Mandatory house number: FD01, FD02, etc.

I want to turn mandatory the "House number" field in "Street address" on FD01/02. I was tring to do it by BADIs CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA and CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA_CS but I realized that house number has no separated field on KNA1 or other simmilar table. It's concatenated with street into other field. So how can I check if house number is filled or not?
The dynpro variable is addr1_data-house_num1, but is not available in non methof of these BADIs.
Anybody knows any other badi or user exit where it's available? Any other sugestion?

Ok! I did it, but it has only one function module: EXIT_SAPMF02D_001 wich includes ZXF04U01. It should be usefull, but EXIT_SAPMF02D_001 has no variable with the street number on it at his interface. So as far as I know I can't use it for my validation.
Am I wrong? If I am, how can I use EXIT_SAPMF02D_001 for it?

Go to Transaction SPRO
Follow the path : Logistics - General > Business Partner > Customer > Control
And then execute 'Define Transaction-dependent screen layout'.
Double click on Change Customer/Create Customer(Centrally).
Double click on General data. Double Click on Address.
It will list down all the fields displayed on the screen. Here you can set them to mandatory.

Validate Street and House Number in the Customer Master Data (xd01/xd02)

I need to validate if the fields street and house number are in blank in the Customer Master Data transaction (xd01/xd02). I found an user-exit (EXIT_SAPMF02D_001), which I can validate the customer data (KNA1, KNB1, etc) before to save. The problem is in the KNA1 structure, there aren't the fields street (STREET) and house number (NOUSE_NUM1), there is only the field STRAS, which street and house number values are concatenated.I solved this problem using field-symbol to catch these values in the screen, but I know it isn't a good solution. Is there another solution to solve this ? I had problem using this user-exit. It shows a message error type 'E' when either field street or field house number are in blank, after show this message if the user click in the tabs navigator button before press enter button, the transaction shows the error message "System error on reading table DYNTAB, screen no. 0370". Does Somebody know this problem?

Thanks for your suggestion, but I need to validate these values typed by the user. When I create a customer, I can't get these values in the ADRC table.

How can I change the mail settings so that every reply is listed individually in the inbox instead of having them "stacked" behind the original message. I'm afraid I might accidentially overlook messages the way they are handled now.

Somebody here will correct me if I'm wrong, but what you have to do is go into Settings, Mail/Contacts/Calendars and under Mail, turn off "Organize by Thread". I think that will make each message show individually.

Issue in population of Ship to party house number in Sales Order

Hi Experts,
I have created a program that creates an IDOC from the input file and then it uses
IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS to create sales order from the IDOC.
Now, the input file has Ship to party that is different from the Sale to party.
So, I created the IDOC with two E1EDKA1 segments.
1> E1EDKA1 and PARVW = 'AG' PARTN = some number from file.
2> E1EDKA1 and PARVW = 'WE' PARTN = value from file
Also STRAS, NAME1, ORT01, PSTLZ, LAND1, REGIO and IHREZ
is populated on the basis of values from the file.
Now, STRAS consists of both Street and House number.
And in my final sales order created I can see all other ship to party details.
But, the house number is being picked from that of Sold to party.
Please advice on how we can get the house number for Ship to Party.

The house number I am referring is the one of E1EDKA1-STRAS
which is combination of street and house number.
I tried by passing the house number into E1EDKA1-HAUSN . But, again I faced the

How to Include House Number when Creating SO using BAPI

Dear Experts,
I am using BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create a new Sales Order. I can actually create the sales order with all other fields right except for the HOUSE NUMBER in the SHIP-TO PARTY.
For the BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2, I have include the table ORDER_PARTNERS with structure BAPIPARNR. But when I check in the structure BAPIPARNR, there is only the field STREET (char 35) but no individual field for HOUSE NUMBER. May I ask how can I insert the HOUSE NUMBER to the Sales Order?

1) BAPI is not returning the sales order number to the program but when checked from SE37 it is returning the sales order
number.
- are you passing simulation parameter (TESTRUN) as 'X'
2) It is not updating the VBFA (SD flow) table.
- Please use BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_COPY for copying and updating VBFA table

Excel export (webui crm -- excel) wrong format of house number

Hi,
in an excel export (webui crm ---> Excel) is displaying the wrong format.
If the house number contains a special character such as "/" then the house number displayed in the date format in Excel.
And if in the field house number is a number and a letter such as "9 a", then the house number is displayed in time format (9:00 am) instead the house number.
Does anybody know, how can I solve this problem?

Hi,
There is no error from the CRM functionality. If you SAVE the excel,instead of opening it directly and then " open with "
word pad or notepad, you can see the phone no.s and fax no.s are properly transported to excel.There is a default format setting of
excel from the Microsoft, so you are getting the default format after opening the excel.
Steps:
1.Export to excel.
2.Choose the BP,PHONE and FAX columns holding the 'CTRL'key.
3.Right click on the chosen columns and choose "format cells".
4.Under the tab "number" choose 'number' and and reduce the decimal
place to '0' and click "OK".
5.Now you will be able to see the expected format.
If you are using IE then the excel file that is being generated should be an XML file which would help with the formating issue. But when there is a problem in the generation of the XML file a CSV file is created instead.
The kind of problems that can cause this could be :
- Wrong version of Excel (professional needed)
- Error in encoding (note 1560243 corrects this)
- Active X Settings on browser are not properly setup or disabled
- Other problems (some fixed in note 1457261)

in Vedndor master LSMW batch input method there is no field for House Number , we have only one filed
(STRAS)for street and house numner in LSMW.
first create the vendors after that update through XK02
for this you can write program small LSMW recording method
using below fileds

I am trying to create sales order using BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.
But I am not able to find any parameter in the FM for house number. Streetis available but house number is not availabale. Can anyone tell me how to create order number with house number field.

Yes.. that's what the problem is. If I use ORDER_PARTNERS-STREET it updates the field ADDR1_DATA-STREET on the address screen and not the house number ADDR1_DATA-HOUSE_NUM1 field which I want to insert. I can see one more table PARTNERADDRESSES in the TABLES of BAPI , can I use this for my purpose. If yes, how ?

House number is missing in the output

Street and house number not showing for few customers in search xd03

Hi All,
While trying to search for a customer number in XD03 using "Address Attributes", i get the list of customers which is fine. However for few of those customers, system does not show the street name or the house number in the initial search result screen. When i go to check those customers, i see that those are maintained.
Can you tell me why is it not showing in search screen although they are maintained properly.

You may need to check how those customer masters are created.
Also check whether those master records are set with deletion indicator or blocked.

As far as I am aware /house number field STRAS is not standard in infotype 0009 screens
Its likely then importing new code from SAP has perhaps overwritten some of your customizing in this case?
Please see if note 431930 helps you retrieve field STRAS on IT0009 - even though this note is provided by SAP - use of STRAS is in 0009 is considered a modification

House number for LSMW /BDC

When am doing the LSMW/BDC for Customer master House number field in general data.
the" house number " filed is not appearing since Street filed only apearing.
Is there any method to appear house no. filed .
I want to update house no filed for multiple customers.

I will suggest to use the LSMw with Standard Batch/Direct input method with following details
Object               0050   Customer master
Method               0000
Program Name         RFBIDE00
Program Type         B   Batch Input
after that you can select the field HOUSE_NO in the structure BIADDR2 - BI Structure for Consumers and maintain the same in the sorce fields

FD01 FD02 start process after update/commit

Dear All,
Is it possible to run method after complete customer data update/creation (FD02/FD01)
Before commit is simple to find the place where to make modification (e.g. EXIT_SAPMF02D_001),
but after commit is not so obvious, because validations are done in many places so it is difficult to find place where I can check all warnings/errors and after that call method (or not if errors occure).
to summarize: someone is updating/creating customer (FD02/FD01) than in abap we are checking if there is no errors and run method (initiating interface)

You can try this trick (I think there's a post but I don't rember which is):
A) Create a global class (SE24) having a method (example AFTER_COMMIT) based on the event TRANSACTION_FINISHED of class CL_SYSTEM_TRANSACTION_STATE
B) In the exit of FD01/FD02 raise the method of your class
Your method should be called as soon as the first COMMIT occurs
For example:
set handler ztest_max=>after_commit.
commit work.
In my example I've create the class ZTEST_MAX, the method AFTER_COMMIT will be processed after COMMIT WORK
