail?

I have never understood why when you click on an address in an e-mail and then select "copy address" what you get is not only the address but also the name. For instance, "[email protected]" when you copy and paste yields "Name <[email protected]>". This is a royal pain because if I for instance want to paste this in another application like in the address field for Evernote to send a note to someone, I then have to manually remove everything but the actual e-mail address.
So can someone explain why Mail does it this way? What am I missing? Is there an easier way to copy just the e-mail address that won't give me the extra crap?

Copying address book entries

what is the most efficient way to copy all (or most) of contact info of one person to another in Address book using applescript?
For example, to copy the address I tried

Each person can have multiple addresses. Therefore 'addresses' of a person returns a list. Also you need to add the address data to the end of the list of addresses of the recipient card.
The following works for me (it's not particularly fast though):
tell application "Address Book"
set theAddress to (properties of (address 1 of person "X"))
make new address at the end of addresses of person "Y" with properties {label:label of theAddress, street:street of theAddress, city:city of theAddress, state:state of theAddress, zip:zip of theAddress, country:country of theAddress, country code:country code of theAddress}
save addressbook

Address not copied from Sales order/Delivery to Shipment Document

Hello Experts,
I need your help on Addrss of ship to in shipment document.
Sales Order[VA01] >> Delivery [Vl01N]>> Shipment [VT01N].
User changed the Address of ship to party (Header level) in Sales Order and It reflected to delivery as well and I believe It should also update the address in Shipment document.
But when I checked the Address of the Customer/Unloading point in Shipment Document [VT03N] (as below) I found It was not updated It was same as Customer Master Record and I believe It directly copied from Customer Master Record.
BUT While creating the Shipment system is copying the data from Customer master Record not from Sales Order /Delivery. Logically system should copy the updated address from Order/Delivery BUT It is directly copying from Customer Master i don't know where is the setting of this ??
Can anybody help me on this ? How system takes the customer (ship to party) address in shipment ? Where are the setting of these.
What I need to do so system take the updated address from Sales Order/Delivery not from Customer Master Record (Ship to party).
Can I change the address of customer in shipment document ??

I think you get my question in wrong way.
I am sayingCustomer master data was not changed.
User just changed the Address in Order (Order > Header >> Partner tab >> Change ship to address/overwrite ship to address).
Overwritten Address / Updated address are copying in Delivery BUT not in Shipment document.
What I need to do? system should copy the updated address from Sales Order/Delivery BUT it is copying from Ship to party.
I hope this time i am clear to explain my issue.

So, as discussed the main issues are:
1) The TOC doesn't generate all the listings (only those with the applied paragraph style "Heading 1 - Appendix")
2) When I try to create a new pargraph style and apply it to existing or new text, it reads the pargraph style in the Paragraph Style menu, but the style doesn't actually apply.
Hopefully you can figure something out from this. I really appreciate your help.

Sending from our Exchange 2010 to BCC addresses with blank To: field, the BCC is not being honoured, but just by Hotmail-related addresses. Any Hotmail-related recipient sent to in this fashion sees all their and other Hotmail-related addresses in the To:
field. But any other addresses to other mail hosts (gmail, yahoo etc) in the same BCC list aren't shown, and recipients at the other mail hosts have a fully hidden BCC list (i.e. see no To addresses at all).
If the To: field has an address then there is no problem - all BCC addresses are hidden for all recipients as expected.
It feels like it is the way the header is being handled by the Hotmail MTAs. But I only see this behaviour from our Exchange 2010 servers (including test servers).

I'm guessing that they're using something other than Exchange for the MTA's. I don't recall seeing this in the "Received:" headers ever since Exchange stopped using the MS Windows SMTP service:

Setting up email addresses in a text field.

Can anyone help me.
I am using Adobe Designer 7.0 and would like to know if there is a way of linking a email address in a text field box to a submit email button.
As far as I can tell you can only put one email address in the object field and thats it.
What i am trying to do is let people select a email address from a drop down list and then click the submit email button and it would use the address from the drop down list.

I set up a form with a hidden "Email submit button" with a default email address.
I placed another visible button on the page and put in the "click" event the following javascript:

> EmailSubmitButton1.execEvent("click");
change the "mailto:[email protected]" to whatever you want, as long as it has "mailto:" in front of it, or else it defaults to a HTTP submit.
For example, if you want to set the email address to a value from a drop down list:
> var emailAddress = "mailto:" + DropDownList1.rawValue;
When the user clicks on the visible button, it's sets the email address on the hidden email button and causes a click event on the button - bingo - email sent to a custom email address.

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Since Firefox updated yesterday, it won't respond to addresses in the url field or search terms in the search engine field. I can only go to addresses already in my bookmarks.

When I type an address into the url field the browser will not load the page...it just sits there as though waiting for me to press enter. Also it won't respond to the recently used addresses that show in the dropdown menu. It will also not respond when I try to use the search engine field (google). This started yesterday after Firefox automatically updated to version 3.5.9. I don't get an error message, just no response at all.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

* Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")
This can also be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Limit when input mail address list to "TO" field in Delivery function of BI

I am deploying BI Publisher for my partner. I have troubled when put mail address list to "TO" field in Delivery function in BI Publisher. May be serverlet had limted it. I know that I can write a address mail list directly to DELIVERY_PARAMETERS in XMLP_SCHED_JOB which has BLOB type.
But I am thinking that, If i buy license of BI Publisher, how i can do it earsier?

You can achive it with BAdI:CRM_ORDER_FIELDCHECK. Actually I've implemented the similar case with this BAdI. This BAdI is called many times because it always works when any field is changed. So you should restrict the timing your logic works.

Cannot copy addresses to new list since 31.5 update

I am trying to set up a new list successfully) and fill it with addresses by copying and dragging addresses from my personal address book. I've done this dozens of time in the past. Now, since 31.5, it appears that the addresses have been copied but when I open the new list, it is empty. I haven't set up a new list for the past few months so am not sure when this happened. Have gone through all settings but can find none that would control this.

You could try a clean install of Tbird. But first make a safety-copy of your profile.
