MAP update in PO at PGI

Hi All,
We have been trying to update Price in PO at the time of PGI using USEREXIT SAVE_DOCUMENT triggering BAPI_PO_CHANGE. It is failing because PO cannot be edited while PGI is under process/Outbound Delivery is being worked on.
Can anyone please suggest if there is any way to update the price in PO at PGI.
PS: We have MAP in the system which changes in the system, due to this PO is created as some different price and PGI postings happen at the MAP of that day which is most of the times different than price in PO.
Thanks in advance friends.
Manav

can you explain the background for this.
A Po is usually a document to an external vendor, the price in the PO is the price you have to pay to your vendor, so it is not logical to me to make this price equal to a moving average price, which is calculated by stock value + new receipt value divided by new total stock quantity. And even gets effected and adjusted if you have price differences when you post the invoice.
Why would you external price be equal to a MAP ?
and why are you doing PGI for a PO?

  • OVI Maps update on N8

Hi, sorry if this has been posted elsewhere.
My OVI maps updated today on my N8 via OVI Suite. What was in this update?
    many thanks

Yes, it's probably the new 3.06 official release that you have got via the Ovi Suite update which became available for N8 on the 7th Dec.
A newer beta version of 3.06 continues still to be available at Beta Labs. It contains some additional features compared to the current 3.06 release, e.g. downloading of street maps directly to the phone.

  • Error when executing Maps Updater

    Hi,
I installed Nokia Maps Updater version 1.0.12 but I'm not able to use it. It opens and reaches the window where is shows "Checking for Updates" but then I get this error:
    "Error
Cannot get enough information about the phone [3].
    Unspecified error [1]."
Does anyone what is causing this? Was Nokia already informed about this issue?
    Thanks.

I forgot to mention the model. This happens with a N78. I didn't try any other model.

  • UK map update causing apps to crash

I updated the UK map this morning on my Nokia 520. Now both the Here Maps and Here Drive apps crash after loading. I have reinstalled the apps and rebooted the phone but the problem persists. Here Maps still works with other downloaded maps, e.g. Turkey.

I'm still having a problem after downloading the recent UK offline map update. Whenever I get directions, it plots a route to the destination but still carries on wih the 'getting directions...' loading bar and the app crawls to a halt.
If I delete the offline map the app works fine, so it's down to the the map update and possibly the fact I have a Nokia 720, what is now classed as a low memory device.
I'd rather have the offline map installed to save data if possible.

  • Where can I get map updates for my NV-u44?

My friend gave me a NV-U44 gps. Where can I get map updates for it?

    Hello Hawkhero,
    Welcome to the Sony Community.
Currently there is no map update available for NV-U44. However, there is a firmware update available for your nav-u unit. Although the firmware update does not provide additional map data, it may improve the route quality of your map in certain situations. The firmware update is available from the Sony® Support Web Site.
    Regards,
    Charlie

    After downloading and installing the Nokia Maps Updater (and removing Beta versions of 3.0) I have an error;
    Cannot update licenses
Missing phone info: IMSI or IMEI cannot be obtained
I found this forum post that directs people to work with the company for license and as I filled in the form they asked for my IMEI by typing *#60# onto home screen.  This did not work, but as you can see from the info at start of post other functions like *#0000# do still work.

Is this a phone issue or is the software not requesting correctly to retrieve the IMEI?

I'm glad we are on the same version, however my point is I upgraded a week before the release to a beta version and this is the same version you and I have so no update has happened from a beta version to the "final" version.  I am surprised at this, as why put out a beta if you are only going to release it as final?  A beta implies there are issues that need resolving and that does not appear to have happened for the last version.
I am not complaining, just curious, as I do like ovi maps and speed and performance have improved over the versions.  For another topic I only think they need to improve the search functionality as I compare it to Google maps and I can search by a typing an address within one click (Ovi takes multiple clicks or uses fields for specific info).

  • Nokia 5630 XM Maps Updater Error Cannot get enough...

    Hi experts,
I have unsolved problem until now. I have Nokia 5630 (buy in Czech Republic), I updated to lastest firmware 012.020 and after that I can´t connected with Nokia maps updater (it shows the announcement like topic - see attached file). I try hard to reset and many, many things but without positive results. Is it this problem solvable?I want to use Nokia maps and I don´t. I want to buy Nokia GPS modul but it is useless in this time. It must be any solution from Nokia company.
Thank you for your solution and I hope in any advices

  • Map Update Why Oh Why is there is never enough mem...

    How stupid is map update?
Every time there is an update I am not allowed to do it as their is not enough memory free on C:
However after I uninstall lots of apps and remove maps it will install
    Then I re-install all the apps I un-installed and re-download the maps
Can you not make it clever enough to remove the old map app before updating to the new one!

My 5230 has now 25Mb free on the C: drive but still the update claims it runs out of memory. Very annoying, specially since I have next to nothing installed into phone memory. All music, pictures, apps etc. are on the memory card.
The memory status states there's 29Mb worth of "other files" which I have no idea what they might be. Also the current 3.04 version of Maps shows twice in the app list: "Nokia Maps" (7Mb) and "Ovi Kartat" (8Mb). Are both of these needed?
EDIT: After I managed to make 30Mb free space to C: the update finaly went through. This is pretty ridiculous amount since that's nearly half the of 5230 internal memory while the size of the Maps app is still just 8Mb!

  • Map updates for Symbian version of Nokia Maps/Driv...

The last map update I had for my Nokia 808 is from back in April of this year.
Is Nokia no longer providing map updates for the Symbian version of Nokia Maps/Drive software?
This would be VERY disappointing if so.
Please respond, and not ignore this question.
    thank you

    thanks!
But sadly Nokia didn't even have the manners to respond in that thread either.. so there is still no answer.
I just dropped $550 on a Nokia 808 Pureview, with the assumption that I will have good GPS software...
Now Nokia is abandoning map updates for symbian?
I will be outraged if this is the case..
    NOKIA please respond!!

  • Next maps update on the phone?

Does anybody know if the next maps update (on the phone) is already scheduled?
I'll be travelling on the next week and I noticed that Nokia Maps 3.09 data for a city I'll be passing by is outdated.
    See the map here: http://maps.nokia.com/-26.0837373,-53.0294703,13,0,0,normal.day
On Nokia Maps 3.09 on my C6-01, there is no connection between roads 180 and 483. As my route follows road 483 to the west, it goes through Francisco Beltrao city streets instead.
Attached image: how the route appear on my phone.
    Best.

    Hi bearshare,
    Thanks for your post.
Maps are usually updated (when needed) four times a year and are made available through Nokia Suite. If you find any incorrect map data you can report this to the NAVTEQ mapreporter from where this can be verified and corrected if needed.
    Hope this helps,
    Kosh

    Hi viper_01
Nokia Maps Updater application no longer works and you should use OVI Suite on PC now.

  • How frequently are maps updated?

(Caveat: I use the OVI map loader software on my PC to upload maps to my phone / it's data-card).
Roughly how often are the maps updated - I've noticed that everytime I go in to the map loader program, I always get the option to download the same maps (UK) and the only time it tells me I have them already (same for the voices for that matter) is immediately after I've downloaded them to the phone (memory card).
If I do the same thing a day or two later, it doesn't tell me that the maps I'm downloading (or voices) are the same version that are already on my phone (/memory card)?

I take it you are using a model that doesn't have wi-fi? I'm not a fan of map loader for the same reasons as you described. I also find it very slow, even on a high end PC so being able to update maps direct from the phone using wi-fi is a very welcome addition.
Without wi-fi I can imagine this feature isn't that great unless you've got a decent data plan.
    Yes, no WiFi - 5230.
At some point in the future (when current contract ends) will probably have the option to include a data plan, but for the next 5 or 6 months, I'd have to pay a daily charge.

  • N82 Nokia Maps update fail

    Hi,
I have a problem with my phone. The phone was turned off by mistake during Nokia Maps update. Nokia Maps do not work at all now. When i push button "Maps", I don't get any reaction. Nothing happens. Could you please give me a piece of advice, how i can to reinstall Nokia Maps or something else? I was trying Nokia Maps Loader, but it did not help me...
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Try reinstalling it using the same procedure you used whe updating. If this works fine but if it doesn't then you have to reinstall the previous version and then try updating again.
Because Nokia Maps is embeded in the firmware, to reinstall the original Nokia Maps version, you have to reinstall the firmware. To do this, you have to use the *#7370# reformat phone code. Before reformatting you need to backup all data in your phone because your phone will be wiped.
After reinstalling the firmware, you will find that you are back to the previous version of Nokia Maps. Now try updating again. After you successfully update, delete the "Cities" folder on the memory card, use Nokia Maps at least once. Now finally you can use Map Loader to download latest maps.
