Mapping is not run after adding to existing Process Flow

I am about to scream.
I have a process flow that has been running fine.
I added a mapping to the existing process flow, deployed the process flow, and now when I run the process flow it will not run the new added mapping.
What gives? I am going to recreate the process flow, but I will not recreate a new process flow everytime I add a mapping to it.
What am I doing wrong.

Thanks so much for all the help. I read the other posts and checked my mapping but nothing helped.
I had to put a transition line directly from the fork to my new process and it worked.
I think it was kind of a logic error on my part.
I forgot had all my maps that were called from the Fork just going straight to either Error Warning or Success endpoints.
I tried to add another process after one of the mappings.
I forgot that to do that I would have to "OR" up all the transitions coming from the forked maps.
Then proceed from there.

I am pretty sure you want to know what forum's experienced users think about Live Update, don't you?
Live Update is terrible, and in most cases it's better to remove it and forget about it. It's alright to keep it installed and run to check for updates but a lot better and safer to install them manually (yourself) from MSI's product page. And forget about updating BIOS. It's as good as smashing the BIOS chip with the hammer MFlash or Forum's tool is much safer and more efficient.
What updates did it do? What drivers/utilities do you have installed from the CD/MSI's page?

Safari not running after ios8 update for ipad

I updated my Ipad with Retina display with ios8 lately and noticed that safari is not running after update. whenever i try to open it it just pop open and close immediately and automatically.
There was no problem of this kind before the update.
Any solution??

If the above doesn't work:
(A) Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.
(B) Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings for Wi-Fi, FaceTime, Message, Home Sharing will be reset

Oracle automatic statistics optimizer job is not running after full import

Hi All,
I did a full import in our QA database, import was successful, however GATHER_STATS_JOB is not running after sep 18 2010 though its enable and scheduled, i did query last_analyzed table to check and its confirmed that it didnt ran after sep18,2010.

?So basically you are saying is if none of the tables are changed then GATHER_STATS_JOB will not run, but i see tables are updated still the job is not running. I did >query dba_scheduler_jobs and the state of the job is true and scheduled. Please see my previous post on the output

So basically you are saying is if none of the tables are changed then GATHER_STATS_JOB will not run,GATHER_STATS_JOB will run and if there are any table in which there's a 10 percent change in data, it will gather statistics on that table. If no table data have changes less than 10 percent, it will not gather statistics.

Premier elements 12 will not run after re-install - it is legal and registered with adobe under my ID. WTF! The reason I re-installed it was because it could not find the internet - which is working. And premier 12 was working for a while then quit - that is why as a last ditch effort - i re-installed it. Any ideas?

This resolved the problem. Many thanks for your help with this it has been driving me mad for the last few days.
I could not understand why the standard Apps LOV regions had controller's attached to them and the autocomplete would function but with my pages it would not.
I actually raised a TAR about this and got nothing back so have updated it with the resolution.

WorkerRoles not running after 1/1

Hi! We have a problem with WorkerRoles not running after new years eve. Everything looks fine in the management portal (status running as usual), but no work is being executed. The same code and database runs fine in the local emulator.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or have an idea of where to look for a solution?

There looks to be some logging (not my code, and the developer is unreachable atm), but all I can find are the .tsf-files when I remote into the server (tried the table2csv tool, but it doesn't output anything, including an error). I should have mentioned
I already tried checking the event log, but there doesn't appear to be anything of relevance in there.
If you have any other idea, that would be great! I haven't used Azure much, and this is my first issue that is not possible to replicate with the emulator..

Running sqlplus from an OWB process flow

I have two SQLplus scripts that I need to run as part of a process flow. The flow calls the scripts at different moments, using Unix commands that look like
sqlplus userid/passwd@sname @startReadseq.sql
sqlplus userid/passwd@sname @idenTransac.sql
Script startReadseq.sql drops and then re-creates a sequence that I need to begin at 1 every time. Script idenTransac.sql runs a PL/SQL program on a table. Both scripts have been tested many times from the SQL prompt and they always run satisfactorily there, under the same userid employed by the process flow at runtime.
However the two calls to SQLplus are ignored by the flow. The sequence is not reset, and the PL/SQL routine doesn't even write its log file. I looked up our forum but apparently there's no article on this topic yet.
What am I missing or doing wrong? ... thank you for any help.

I have problems in starting sqlplus activity from a process flow. The process flow is very simple ( START - sqlplus activity - END).
I wanted to start sqlplus and execute some commands in it.
I set PARAMETER_LIST as @absolute_path_to_script_that_starts_sqlplus@
and left the other three parameters(RESULT_CODE, SCRIPT, SUCCESS_THRESHOLD) blank.
Inside the script that starts sqlplus is:
sqlplus user/password@sid @absolute_path_to_script_that_contains_commands_to_run_in_sqlplus
The Validation, generation and deployment passed successfully, but the following message is logged during execution:

I've tried using "sqlplus /nolog" and "sqlplus" to avoid verifying user name and password, but I still got the message above.
I also specified the absolute path to OWB's sqlplus executable and still failed.
If I execute "sqlplus user/password@sid @absolute_path_to_script_that_contains_commands_to_run_in_sqlplus" in dos command line, it just works fine.
I'm used to start just the listener and OracleService<sid>, and I also started OracleDBConsole<sid> to wish it works, but it doesn't help.
It's really gnawing :-(

Project not working after adding tomawahk components...

I added the tomahawk componend library to jdeveloper yesterday - which in itself was not a problem free experience, but after I get the tag library going, and my minor errors resloved, there didn't seem to be any problem... until I ran my application, and the screen was just blank. No error is thrown.
- I have also set up the tomahawk extensions filter.
- i do not have any adf compondents. my pages were html / JSF html.
I have read an article that with a section called "running in jdeveloper", but the instructions there must have been for an older pre-release version. This seems to say that once tomahawk elements have been used, the project cannot be run in the normal way(?).
Can anyone tell me how to get my app up and running again???

I have not come anywhere with this... so I thought I would at least try to get back to where I was before... heh heh... that was maybe not so easy...
- I have removed all references to tomahawk from my jspx pages, including the namespace reference.
- I have removed the extenstions additions from the web.xml file
- removed the tag library first from the project, then from jdevelopers manage libaries.
- the same with the jar files.
but, not difference. My wysiwyg views are still different than they were before, and my project does not run (the server looks good, net browser opens, loads, but the content is empty)...
It is looking like a re-install is necessary - please someone help me before this is necessary.

I really need some help. Recently I went from using Visual Studio and SQL 2005 on a laptop (32bit system - Windows XP) to a desktop unit 64bit processor with Windows 7). SSIS on the laptop worked just fine and I could execute and open packages in SSIS; however,
my new desktop unit will not even allow me to open a new package or run an existing package. As soon as I attempt to create a new SSIS project, I receive the following error: "An error prevented the view from loading. The specified module could not be

OC4J not running after creating workspace and projects.

Created one workspace and added six projects. Added PostGes jar to library manager. Before doing this, the OC4J would run a test application successfully. After creating the workspace and project, I created another simple workspace with two JSP, on linked to the other. When trying to run this project get the following:

Remove the posgres jar from the library manager and still not able to run simple two page applications.
All the projects in the other workspace compile fine. The prolblem is that now I am not able to use the internal OC4J. I remove the workspace with the five projects, and the JARs and the two page app will not run.
The OC4J is running when launched from the IDE, ti just can find the pages.
New install of JDEV and the two page app will run fine. Add two user two user libraries and the app will not run.

Do you have a database connection to postgress defined in JDeveloper?
JDev might be picking this up and trying to add a datasource for it to the embedded OC4J - so try removing it, or alternatively add the postgress JDBC driver jar files to the libraries node under tools->embedded OC4J preferences.

WSUS 3.0 SP2 will not run after installing update 2720211

The update was installed and server rebooted. Now the WSUS console on Server 2008 SP2 will not run. "Error: Connection Error. An error occurred trying to connect to WSUS server."
The update service and IIS are both running.
When checking for updates from clients, they show a message saying their update software needs to be upgraded, but they fail updating.
I was going to uninstall the update, but there is no option to uninstall the update from the WSUS server.
What are options to fix this?

This page helped alot. Let me recap for others on the interwebs.
Cause:
- Applied KB2720211 to a WSUS 3.0 SP2 server thats running on Windows 2008 64 bit server with local SQL db.
What happened:
- I could no longer sync my WSUS server with the interwebs.
- clients could still connect to WSUS and I could still open the WSUS console.
- Uninstalled WSUS, left DB and downloads and reinstalled WSUS in attempt to fix broken syncing.
- Clients could now no longer sync with WSUS server. (They got Windows Update error code 800B0001).
Solution:
- Googled, found this page.
- Followed just these last few steps that Chucker2 posted.
Extract necessary files from 2720211 installer
Download the KB2720211 installer for your architecture from Microsoft (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2720211)
Extract WUSSetup.msp from the installer by running the installer with the /extract parameter (example: "WSUS-KB2720211-x64.exe /extract")
With 7-zip, open WUSSetup.msp and extract "PCW_CAB_SUS".
With 7-zip, open "PCW_CAB_SUS" and extract "DbCert", "DbCertDll", and "DbCertSql".
Rename those files to "WSUSSignDb.cer", "WSUSSignDb.dll", and "WSUSSignDb.sql", respectively.
On your WSUS server, navigate to "C:\Windows\SYSMSI\SSEE\MSSQL.2005\MSSQL\SchemaSig" and copy the extracted "WSUSSignDb.cer" and "WSUSSignDb.dll" to it. Make a backup copy of the two existing versions, just in case.
On your WSUS server, navigate to "C:\Program Files\Update Services\Database" and copy the extracted "WSUSSignDb.sql" to it. Make a backup copy of any existing versions of the file.
Reinstalled 2720211

Will not boot after adding RAM?

I just added another 512mb chip to my PB G4 upper slot. After adding the RAM, my PB will not boot/ load the OS. When I press the power button, the HD (i think) begins to run, but stops after about 2 seconds. I can't get it to do anything else. Please help.

Have you taken the new RAM stick out yet?
Powerbooks can pretty picky when it comes to RAM.
