Manual bank statement not display in FF_6 transaction

Hi,
I use FF67 transaction to create a manual bank statement. Just after save, i use the command "Bank Statement" => "Post" => "Individual Statement".
So now i would like to display this entry in FF_6, so i enter all the necessary information (Bank Id, etc.) but i have the header of my statement but not the items with amount, etc.
I'm new in FI so could you tell me if i missed a point or if there is something to do?
Thanks

Just after save the statement and post it, i can verify that my FI document is well create. In FEBA the statement seems to be ok (Green)
When i would like to display and print it in FF_6 i just have the header of my statement (Bank ID, Account number, date, etc.).
In place of the item it's displayed "No data in the list".
This problem is only for manual statement. Automatic statements works perfectly.
It's the same problem if i would like to print the statement in FEBA.
Have you got an idea ?

  • FF67 - Manual bank statement 'not to be posted' error

    Hi all,
I am using ff67 to view my manual bank statements but there is an amount with the status 'Not to be Posted'.
I go into FEBAN to find more information and this document is set as 'incomplete' (yellow status). Can someone explain to me why this is happening and how to fix this?
    Thanks,

Thank you for the response Atif,
My question is: why was the wrong clearing entry originally posted?
Because of this clearing entry, it looks like we now have an open item in the incoming account. When looking at the incoming/master accounts, after the manual posting has been made, we have an open item in the incoming account which cannot be cleared.
    Example
    Incoming a/c = -8000 <- this line is open
    Master a/c = 8000
What is the way to proceed? thanks,

  • Manual bank statement error: "Bank reference" field not filled

    Hi,
I'm getting an error (see below) while entering details in the manual bank statement.  I've checked the variant already, and the manual bank statement variant with "Bank Reference" field is already deactivated. How come FF67 still validates on this field?
    Did I miss something?
Hope for your speedy reply. Thanks!
    "Bank reference" field not filled
    Message no. FV094
    Diagnosis
An interpretation algorithm is given in transaction 003-.  This algorithm interprets the value entered in the field "Bank reference" and automatically determines the items to be cleared.
The field "Bank reference" is not filled.
    System Response
No interpretation will be carried out.
    Procedure
    Recheck your entries.

    Hi,
The Bank Statement Transaction you are using has an Int. Algorithm configured, which requires the Bank reference field.
In IMG in the transaction where you create and assign business transactions to posting rules, there is also a filed for Int Algorithm. The system uses the Int Alg. to determine the fields on which to match and clear documents. The transaction you are using may have an int algo. configured which uses the reference field for clearing.
Even if you remove the reference field from the Manual Bank Statement Variant, the system is still going to look for it because that is one fields defined for clearing in the int alg.
You can change the config settings for the transaction, but either removing the Int alg. or using a different one. The description of the Int Alg. on the drop down list, will give you an idea of what fields will be used for clearing.
IMG path...FA->Bank accounting> business transactions-> payment transactions>manual bank statement-> Create and Assign business transactions.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks,
    Uma

  • Manual Bank Statement Problem

    Hi SAP Gurus,
Our client has an issue wherein their Manual Bank Statement Overview (displayed via FF67) does not display the Bank Statements in chronological order, meaning the latest bank statement posted should come out on the top of the list.
What happened was that the bank statement number was already maxed out (00999) which would naturally bring back the bank statement number back to 0001. Though it the system behavior of reverting back to 0001 did take place, the overview doesn't display them in the correct chronological order.
This is an example of what happened to the Bank Statement Overview:
    Bank statement#  -  Date
    999          -            25.06.2010
    998           -           24.06.2010
    997            -          22.06.2010
    996             -         21.06.2010
    *003              -        02.07.2010*
    *002               -       01.07.2010*
    *001                -      30.06.2010*
    995 - 29.12.2009
    994 - 28.12.2009
**As you can see, the view does not display it in chronological order. Instead, it went ahead of bank statements posted in the previous year which is 2009.
This was the system behavior we were expecting:
    Bank statement#    -            Date
                003         -            02.07.2010
                002          -            01.07.2010
                001           -           30.06.2010
                999            -          25.06.2010
                998             -         24.06.2010
                997              -        22.06.2010
                996                -      21.06.2010
    995 - 29.12.2009
    994 - 28.12.2009
Would there be a way to change the layout of the Manual Bank Statement Overview so that I can sort the data by Date? What could have gone wrong/missing in the system settings? Any help/suggestion/comment is greatly appreciated. W
    Thanks

For cheque issue use the following config
Use algoritham 11, while creating Business Transaction for Manual Bank Statement.
    and Posting Rule settings are:
    Posting Area:1
    Debit key: (leave Blank)
    Debit Symbol: Yourcheckissuesymbol
    Credit Key: 50
    Credit Symbol: yourmainbanksymbol
    document Type: SA
    Posting Type: 4
    For Cheque Deposit
    Leave the algoritham field balnk,
And use this while defining the posting rule:
    Posting Area:2
    Debit key:40
    Debit Symbol: YourMainBank
    Credit Key: 50
    Credit Symbol: (leave blank)
    document Type: SA
    Posting Type: 1
This definetly works out. This config is in my system.

  • Problem with uploading manual bank statements

    Hey everyone,
I am having trouble with a client who seems to have put some manual bank statements in the system using transaction ff67. Although there were some direct deposit customer payments in that account, they did not reflect in the customers account at all although there were no errors during the process.
Anyone got any ideas as to what could have gone wrong. And is there a way to reverse these statements out of the system.
I am a technical consultant and am not very familiar with this.

    Hi,
There is an SAP note for reversing bank statement. But it's better to check user's preferences for bank statement ( DIRECT POSTING, BATCH INPUT,ect.).

  • Bank statements are uploaded successfully, but transactions are not shown in FF_6/FEBAN

Hello Friends – Can you please clarify my doubt with regards to the issue with Bank statement upload.
We uploaded the Bank statements successfully. After that when I go to FF_6/FEBAN, I do not see the transactions and Bank statement we received has got transactions.
    It shows Statement status “8”.
As Documents are not posted (I also checked in FEBEP table, do not see any line items), I should delete these Statements and upload them again?
    Thanks

    Hi,
Please check if you have marked " Do Not Post" in FF_5 for importing bank statement.
This could be one of the reason why you are  not seeing bank statement in SAP.

  • FF67 Manual bank statement transactions not updated in G/L accounts.

    Dear All,
The user has posted the Manual bank statement in the FF67 and saved. But the postings are not updated in the G/L accounts but in FF67 the bank statement is showing that "posting completed".  When I check that The Job name has finished successfully in sm37. but when I check in SM35 the batch session also has been created with the same user ID. But it has not processed.
When i ask the user he is saying that they don't process the Batch input session. They just save the FF67 T.code. after some thime the job will complete and post to the G/L accounts.
Please could any body let me know what could be the problem.
When we enter the FF67 the system will ask the start variant and the processing type. There are 4 options in the processing type. could any body explain me about the 4 options.
    Regards,
    Mr.Rao.

    Dear All,
Here the user has selected the processing type is 2. That's why the system is created the batch input secssions. so the G/L accounts will be hitted after the batch input secssion are processed.
    Regards,
    Mr.Rao.

  • Postprocess Manual Bank Statement

Please help me with very confusing functionality called Manual Bank Statement!
After I have entered manual bank statement, what should be my next steps, i.e. how to clear AR or AP open items (because automatically were not cleared)? How to post this statement to GL, i.e. get accounting document?
I will be really thankful for any help on this!!!

    Hi
Once you have posted the account statement, the system displays the posting statistics. These enable you to see how many FB01 postings (post without clearing) have been carried out with and without errors. This also applies to FB05 postings (post with clearing). In our example, one FB01 posting and one FB05 posting have been carried out.
    <b>Postprocessing an Account Statement</b><b>Use</b>
Every time you post a manual account statement, you should postprocess it because the system cannot always clear all the items automatically. This is particularly important if the customer has not paid the total amount or has quoted the wrong reference.
Access the transaction choosing one of the following navigation options:
SAP R/3 menu     Accounting - Financial Accounting - Banks - Incomings - Bank Statement - Postprocess (or Reprocess)
    Transaction code     <b>FEBA</b>

  • Manual bank statement post: with GL accounts

User has posted the manual bank statement. It is successfully posted but in respective sub GL accounts open it management and line item management is not configured in the ledger. so after posting bank statement we have changed the open item and line item display.
we have deleted and posted again but in main GL Account on line item is still exist and balance showing diffrence 470 EUR
how can i change that GL Account as 0 Balance.

    Hi,
When Manual bank statement is run, a JV gets posted knocking of subledger with debit or credit (Payment/Deposit) and one line item will be posted in the main bank account.
In you scenario, take the document available in the main bank account and reverse it in transaction code FBRA. This will knock off all the balances and the ledger will be zero.

  • Manual bank statement upload error FB727

    Hi Experts
When we are uploading the manual bank statements using transaction FF67, we are getting the error message FB727 "There are no transactions that have this amount's plus or minus sign"
We are using SAP version 4.7, I am not sure how this message is coming and how can we correct this
I could see there is a OSS note for this but that is not applicable for version 4.7 and above
    Rishi

    Hi Rishi,
Message - FB727 says There are no transactions that have this amount's plus or minus sign
While assigning the Business transactions to posting rules you may specified the +/- symbol to Incoming payments. Similarly while entering the amounts use the symbols.
Eg: If the amount CHQ deposit (Incoming Payment) : +XXXX
If the amount CHQ Issue (Out Going Payment)  : - XXXX
If the amount Bank Charge (Expense-Outgoing) : - XXXX
Amount with Symbol if you enter, Then you will not get this error.

    Thanku

    Hello Mahesh,
    Please check the following points.
    a) In case if the Bank Account number in the account statement exceeds 24 places, you can get this error.
    b) Note 823808 is not yet implemented (either manually or through support packs) in the system
In case, even after checking the above points you still face the issue...then please inform a developer in your team to check the logic in Function Module GET_BANK_ACCOUNT during debugging FF67.
Hope this info helps you resolving the problem.

  • Manual Bank Statement - Upload of line items

    Hi,
We are trying to implement Manual Bank Statement for a specific client. We are not going for electronic bank statement, taking into consideration fewer number of transactions in the month.
The bank statement for the month has approx 40-50 transactions/line items.
The format for entering data in manual bank statement is - Transaction type, Value date, Amount, Document no.
My client intends to create this format in Excel, and upload all the 50 line items at one stretch. But only 21 line items are getting uploaded at single instance.
Also, after inserting row, only one row is inserted at a time. This process would be time consuming.
Is there a solution whereby the entire 50 line items are entered at one stretch in manual bank statement
    Thanks in advance
    Regards
    Vishwanath.B

    Hi,
The copy paste does not work in FF67. Only first column gets copied and then you have to copy paste column wise. This is limitation is SAP standard transaction and is not modifiable.
LSMW will not help much as the records to be uploaded in the same statement and paage down can not be handled in LSMW.
Your ABAPer need to record the transaction in SHDB and the can create a custom program to upload the excel using that recording. This is easy for programming point of view.

    Gaurav

  • Error in process manual bank statement

    Hi, all!!!
I am having a pontual problem about a process manual statement in order to record manual bank statements in the system using the transaction ff67.
    Error message:
    Bank account number not unique

    Diagnosis
The bank account with the data

  • Configure manual bank statement ff67

    Hi!
I am configuring manual bank statement in ff67 for my Indian customer (I am from Sweden and has not worked with it before).
I have created three banks accounts:
    One main account
    One incoming account
    One outgoing account
I have also created the house bank.
How do I configure transaction code named ZBSR for outgoing payment with assignment reference and ZBSD for incoming payment.
Thank you very much in advance!
    BR Åsa

    Hi.
The customizing is difference according to your business requirement.
For example you have a customer invoice document:
    01 customer 100 USD / 50 revenue 100 USD.
Then you want to clearing Customer invoice direct with bank account in FF67
then you have to define in your posting rule , posting area:2, as below:
    Posting Key         40                                    Posting Key
    Sp.G/L Indicator                                          Sp.G/L Indicator
Acct symbol         Bank account                   Acct symbol
    Document Type       DZ
    Posting Type             8
    Posting on acct key
    Reversal Reason
if you want to use a Interim bank account to clearing the inovice, then you should define
then you have to define in your posting rule as below:
    Posting area 1
Posting Key         40                 Posting Key         50
    Sp.G/L Indicator                       Sp.G/L Indicator
Acct symbol         BANK            Acct symbol       bank clearing account
    Posting Key         40                                    Posting Key
    Sp.G/L Indicator                                          Sp.G/L Indicator
Acct symbol        bank clearing account        Acct symbol
    Document Type       DZ
    Posting Type             8
    Posting on acct key
    Reversal Reason
So it is necessary to do the customzing based on your business reqirements.
and in your case->you want the account 198001 to be credited in ff67 and account 198000 to be debited
Can you confirm whether the bank account defined in FI12 in your hourse bank/bank key is 198000, if yes, then you could define account symbol as below
    Acct symbol: Bank with **********
Acct symbol:bank clearing account      with *********1
then the following document will be posted after run FF67
    40 198000   100 USD/  50 198001      100 USD
    40 198001   100 USD/  15  customer  100 USD
The vendor is the same senario.
Hope above information are useful to you!
Addition, you can use T-cd:OFTD, menu->business volumn->manually bank statement to find all customizng you should define.
    With Best Regards,
    Gladys Xing
