Manifest xml file not generated!

Hi!
I've created a Captivate 3 project, which includes a quiz
(some radom question slides linked to a question pool). I was asked
to export the project in a SCORM compliant format. I filled in all
the configuration requiere, but neither scorm nor manifest files
where generated, just the captivate's swf files (neither the .html
nor the .js files where generated).
The configuration I entered in the Publish Preferences Dialog
for Quiz > Reporting, where:
[x] Enable reporting for this project (checked)
Learning Management System (LMS): "SCORM"
Report Pass or Fail: "Status as defined by report data"
Choose Report Data: "Quiz results and slide views"
Report Score to LMS as: "score"
Reporting Level: "Interactions and score"
In the Manifest.. dialog, I entered the following
configuration:
Version: "1.2"
Course
Identifier: "..."
Title: "..."
Description: "..."
Identifier: "..."
[x] Duration: "00:50:00"
[x] Subject: "..."
SCO
Identifier: "..."
Title: "..."
[x] Mastery score: "60"

Back to the Publish dialog, under the "Output options, the
"Export HTML" option is checked but disabled (it looks greyish).
I don't know why this is so, I couldn't find how to enable it
again.
Any help will be deeply appreciated!

Hi all
Sorry, but I'm personally doubtful that resetting the .DAT
file will change anything. It's been my experience that when the
"Export HTML" option is disabled (or grayed out as many call it)
that it's because you are being prevented from turning it off.
(Note that in the disabled state, it's checked)
You see the same issue if selecting the "Full Screen" option.
In order to go Full Screen, you are definitely in the world of
HTML, so it becomes selected and disabled.
Silly question time here. Are you certain you are looking in
the correct location for the files? I ask because Captivate 3
changed the playing field by frequently insisting that a new folder
be created that matches the file name.

XML file not generating Completely

Hi ,
I am reading a file from the Application Server of XML format in Binary Mode. After reading I am checking the contents and with every 255 Char I am appending the contents in the different row, thus creating a internal table having one field of length 255.
I am using this table to send an email to the recepient using the FM 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'. This is generating a Attachment. But when I open this in Internet browser, It is not getting compete contents.
I am not sure, If I have missed something.

Wlw-manifest.xml file missing con:conversation-state-table entries

I am using WebLogic 8.1.4 (WLI 8.5). When our wlw-manifest.xml file is generated, it is MISSING all the <con:conversation-state-table> tags which typically contain the name of the database table that is required for each "top-level-component".
Typically when you compile your WebLogic project into an EAR file a wlw-manifest.xml file is generated for your project, including any JMS Queues and database tables that are required to run in production mode.
Previously we were using WebLogic 8.1.3 (WLI 8.3) and those entries were created correctly in the wlw-manifest.xml file, but after our upgrade they are not being created anymore. NOTE: The JMS queue entries are still being correctly created after the upgrade.
Any idea what I need to do with WL 8.1.4 (WLI 8.5) to get the table names generated into the wlw-manifest.xml file again? A compiler argument or something like that perhaps?

Autogenerate Manifest.xml file for custom namespace

I am working on a library with custom components and I want the library to have a custom namespace. From my reading, it looks like I need to create a manifest.xml file to associate by components with a specific namespace. (http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/201/html/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm?context=Live Docs_Book_Parts&file=compilers_123_43.html)
Is there anyway I can autogenerate the manifest.xml file? I am using Flex Builder 3 for development.I have a lot of components and I may periodically add and remove components, so I do not want to have to manually modify the manifest.xml file every time I make a change.

Did you follow the guidelines in the Connect 6 SDK documentation? This document was applicable from version 6 through 7.5.

Upgrade with DBUA to 12c hangs while upgrade.xml does not generated

Hi together,
actually I've an upgrade problem with dbua. At a server with Oracle Linux 6 I've running an 121.0.2 GI. in that GI there are two Oracle Homes: one 12.1.0.2 wih PSU1 and one 11.2.0.4 with PSU4. I'm trying to upgrade the database "testdb" from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2 with dbua.
So I'm logged in and set all session parameters to the new 12.1.0.2 home:
$ export ORACLE_HOME=/usr/local/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/
$ export PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/bin:$PATH
After that I start the dbua. i select my testdb and wait. And still wait..... After selecting the db and dbua has getting al the database information he will hang at 0% by "Run Pre Upgrade Utility". But why?
So I've looked into trace.log from dbua:

Yep they are! The own group they weren't in was the asmadmin group. Amusingly I had to add them both to the asmadmin group, so that the upgrade.xml was created with the oracle 12c user and group oinstal and not with oracle 11g user and group asmadmin. I can't tell you really, why, because it is a little bit confusing why he generate a file with the correct group when I add that group to the user, which was assigned wrong before to the file ?!?!

WSDL file not generated from wscompile using jwsdp-1.2.

I used following config.xml file to generate the WSDL file.......but it didn't got genereted. Other artifacts got generated. I'm using jwsdp-1.2.

UIXJSP App built off BC4J Project JBO Excep XML File not found for the Container

Running JDEV 9.0.3 build 960
Created a new project in folder "UIX JSP"
"UIX JSP" note the space!
Create a default UIX JSP Application based on existing BC4J Project
When running a JSP - Get a JBO Error complaining that the XML File not found for the Container
If I recreate the project with name UIX_JSP problem does not occur.

Hi,
please explicitly "make" the project. One reason for this problem could be that the model.cpx isn't created properly. Select the model project and compile the complete project before deploying it. Sometimes it helps to clear the "class" directory of the project on teh file system before re-compiling

Adding the dependency in the ViewController fixed this for me.
I'm using two AppModules in the controller and the second one wasn't being picked up.
I was able to fix this by:
Go to the Project Properties, select Dependencies, edit the Dependent Projects and Archives, find the model that's failing and add a tick in the Build Output box.
The model should now be picked up in the ViewController's DataBindings.cpx source file, though I did have to restart JDev for this to be picked up.

From which does this name come ? Can I change this name ?

Cause: Could not open the named XML file for read.
Action: 1. Make sure that the file is present. In particular, if the file is to be found in a zip/jar file, make sure that the Zip/JAR file is included in the CLASSPATH.
2. This error is also reported if the name of the XML file does not match the object Name specified in the XML file. If the file system support case insensitive file names (e.g., Windows NT), make sure that the file name matches the object Name in the XML file in case-sensitive fashion.
3. For a .JPX file, this error is reported if the JPX file is missing the JboProject XML tag. Check the JPX file to make sure that the valid tag is in there.
4. One XML file may be extending another XML file (specified by the Extends element in this XML file). This error is reported if the base XML file is not found.
5. When loading the XML file for a package (JboPackage tag), this error is reported if some unexpected error occurs while loading a containee.
In all of the above cases, a more descriptive message may be printed on Diagnostic. If you are not seeing Diagnostic messages, you can run your application with Diagnostic turned on, as in "java -Djbo.debugoutput=console ...", to see Diagnostic messages.

SMD uninstallation error "ORADBPAR.XML" file not found.

Hello Experts,
I was doing System preparation in solution manager through Solman_setup.In step 6.5 I came across Install Diagonostic agent .I checked in my system that older version of SMD is installed that may cause problem in future so I decided to uninstall it and install newer version of SMD7.3.I downloaded the SMD file and started sapinst with sudo access to uninstall it.Now I am getting an error saying ORADBPAR.XML file not found.I checked for this file but I could not find .Plz help me out to find this file and resolve the issue.

Hi Carole,
I had older version of SMD(7.01) installed in my system.I tried uninstalling this with sapinst downloaded with SMD7.2 so i got this error.I had to download the SMD7.01 from market place (you willl get this in archive) and then uninstall the SMD using this sapinst (which came with 7.01 version).i could do this successfully.Hope this will help you

Pages will not open a downloaded .pages document from iCloud because index.xml file not found?

New to using iCloud. I created a large pages document on Mac Air and saved it to my iCloud account. Found it at home on desktop Mac and downloaded it. No problem. However, it will not open due to the index.xml file not being found. What should I do to open this document? I've tried several things and no luck yet. Thanks for any tips! :-)

3. When the System asks if you really want to do this, click Use .zip
4. Double click the new .zip file
5. It will now appear as a folder with no extension

7. Again click on Use .pages
8. Double click on this file to open it in Pages.
What you have done is extracted all the Pages resources from the .pages "package" and reconstructed it.
