Management Cockpit-Display Table

Hi,
I have a frame, in which Disply Table has been activated. In the web reports and Portal this table is diaplyed but the legend has a different colour than in the frame itself.
How the legend of the table is controlled?
Please advise.

  • How to display hidden columns in Management Cockpit Reports

    Hi all,
I need to display columns with zero values in a management cockpit report graph. I think the report had been set to hide columns without values and only brings charactesitics whose values are not equal to zero.
    Could anyone help?
    Thanks in advance.

    HI,
After you are executing the report, on columns right click & select filter options-> if 0 values will be there then you can filter it by 0 & get the report

  • SEM CPM - Management Cockpit

    Hi Guys,
Currently we are working on creating SEM CPM management cockpit and the requirement is as follows,
1.we need to diplay one of the query result directly in the dashboard.(without any graph)
2.We need to create a table display with 3/4 KPI's which belong to different query(for the last 3 months). eg
         Month1  Month2  Month3
    KPI1        x                 x              x
    KPI2        x                 x              x
    KPI3        x                 x              x
It would be great if you could help us on the same.

    Hello Ashok,
In my opinion, this tool cannot be used in Business Objects.
Our [end user documentation|http://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000713358&_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202&] does not have any comment. I recommend to post this query to the [BusinessObjects Enterprise Administration|BI Platform; forum.
This forum is dedicated to topics related to administration and configuration of BusinessObjects Enterprise, BusinessObjects Edge, and Crystal Reports Server.
It is monitored by qualified technicians and you will get a faster response there.
Also, all BOE Administration queries remain in one place and thus can be easily searched in one place.

  • Status of elements not appearing in Management Cockpit

    The Problem is as follows:
when you look into the management cockpit and ask to display data from, for
example, December 2004, the cockpit shows all the four walls with
elements without status, when, in fact, all the elements have a status.
You can notice they have a status (green, yellow or red) when you click
and see the detail (for example, the financial situation is shown with
no status, but if you go into financials and then to the general
overview, for example, you can see that you've got maps and status
there. So, in the financial situation you should have a status as well).
    I am using SAP_BW 3.10
Looking forward to hearing from you.

  • Graphs in Management Cockpit SEM 4.0

    Hello All,
We have upgraded our BW and SEM systems from 3.0 and 3.1b to 3.5 and 4.0 respectively.
We are now seeing a strange behaviour. In SEM 3.1b, while creating graphs in the management cockpit, we were able to assign specific colors for each column of a graph, say for example.. a custom color for Actuals and a custom color for planned amounts.
However, after the upgrade, we are unable to see any option to customize the columns in the graphs.
Am I missing something simple? Any and all help is deeply appreciated.
    Regards
    Sunil

    <i>Dear Jeroen:
For showing tables below any graph in SEM Management Cockpit, you have to select "Data Table" in the design of the graph. Attention: It's possible that you have problem for seeing this in the presentation, because It's probable that you need applying a note.
Please, If you have this error, let me know and I find note's number.</i>

  • Managment cockpit(drill down settings)

    Hi friends,
At frame level i want to drill down on particular characterstic eg: region(zregion). what setting i have to made inorder to see 'zregion' field in defining: "Drill down settings"(inside screen, left side list of characterstics) for management cockpit? In selection criteria while defining frame, do i have to give all region values in order to select one of region values through "parameters" option?
Actually i'm displyaing expenses, eg: exp1 & exp2 on month wise. User wants to see on regionwise these two expenses in the same graphic frame. I want to give through "parameters" option. How can i achieve this?
    thanks,
    naresh

    Hi friends,
upto some extent i got required things. I included characterstic 'zregion' in selection criteria step with set of 4 values while designing a frame in cockpit. Now i'm able to see field 'zregion' in drilldown setting option(left side pane of characterstics) and then dragged to right side pane for allowing drill down in frame. Next at presentation mode of frame(cockpit), in for month wise(x-axis,chart type: colon chart) able to see with two expenses. After that i want to drll down on expenses using "parameters" option, it displays list of regions for drill-down. But if i selected any region, it won't show respective regionwise expenses. How can i achieve this?
    thanks,
    naresh

  • How will you assign Run time variables in Management Cockpit

    Hello Gentlemen,
Can Someone tell me the how will you create runtime variables in the management cockpit. Does BW Variables any where related to this. I tried creating and use them it is not displaying anything in the cockpit presentation. It is literally blank without any bars in the graph
    Thanks
    Dev

Hi Sindhu: Are you using the Informatica Cloud Mapping Designer? Currently the Mapping Designer does not support embedding parameters within expressions, it only supports parameterizing entire expressions.

  • Management Cockpit: Variables and Exits

    Hello,
Quick question for all of you.  Problem is that we are using the cockpit to view hierarchy information as per our BW query which has it defined to always bring back two levels of data.  CPM simply ignores the lower level and only displays information for the node chosen within the cockpit.
Has anyone ever developed a management cockpit where the user is allowed to use a run-time dropdown variable within the cockpit to select a node in the Org hierarchy…..while having the system return only the sub nodes (next level below) in the result area? Or maybe the node chosen and the subnodes?
    User Scenario:
The user would like to first run the cockpit (initial prompt) for one organization node and see (for that node) how actuals are tracking to budget for a number of KPIs. Next, they would like to....
While remaining inside the cockpit, the user would like to change the view (by using the Org drop down) to only show the sub-nodes of the node that they pick. This will allow them to compare across the sub-nodes? We are trying to use a BW customer exit variable to trick the query into only returning the sub-nodes. We haven't had much success and we are looking for any suggestions.
Let me know what you think and it will be much appreciated!

  • Current period data not visible in Management Cockpit

    Hi...
I am facing problem in displaying latest data in Management Cockpit. The cockpit design is as follows: 0CALDAY (Section Axis), Plant Code (Data Series) & Production figures (Measure: Without Specific Axis).
    Problem:
By default, the cockpit does not display data for current period automatically. It works perfectly fine when the period is changed to past period. However, when the cockpit data is refreshed by - opening the cockpit frame, clicking on 'Parameters' and clicking on 'Select', the data for current period is displayed correctly. Why does the cockpit not display current month by default?
We have tried to fill the cache multiple times and hence do not think that this problem is due to inavalibilty of data in 'Cockpit Cache'. (Parameters given in buffering program 'UMM_MC_BUF' - Start = 01.2009, End = 012.2009, Time Stamp = 'X', Mode = 'A').
Note: The query is based on Inventory Cube (0IC_C03)
    Regards,
    Anoop Sahu

    thank for your answer
As i see it in JDev help, i'm sure it is possible.
Can someone help me with that problem ?

  • Trying to display tables reusing same code.

I'm probably being really naive but I just can't get this to work!
I have a display table class that will only display a one table when a button is pressed in a GUI. I want to use the same code again to display another table but pressing another button this time. ie: press "Table 1" button and the SQL query SELECT * FROM Customer should be used. Press "Table 2" Button and SQL query SELECT * FROM Order should be used. I have tried creating a constructor for this but it keeps coming up with errors. Please can you have a look at my code. The bits that don't work are commented out. I want to be able to just change the query that is used each time a different button is pressed.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Error while trying to register the SMP3.0 Application on Management Cockpit Using Logon Plugin

    Hi,
I am working on SMP 3.0 SP 02 ->cordova 3.3.1 - 0.3.1, i am able to ping the Odata endpoint in Management Cockpit successfully. I followed the steps which are present in the getting started with kapsel - 2 (use of logon plug in).  i am able to register to SMP 3.0  server by using register.html on the machine that SMP server is running but not from other machine using port 8083. Also if i try to use registration2.html which uses login plugin am getting the errors. Please help me out with this error
    {"errorCode":"80003","errorMessage":"Unable to reach Backend URL","errorDomain":"MAFLogonCoreErrorDomain"} at file:///android_asset/www/plugins/com.sap.mp.cordova.plugins.logon/www/common/modules/Utils.js:4
    Thanks

<<I am able to register to SMP 3.0  server by using register.html on the machine that SMP server is running but not from other machine using port 8083.
As mentioned above, by default port 8083 is used only by the management cockpit.  Try using the HTTP port which by default is 8080.
The ports are configured in this file.
    C:\SAP\MobilePlatform3\Server\config_master\org.eclipse.gemini.web.tomcat\default-server.xml
If the registration fails one quick test to verify basic connectivity to the SMP 3.0 server from the device or emulator is to open the following URL from a browser on the device or emulator.
    http://SMP_Server_IP_Address:8080/sapui5/
If the above URL opens correctly in a browser on the machine that the SMP server is running on but not from the browser on a mobile device or emulator there is likely something such as a firewall preventing communication over port 8080.
Here is a link to the Getting Started With Hybrid or Kapsel for SMP 3.0 document.

    Naresh,
Couple  of  suggestions...If  this  thread is   still  relevant....or  please  close  this  thread...
    1)  Make sure  you are   not  having any  issues  with  running  the  query, try  running  it  directly  in BEX/RSRT.
2)Once  we  know  that  there  is  no  issue  with  teh  query...try  running  the  Trace  on the  user (ST05)  to get further details  on  the error  by  trying  to  run  it  from  management  cockpit..
    3) Check    Note 1285242 - CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV' no data received.
    Hope this  helps..
