MANSP Dunning block at document level display

Dear Xperts,
I dont see the field MANSP "Dunning block" at document level (for an invoice), transaction FB03. I have chequed the field status defined for the posting key, but I cant find this field. What can be the reason the I dont see this field at document level?
Best regards.
Cristóbal.

Hi,
Actually when the dunning run is executed, the documents gets the dunning block MANSP field and gets stored in table MHNK/ MHND. This block MANSP gets deleted from these tables when the dunning run is completed.
Sometimes the entry remained there, even after the dunning run completion and thus not considering customer for any next dunning run.
You can run the report RFMAHN21 in transaction SE38/ SA38 to check these blocked items.
Also check the below OSS notes if not applied in your system:-

  • Dunning Block per document number

    Hi SAP Guru,
    Need your help.
    Scenario is like this:
We are running the dunning letter and it always gives us no output.  Also, checked the Customer Master,  under Correspondence tab and field for Dunning Block is empty while payment methods under u201CPayment Transactionsu201D tab is also empty which is I think it should be to run the dunning.
Upon further investigation,  I found out that the invoices are tag as u201CDunning Blocku201D via FBL5N per document number.  Can you explain how this happened? And why does per document number is tagged as u201CDunning Blocku201D despite the correct set up in Customer Master.  And how can we delete the tag per document or is there any mass update for this.
    Appreciate your thoughts on this.
    Thanks,
    Julie

    Hi,
Thanks for the info.  As I checked if dunning block has been tagged in SO via Header --> Accounting Tab,  the field for Dunning block set to Freed for Dunning which I supposed should be.
    Any other solution on this.
    Thanks,
    Julie

  • Dunning block for document is appearing in printout

    Hi SAP folks,
I have 100 open due items in customer account. I was executing dunning in F150 for that customer, it is showing 100 line items in dunning notice.
Here my question is that, i want to put dunning block for one document. So, i went to change dunning notice and put dun block for required document. Now i am checking dunning list and it is not appearing...upto here system performing correctly because i kept dunning block.
The problem is now when i am taking dun sample printout/dun print out total 100 line items are appearing whereas this will be wrong, dun printout shoud show only 99 items because i kept one doc in dun block. This is happening for only this customer. When i am executing for other cusomters it is performing currectly and have no issues.
Why this is happening to that customer? I have checked master data also. Please can anybody help me in this tricky issue

  • Dunning Block for Customer Disputed objects

    Dear Colleagues,
I come with what seems to be a simple but interesting requirement from my customer, that I believe can turn out to be an interesting subject for discussion and knowledge exchange.
My customer requires having the possibility of creating several dispute cases, at different times with different partial amounts and different reasons, related to the same invoice. This is possible only through u201Ccustomer disputed amountu201D. With this functionality I can create several disputes linked to the same invoice, with partial amounts and different reasons.
The tricky part comes when the requirement also asks for automatic dunning block for the invoice, for each one of the dispute cases. Here I face with two basic problems:
    1) There is only one dunning block at invoice level. (an invoice cannot have several dunning block reasons at the same time.
    2) The automatic document changes through dispute cases is not for "customer disputed objects". It only creates and updates the dunning blocks on invoices that belong to a traditional dispute case ("Disputed Objects").
Has anyone faced a similar requirement before? any insights or suggestions regarding  this process?
    Thank you very much
    Best Regards,
    Luis Angeli

    Hi Luis,
Customer disputed objects are meant to capture customer disputes prior to the receipt of payment.
They can be used to create many disputes for a single invoice.
However a single invoice can only be disputed once.
Further to this, if different parts of an invoice are disputed, the dunning block should only be removed once all issues against the invoice are resolved.
It could be an idea to create a single dispute against an invoice, and then get different people to resolve the different issues.
You may also want to consider how you are creating your invoices - it could be that you split them down further so there is only a single dispute against an invioce.

  • Dunning for blocked customer/document

    I block a customer/document for dunning.
I run the dunning procedure on 2 separate occasions and the customer/document shows up both times in the dunning run, but doesn't print (which is good).
Now if I remove the dunning block on the document/customer and run the dunning procedure a 3rd time, does the document receive a dunning level of 1 (since it has never printed) or a dunning level of 3 (since it showed up the 3rd time on dunning run).
Basically, after a removal of a block, does the dunning level become 1 since the invoice never printed on previous dunning runs despite the fact it displayed on the dunning runs?

You have blocked the account for dunning which means this account was not part of any dunning run. You can see in the customer master what is dunning level there. Should be Level 0.
After removing dunning block , the account will be getting dunning level 1 when run the dunning . As the levels are based on days in errears, in the second run the account will be in dunning level 2 and in the third run it will be in level 3 based on the days in arrears. The accoount will not moved to level 3 directly.

  • When we drilldown at document level it displays one record for each cube

    Dear Experts .
The users want to see the report by status for the order detail report at document level it displays one record for each cube .
They want to see the single line for the order quantity , Amount, Billing quantity delivery and amount along with the Sales order number , billing document number billing date , delvert date ..et in signgle line. ( Sale order DeliveryBilling)
When we are doing on Multiprovider recording displaying from each cube.
We have tried with Constant selections and it is not giving the required results m since these want to see by status. Due to huge data performance reasons we re unable to use it .
    Please provide your valuable inputs.
    Thanks,
    Mahesh.

    Mahesh,
If you want to get detail data with respect to Sales order - delivery - Billing, on top of Multiprovider you can come up with Constant selection.
But I am not clear that why constant selection is not working properly, can I have some light on that.
Probably, you are struggling with multiple records .
I suggest you to go with end routine and map all fields to one IC and do reporting on that single IC, then your requirement will fulfill.
But here we need to take care of performance issues and process chain scheduling wile loading deltas.
If Multiprovider is not working properly , then try with Infoset(If you have more than 2 ICs it not possible).

  • Delivery block on item level in ERP when document is changed in CRM

    Hi,
we have integration order management from CRM replicated to ECC 6.
each time we change the document in CRM, the item in ECC then will have delivery block.
even the header delivery block is removed, the item will remain block for delivery.
unless we manually remove the delivery block on item level for each item.
what we'd like to have is standard delivery block on header level.
    any advice is really appreciated.

    Hello,
I have tried to add a header delivery block in CRM GUI, or CRM Webclient,
but didn't find the required field.
Also, I have tried to set a header delivery block via a BADI implementation, but it cant be set.
Does anyone knows if there is a possibilite for setting CRM header delivery block?
The item delivery block can be set manually or via a BADI Implementation.

  • Document level script to display zeros in calcuated field

I have created a form, with the calculated fields set to read only, and with a validation script of
    if (event.value == 0) event.value = '';
(so that the calculated fields do not display as $0.00)
All but four of the calculated fields are named Item.0, Item.1 etc., plus there are SubTotal, ShippingCharge, CCFee and Total fields that need to stay blank until data is entered into the form.
Initially, I tried to add the script as a document level script, but it didn't work and I'm thinking it needs more to the script to use at the document level, but I have no idea what more it needs.
Where did I go wrong?  It certainly would be quicker to add calculated fields if I didn't have to add that validation script to each.

Even with a document level script you would need to call it in every calculated field.
I you were to write "app.alert("Hello World");" as a document level function, it would only execute when the PDF was initialized or opened and not again as long as the PDF remained open.
If you rote a document level function using JavaScript like:
    function Hello() {
    appp.alert"Hello World, I am a function");
    return true;
It would never run until called  with  a JavaScript statement like "Hello();"
So even with a document level script and preferably a function, you still would need to edit every calculation to call the function or the script would never run.
You could also create a document level function to suppress the zero display and then write more code to add the call to this function to the calculated fields.
You need to learn more about the scope of items, how events are processed within a PDF, what functions are and how to use them effectively. You might want to start with getting or linking to a copy the Acrobat JS API Reference.

  • Line items to be excuded in dunning after tha max. level is reached

    Hello everyone,
We have a requirement in Dunning where the line items that have reached the max. level,  should not be included in the reminders any longer since the invoices are then handled over to an insurance company. Request help on the configuration required for this.
    Thanks

    Hello,
The dunning block should be set at document level in this case. This way only the document will be blocked.
If you set it in customer master, the customer will never be dunned.
There is a path in customizing to create the dunning block.

This is the procedure to unblock/block the dunning for a customer at line item level

    Dear chandrashekar,
Goto  VOV8 , select your order type - Billing - Billing block - keep this field as blank .
Second one , take the default billing type in order type (VOV8) , and Goto OVV4 and click on selection criteria and select billing type , enter your billing type and choose , you will now get the listing of that biling type and check your settings are correct.

  • Restriction on Discount % at document level

    Hi all,
my client doesn't want to allow any discount at row level or document level.
I have restricted row level discount by setting max discount to 0% for all users in authorisation but still user is able to enter discount at document level.
Please suggest me how to restrict this ASAP
    Thanks & Regards,
    Mukesh Agrawal

For row level, the best is to go to each user and select form settings and make sure the discount% column is not active for any users.
But if you disable the customizing of forms, nobody is able to change other form preferences. If it is not necessary to you, it will be a good solution.
The Max Discount in Authorization is to set the upper limit for discount and not to block discounts. Unfortunately SAP has not provided a good and solid way to block users from posting discounts.
you are right, it is not to block discounts. But it blocks discounts and cause of SAP does not offer a really exact solution, you could use it.
e.g. We could not block the form preferences for each user. So it is possible to display the row discount and we enable max. discount. Do you have a better solution, it would be nice.

    Hello,
field VBRK-MANSP is automaticaly filled with 'A' if the billing document is relevant for Invoice list.
A billing document is relevant for Invoice list if the Payer has field KNVV-PERRL filled, and the billing type has the field TVFK-FKART_RL filled.
