How do i set up a link on my website to download calendar events

I am trying to put a link on our website that downloads calendar events. We have a training course that runs 13 weeks and each week the days are not always the same. I would like to have the ability for them to download the appointments into their calendar with one click.

This is the mainadvantage of purchaseing apps from the app store:
Go to the "App Store" app under the Apple menu.
Login with your Apple ID account (the one you purchase Logic)
Go to the Purchases tab where you find all the apps that you purchased with that Apple ID
Any app that is not installed on the current computer is ready for download
Download and install the app
Done.

The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

Small Bug in Flash 8: loading swf that´s a vectorized image in many layers

Hi! There´s a small bug in flash 8. If you load a swf
that it´s a vectorized image in many layers, when you give it
an action in onLoadInit, like mc.onRelease, the mc don´t
"catch" that action. You can try loading an image (it works), a lot
of swf (it works), but with this kind of swf the actions onRelease,
onPress, etc... don´t work.

(if there is only one layer it works)

results even when you update the movie or server scripts.

Verify the html is validated.

that connects to a JSP script that returns a simple value to
Flash. If that
seems to work, then the problem is in the JSP or
Actionscripting coding.

It depends on the size of the movie, the capacity of your iPad and how much space you have left, so you need enough to hold whatever the size of the video is and still leave about 10% of your total storage space available.
Most Movies are at least 2GB. I have seen some that are over 6GB.

Are you asking if you can find out how many times an app has been downloaded from the app store? Or you asking if you can find how many times you have downloaded the app? If the former, you could try asking the developer. If the latter, none that I know of.

Making a color transparent in many layers

I'm using Photoshop Elements 5.0
I want to create an animated gif using many layers of jpegs. Each layer is a picture of the earth (round) surrounded by the color black to the edge of the jpeg (square). However, I would like to make the outer border of black the transparent color.
How can I easily make the color black the transparent color in all the layers of the gif, such that when the globe rotates on a white page the black is transparent?

Freeing Up Space on The Hard Drive
1. See Lion/Mountain Lion/Mavericks' Storage Display.
2. You can remove data from your Home folder except for the /Home/Library/ folder.
3. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on freeing up space on your hard drive.
4. Also see Freeing space on your Mac OS X startup disk.
5. See Where did my Disk Space go?.
6. See The Storage Display.
You must Empty the Trash in order to recover the space they occupied on the hard drive.
You should consider replacing the drive with a larger one. Check out OWC for drives, tutorials, and toolkits.
Try using OmniDiskSweeper 1.8 or GrandPerspective to search your drive for large files and where they are located.
You need at least 12 GBs of free space to install Mavericks plus another 6 GBs for the download.
Select your HDD icon. Press COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window. In the upper most panel you will see the information displayed: Capacity, Available, and Used. You want to know what's Available.

Something fishy going on with those particular files. But without looking at them directly I couldn't say what. Usually in a case like this the problem is some of the metadata that is attached to the file. Where did these files come from? A camera, a scanner, the internet?
An explanation about the Watched Folder function: It looks for changes to a folder, not just automatically grabbing whatever files are in it. Generally, you want to select an empty folder as a Watch Folder. Once this has been set up, as you add files to this folder they will be imported into the Organizer. If you start with a folder full of images, those will be ignored, any new items will be added.
