Many complains about screen shadows, will they fix it finally? I have to send it back 3rd time...

It's the 3rd time that I have to send iMac back to support for the screen, as again shadows do appear on the top corners of the screen. And is not only me, I know two more people with same issues...
Do you face the same issues, and after visiting support, the issue happened again ?
What else can we do ?

I am about to send it in for the 5th time. Well, the second for this machine, they replaced it back in november and I already had the display changed once. This time I have yellow tinge on the lower-right side of the screen and the usual stains that periodically appear in 3 months time. They say it's an environmental issue, I say it's because of the low quality of the display itself. None of the other displays I have, not even a 2560x1600 Dell display, present this issue. I fear that as long as Apple will not acknowledge the stains issue we'll never see the end of it.

THEY SAID WE NEED TO BACK UP FREQUENTLY WHEN USE ALL APPLE DEVICES NO MATTER ; iPhone or iPad.
I have iPhone 1st Gen, iPhone 4th Gen, iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad 3 and new iPod 5 for my family.
Now I thought that Samsung is my new choice and as per from my friend suggestion. It a lot of best service from there.

It is very unlikely that Apple with replace your iPod under warranty since the warranty covers manufacturing and design defects. A crack screen is usually not caused by a defect. You can alway make an appointment at ter Genius Bar of an Apple store and ask.

It is unlikely but you can atleast try they might set it up for free but expect an email about paying 269 for physical damage

Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $199 for 64 GB 4G and $99 for the other 4Gs. They do not fix yours.

I have the same problem. After the upgrade, my wifi is greyed out, and the battery won't hold a charge long. I reset all the settings, tried all the things suggested by Apple, but it didn't work. I took the phone to Verizon, but they said they can't fix it, go to Apple
I made an appointment at the Genius bar, where the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. A representative told me that the wi-fi is broken and I would need to buy a new phone for $200, because mine is out of warranty. You'll have to get a new one from your carrier. I believe the shipping instructions for mail in service explicitly tell you to take it out as you will most likely not receive the same phone back. Apple doesn't repair most phones, they replace them.

Instead of getting annoyed, read the User's Guide and try basic troubleshooting.

If it says "Delivered" under it to begin with, then you're not sending it as an MMS, you're sending it as an iMessage. It's entirely possible the problem is on the receiving end.
