Manage Pre-orders button missing.

The other day, I pre-ordered an album.  I read about the manage pre-orders button, but I don't have one.  I want to make sure my order went through.  Thanks.

    You will only have a de-authorize all button if you have 5 machines authorized and you are only allowed to do this (on your own) once every 12 months. If you would like to de-authorize your old computers and have less than 5 authorizations you need to send Apple support an email requesting this.

    Thanks so much for your reply King_Penguin. No, sadly there is not indication of the expected release date on the film, it's no where to be found. I have also tried to look in other places online, but no luck. I guess your latter statement jives more with my situation, that  being the studio/rights-holder hasn't feel inclined to provide the date.

    I would like to cancel a pre-order.  The Help instructions say, "To cancel pending pre-orders, choose Store > View My Account, and click Manage Pre-orders."  When I go to View My Account, 'Manage Pre-orders' isn't there.  What do I do?

    Yes, I clicked on the price in an odd way and discovered this.  Apparently I didn't know that I wanted to buy my entire wish list one song at a time.  Silly me, and I thought I had other things to do with my time.  Guess I'll be spending a little estra time with apple feedback tonight too.

    You've tried closing and re-opening iTunes and/or rebooted your computer and you have the latest version of iTunes installed ?
    If you have then you could try contacting iTunes Support and ask them to remove the pre-order from your account : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • "Victory can be pre-ordere​d" missing points

    on Oct 23rd i preordered two games on bestbuy.com.  Sunset overdrive (xbox one) and Call of Duty: Advance warfare (PS4).  Both games were eligible for the "Victory can be pre-ordered" bonus points yet when i look at my purchase history it would appear that only sunset overdrive received the bonus points.  
       I had sunset overdrive delivered to me by mail.  Call of duty, I chose to pick up at a store.  I tried to call 888 best buy, but 888 best buy is just horrible.  Everytime i call its over a 20 minute wait, I get someone who barely speaks english and after 30 or more minutes of trying to explain what im calling about the representative tried to tell me that because i preordered both games on the same receipt that only one game gets the bonus points.  I debated that i am able to preorder as many different titles as i like on one receipt and as long as they are eligible for the promotion i should get it for each one. she then stated she would "transfer" to the elite plus hotline which resulted in the call being disconnected.  
       Who should i contact in regards to the missing points.  I remember in the past there was a specific way to email representatives that handled reward zone issues but I did not see that option anywhere in the mybestbuy account. nor could i find the exclusive number elite plus members should call if they have any concerns.  any and all information is greatly appreciated as well as your time and consideration regarding this matter.

    Like enuf mentioned, it typically takes 15-20 days from the time of shipment or pickup for pre-order bonus certificates to post. The associated points may also never appear as pending, and instead simply be listed in your points history on/around the original order date. You'll want to look for an adjustment that says either "Get $10" or "Victory Can Be Pre-Ordered" for each game.

  • Pre-order points missing and pre-ordering problems at the store level.

    Hi
    During the week of July 6th-July 12 there was an ad for pre-ordering certain movies and getting 100 bonus points for each movie.  On July 12th I pre ordered Rio 2, The Amazing Spiderman 2, and Transformers:AOE (Steelbook edition).  The employee was able to successfully pre-order Rio 2 using the provided in store pre order card but had difficultly pre ordering Spiderman 2 and Transformers.  Rio 2 and Spiderman 2 had set release dates while at that time Transformers did NOT have a release date until recently.  These pre-orders were done in three different transactions. 
    Picking up Rio 2 on 7/15 was not a problem.  The employee did an exchange in the system.  The 100 bonus points never posted.
    The Amazing Spiderman 2 had a lot of problems.  The employee thought I already bought it and picked it up on 7/12 when I went to pick it up on 8/19 (the release date).  At the time of the pre order purchase, there was no announcement of the BB exclusive Magno pack for the same price as the regular blu ray release.  Again the employee did a return/rebuy.  This employee also stated that the employee who processed the pre-orders Spiderman and Transformers did it incorrectly since it looks like she did it as a normal transaction instead of a pre-order.  The points have yet to be posted.
    Transformers: AOE (Steelbook edition) now has an official release date of 9/30.  My question is will the system allow for employee to process the pre-order pick up since it is outside of the 45 day window?  I am hoping it won't be but seeing how the employees have been processing pre-orders incorrectly when picking them up I expect problems when doing so. 
    I have also noticed a price drop for transformers (6760435) from the time I pre-ordered it on 7/12.  Will the employees be able to adjust the price and give me the difference?
    Not all stores carry the pre-order cards making this a difficult process for everyone (it takes me on average 30 minutes to pick up 1 pre-order instead of in and out within 5 mins like usual) because someone didn't do it correctly the first time.  So my question is, how should employees process a pre-order if there is NO Pre-Order card in store??  I would love to continue to pre-order at best buy, but am getting tired of having employees screw up my pre-order.

  • Managing Pre-Orders

    I've got two per-orders from May that I want to cancel. Everytime I try to get rid of them a message pops up.
    "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred. (1011)
    There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later."
    I'm assuming it's because the albums were released in May and it's now August.

  • Pre-Orders Not Downloading?

    So last night I pre-ordered the American Idol finale performances. I don't have any e-mails with a receipt for these purchases, and they haven't been downloaded to my iTunes. They are now available for purchase and download, but I'm afraid if I do that then I might end up paying double for these songs. Do I need to wait longer, or did the pro-order not go through?

    If you're sure the preorder has been released, try following these steps to fulfill your preorder and then download your album:
    1) Open iTunes.
    2) From the Store menu at the top, choose View My Account.
    2) On the Apple Account Information page, click the Manage Pre-orders button on the right. Then choose to buy (fulfill) and download the album.

    Download a pre-ordered item: Click the link in the email notice or open iTunes and choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.
    View, cancel, or see the expected release dates for pending pre-orders: Choose Store > View My Apple ID, and click Manage Pre-orders.
    When you pre-order an item, you may not be able to download it at the exact moment it becomes available for regular purchase. You’ll receive an email the same day it becomes available to let you know when you can download the item.
