I am doing some mapping of the IO 0REFER_DOC to 0DOC_NUMBER, and I got an information message:
ConExits for assigned InfoObjects inconsistent: (KS) - ALPHA(TS)
Would this cause any problem at all on the data loads?

If you want to guarantee for no problem
just write a little routine that gets the 0Doc_number and
sets the 0refer_doc. Use a variable for that.

Google Maps has not yet or does not look like they are creating a standalone app at this time.
It is not easy to downgrade, not recommended by Apple, very involved in order to do that. Again, not recommended.
Use MapQuest for now if you are unhappy with Apple Maps. I was never happy with Google Maps, so I have been using MapQuest for a long time for all directions.

Please find the description of the solution we did to render Google Maps in IOS. Please suggest whether it will approved on app store.
Problem :
The Map Kit framework will render Apple maps in IOS 6.0. It is not possible to force the MapKit to render Google Maps in IOS 6.0. But customer is not interested to use Apple maps because most information are not correct.
Proposed Solution
It is possible to add Google Map (or any other map tile) layers on top of the Apple MapKit framework. The basic idea is to add a custom tile overlay to the existing map, so all your annotations etc will be on top Google Map layer.
If the titles of the Apple MapKit framework will be removed before adding the Google Map layers. It will show only the Google Map in the Apple Map Kit framework.

IPv6 class-map or IOS problem

Hello, sorry because of my bad English at first,
I have a problem with my IPv6 ACL, IPv6 Class-map or IOS I'm not sure so I'm asking you.
I have one 1721 router with one Ethernet and one FastEthernet interface, on Fa interface is 3 subinterfaces, and Eth interface is connected to 10 Mbps link to another 1721 router. I'm working on QoS for VoIPv6. My softphone emulator address is FEC2::1/64.
This is my configuration:
class-map match-any v6
   match access-group name v6
policy-map v6
   class v6
    set ip dscp ef
ipv6 access-list v6 permit FEC2::/64 any
Question is, why is output of command show policy-map interface Fa0/0 showing that not a single one packet of IPv6 is not beeing marked:

If you are thinking of IPv6 prefix I tried everything. From /128 for single host to /64, nothing works.

Is it possible to recalibrate maps in IOS 6?

The new IOS 6 maps shows my location as about 1KM from where I actually am. Can I somehow recalibrate? I am in Shanghai, China.
A lot has been written about the new maps application in IOS 6. Shame on Apple for releasing such abysmal software.

Bing Maps offers a very good maps service with Bird's Eye, a feature similar to Flyover. It's arguably better than Google Maps.

I know that certain iOS 6 Maps features are not available on on iPhone 4, but my questions are:
1. Is there a way to add the Maps to the lockscreen as advertised, or is that a 4s and above thing as well?
2. Is there a way to plan a trip with multiple destinations in the Maps app?

Implement google map in ios

Does any know is google map api support in cs5 flash? I want to make a google map with location marking using cs5 flash for iphone. But by checking the forum here, it seems like no clear answer about how to do it and example of success. Only got yahoo map success story. No. it is not possible to implement the Google maps flash library.
Why? because the library tries to download an swf in to your program andit is not allowed to run an swf on a iOS device.
It's a shame we can't precompile the downloaded libary into our applications. I tried doing this but it failed several times.
After that i started using yahoo maps which does work because this one doesn't download an external swf files.

Where is the bookmarks icon in Maps for iOS 8?

I'm having trouble sending bookmarks from my Mac (Mavericks) to my iPhone 5 (iOS 8).
I can't find any way to save or access bookmarks or favorites. In the documentation online, a bookmark icon is shown in the upper right corner of the Maps app. An action icon is in that position on my screen. Help!

What I had to do is send to my iPhone from my Mac, respond to the resulting alert, choose the action button while the destination was highlighted, and then save the address to favorites.

What's the best way to create zoomable map for iOS by using Flash?

We got a big location map that allows user to zoom in and out and do the panning but the image of the map is not very smooth when you pan it in iOS (Android is ok) so is there a way to fix this problem?

Which one you use might depend on the nature of the picture, like, a picture with lots of flat colored areas will come out a lot smaller as a lossless PNG than as a 100% JPEG. It would be interesting to try an 8 bit or 16 bit PNG, see if that makes it use less GPU memory. JPEG is usually 24 bit, and it or a 24 bit PNG should take the same amount of GPU memory.
There is a chance that AIR is using 32 bit throughout on iOS, so it won't matter what the original image was if that's the case, just the width and height would determine the amount used.
The smoothing setting is more about whether you're going to scale the image, which I guess you would be if you want the image to be scaled down. If you could have a smaller version that the user then touches to go immediately to the larger version, both could be set to have no smoothing, which may improve performance.

Update List of Protocols When Configuring a Class-map During IOS FW Configuration

Hi Everyone.
I am working on a 2911 router with IOS version 15.2 and I want to configure Zone Base Firewalls. I have a list of protocols I want to allow through the firewall but when I do match protocol ? after creating a class-map of type inspect, I don't see some of the protocols like rtp, rtcp, secure-imap and skype. Is there anyway I can update the list of protocols available to be selected?

You should be able to match on any of the applications in NBAR. Have you updated to NBAR2? It can be downloaded here-

Bookmarks for maps in iOS 8 missing

Since installing iOS 8 on my 3rd gen iPad the bookmarks in the Maps app seem to have been removed.
Can we no longer bookmark a location/address in the Maps app?

Hi Bob. No, I don't mean Favorites. Before iOS 8 I could search for an address in Maps, hit the ">" to the right of the red pin and have displayed a window with several options, one of which was to save that address as a Bookmark. I had saved many addresses this way and could bring up an address in Maps just by hitting the Bookmarks button at the top right of the screen, then scrolling down until I could see the address that I had saved.
With iOS 8 I see Share in the top right. When I do a search of an address and hit the ">" I get a window with Address, Directions, Create New Contact, etc, but no Bookmarks.
I just wonder if Apple replaced that function with something else, removed that function. Or am I looking in the wrong place?

Recalibrate compass in Maps for iOS 6

I've installed iOS 6 on my iPhone 4. In Maps when I turn on the compass feature it appears to be off by about 10-15 degrees. Is there a way to recalibrate the compass?

Strangely after doing the figure 8 motion it is now off even more. Strange. Now it seems to be off by about 30-45 degrees.

Excuse my ignorance as I'm not sure what you meant by "1 of 5" optimization. Did you mean median of 5 ?
Regarding swapping pointers, yes it is common sense and rather common among programmers to swap pointers instead of swapping large data types, at the small price of indirect access to the actual data through the pointers.
However, there is a rather unobvious and quite terrible side effect of using this trick. After the pointer array is sorted, sequential (sorted) access to the actual data throughout the remaining of the program will suffer heavily because of cache misses.
Memory is being accessed randomly because the pointers still point to the unsorted data causing many many cache misses, which will render the program itself slow, although the sort was fast!!.
Multi-threaded qsort is a good idea in principle and easy to implement obviously because qsort itself is recursive. The thing is Multi-threaded qsort is actually just stealing CPU time from other cores that might be busy running other apps, this might slow
down other apps, which might not be ideal for servers. The thing researchers usually try to do is to do the improvement in the algorithm it self.
I Will try to look at your sorting code, lets see if I can compile it.
