Many constant crashes in CS2 applications running 10.4.8

Question

Noticing a lot of people are having crashing problems. Mine is usually in InDesign CS2 when I'm either printing, exporting an eps, exporting a pdf or just saving a document. It just freaks out. But once I quit the program and even clear out the logged files and start fresh, it then gets crabby and won't even open. I've seen on here that reverting to 10.4.7 helps this. Anyone else want to give a thought. If this is true and it helps, how do I go about doing this.
Also once I've gotten to the point where it absolutely refuses to run the program at all, I'll restart and zap the PRAM a few times. This seems to clear it up for a couple hours or so. Then it freaks out again.

This is just my situation, I know, but
I'm running InDesign2 on my new Intel iMac Intel2
and it runs like a charm. It's faster than it was on my PPC Flat Panel
running the same OS. So if it's running on Rosetta, I'm not noticing any
lag.
The one thing I do find though, is that after a while,
if things do seem laggy, and I just save what I'm working on & restart the app. (Maybe that's what you are talking about, LOL).

You might want to run the Activity Monitor for a while to see what's taking up the space. There might be something else running at the same time that is causing problems.
