"Manage Your In App Purchases" link is missing

hey all,
according to every documentation out there, i should be able to see this link .. here is what i did.
i created an app in the iTunes Connect.
uploaded my binary
rejected the review process for the app.
and now .. i'm stuck looking around for this link to add inApp purchases.
the user logging in is an Admin.
and oh yeah, btw, creating a Test user option is also missing --> Manage Users -> NO test users option available.
any help would be highly appreciated.

I've had the same issues you listed. As best as I can figure, Apple has changed the online process without updating the documentation. I also can't find the "test user" choice.

    I tried purchasing the year subscription to the lose it app and I entered a card three times and it kept saying declined which I knew not to be true. When trying to use another card an error came up saying your in app purchase could not be completed please visit Apple iTunes Support. Can anyone help?

    Try restoring the app which should be in app. (When I say restore don't actually restore your device just the app it self.)

    Hi there,
    This seems very frustrating. An iPad can shut down randomally for many reasons, just like a computer can crash. If it begins to happen regularly, then do contact Apple, but there are no signs that your iPad is malfunctioning from just one shut down like this.
    But, you should be able to get all your in-app purchases back. In some apps, there is a 'restore purchases' button, which will download all the purchases you made for free.
    In some cases, you can tap to make the purchase again, and it will be downloaded at no charge, however this does not happen with consumable items such as coins and credits.
    I reccomend contacting iTunes Store Support at the link below, they will take a closer look at your purchases and give you further steps on redeeming them. They may also refund you if they have been lost.

    You can also contact the developer of the app, and report the crash and missing purchases. If you tell me the app, I'll give you the relevent contact in the developers.

    i have implemented a in-app purchase non renewing subscription for an application. the non- renewing subscription working well in sandbox mode. but in review it's say's that developer action needed.
    review provide comments like-
    Your In-App Purchase has been returned. You must modify or delete the highlighted item, and status is rejected .
    buts it's working well in sandbox testing mode.
    (1)-how we will resolve this issues?. please provide the solutions and links.
    (2)- can in-app purchase issue create error in main binary launch?

    Did you backup the iPad before you restored the iOS software, and then restore the backup afterwards? Your in-app purchases should be in your backup.

    It sounds like you're not seeing your in-app purchase for a particular App.  The following Knowledge Base aritcle offers up some great reccomendations for troubleshooting your issue:
    If you don’t see your in-app purchases - Apple Support
    Restore your in-app purchases
    You might need to restore purchases in these cases:
    You remove and reinstall an app.
    You install a purchased app on another device using the same iTunes Store account.
    Some in-app purchases like game currency or hints are consumable, meaning they run out as you use them. You can only restore non-consumable purchases. Learn about different types of in-app purchases.
    To restore a non-consumable purchase, open the app you made the purchase in and look for an option to restore. You might find it in one of these places:
    Main menu
    Settings or Options
    In-app store
    Not all apps have an option to restore. If you don't see it, follow the steps in the next section to contact the app developer.
    If you try the restore option and nothing happens, or you get an error, follow these steps: 
    Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase. Sign in with a different Apple ID if you need to.
    Check the restrictions on your device to make sure in-app purchases are allowed.
    Check your purchase history in iTunes on your computer to make sure you were charged for the purchase.

    Now that we have ZMM up and running with free apps we are ready for paid apps. I'm not sure if I have the process down straight and was hoping someone could give me a quick laymens terms explanation. Basically we have some VPP vouchers. I thought we use the VPP cards to buy the apps with Apple which will give us app redemption codes. Those go into ZMM (where?) and then how do you assign the apps to specific devices?

    You indeed need to work with the redemption codes, just go to the page where you manage your iOS apps and create the app just like you do for the free apps, then after it got created, select the app and click "Manage Redemption Codes" from the menu at the top.

    Do File > Transfer Purchases. All of your in app purchases will be transferred over. It should also back up the data.
