Mapping system on Q10

My previous Galaxy S2 totally dead recently so I have had my eyes on Q10 with nice looking and awesome physical qwerty keyboard. I sticked with android phones for years and am used to the way they works. My question is whether the mapping system as good with Q10? I need great mapping and travel apps for oversea travel, and I’ve read someone recommend an extended battery of mpj, any user could tell me whether this gained a lot of weight??

BlackBerry maps works great for me. It will use the battery a bit. I like the 3d type of map on it and helpd me out in some odd places in Boston.
there are some larger batteries that you can but or get a recharging kit
I just carry a spare battery so I dont have to hunt for a AC plug

We have a SOAP to PROXY scenario Which is in Production.
We keep getting the Error:

We are using Standard Receiver Determination with single receiver without any condition. And no mapping being used in interface determination.
What are all the possible situation where we face such as this issue in Production.

Smooth walking on tile based map system

Hello,
I am developing a small game which requires the use of a map system. I chose to make that map system work upon a tile-based system. At the moment, each tile is 32x32, and I contain 24x20 tiles on my map.
A walking system is also required for this game I'm developing, so I ran into some issues with making the loaded sprite walk "smoothly". At the moment, it jumps from tile to tile in order to walk. This makes it seem very unrealistic. I have tried many different ways to make the walking "smoother", but it requires me to change my tile's size in order to accommodate the sprite's size. This would not be an issue if I only used the same sprite in the game, but since I load different sprites which contain different measurements, I do not know how to make my walking system accommodate all of the sprites in order to make the walking realistic.
I am not requesting any code whatsoever, simply ideas.

If your image is opaque, then it may draw the edges around itself, but wouldn't this be a problem wether it were completely contained within a tile or not? If the image has transparency, then it doesn't matter if it's drawn as a rectangle, it would still appear to be contained only by its outline.
If you're using a back-buffer (which I highly recommend if there is going to be animation or movement onscreen), then you may need to specify the type for the BufferedImage that you use as a buffer, I always use TYPE_INT_ARGB to make sure I have Alpha values (transparency).

Ho to change the mapped System object to the Model to another System object

Hi All,
Initially i have created one system object (TestSystemForVC) for testing the VC application. Then i have started completing the whole development in that perticular model object. many data soruce objects are added to the model using the TestSystemForVC system object.
Now i have created one more system object pointing to Otherclient. in R3. How make use of the same model pointing this new System object for working properly with out doing the complete development of that model.
I just want to map the existing model to new system object. Can any body tell me how to achieve this.

therefore you can use the Alias Manager (see attachment). There you can replace all other system aliases.

Nokia Maps is pre-installed with firmware so perhaps try a "hard reset" after backing up essential phone data in case of software corruption.
As advised previously you could also check with Nokia Software Updater to see whether option to update or re-install existing firmware is present.
There is probably a more recent version of Nokia Maps v2.0_3204 available for your N95 8GB to download here, although whether it will install if problems with original installation is another matter:

N97 Nokia maps "System error" / google maps won't ...

Since my N97 was unboxed Nokia maps has refused to load, it just beeps and says "System error". That's it! Any clues on how to get this working? It's pretty annoying as it's one feature I was looking forward to using.
Funnily enough I installed google maps and that won't open either, but there's no error message, it just makes the screen blink once then back to the menu.

Does HP have a record mapping system serial number to OS product key?

It has come to pass that my HP 6730s laptop a) needs Win 7 Pro installed and b) the product key on the bottom has worn off over time. I could download the Win7 ISO to reinstall but I need my original product key. Any chance it's somewhere recoverable other than on my former laptop?

HP does not keep any records like that.
Order a set of recovery disks, and you shouldn't need the product key.
If you live in the USA/Canada, call 1-800-334-5144.
Have the model # and serial # of the notebook handy to give to the customer services rep.
A set of recovery disks will cost you $10.00 delivered.

Mapped logical system

Hi Experts,
I have a confusion to use the type of RFC connection like when
to use ABAP connection and TCP/IP connections etc...
I have defined one logical system and define one RFC destination and when i am trying connect this two it is asking me to give Standard RFC destination for BAPI and dialog calls to connect to the logical system. i would like to know what is this ? why we need to give this?.
and we assign this logical system to the Mapped logical system. i d like to know what is this mapped logical system and when we need to assign the logical system to this mapped system.
Can anybody please clarify all my doubts.

ABAP connections are given between 2 SAP systems and TCP/IP is used between ABAP and JAVA.

Mapping Logical Systems sap-wd-arfc-useSys

Hi all,
I saw many many threads about this issue because sometimes seems to work but it doesn´t works for me.
So far I did the following:
Configure 4 JCO´s:
SAP_R3_HumanResources
SAP_R3_HumanResources_Metadata
These two points to my Dev environment
SAP_R3_HumanResourcesQAS
SAP_R3_HumanResources_MetadataQAS
These two points to my Qas environment
For all this JCO´s I got a successfull ping and test.
Then, I put the sap-wd-arfc-useSys parameters like this:
http://server:port/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/essarpdata/ZPer_Personal_AR?sap-wd-arfc-useSys=SAP_R3_HumanResourcesQAS:QAS&sap-wd-arfc-useSys=SAP_R3_HumanResources_MetadataQAS:QAS but this does not do anything.
In this link http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/af/84a34098022a54e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm the parameter should be the SUFFIX_OF_MAPPED_SYSTEM is the system Id? the client? what should be?
Do you have any ideas of what could I be missing?

Please use it as follows:
sap-wd-arfc-useSys=SAP_R3_HumanResources:QAS&sap-wd-arfc-useSys=SAP_R3_HumanResources_Metadata:QAS
It should be <Default System>:<Suffix of Mapped System>
Your default system is - SAP_R3_HumanResources
Mapped system is - SAP_R3_HumanResourcesQAS
So suffix of the mapped system is - QAS

Problems with the File System Repository & User Mapping!

Hi All
I am having a problem with a file system repository, and setting up user mapping for that repository.
I have done the following:
Created a File System Repository
Created a Network Path
Created a System (Including the alias)
Now when I go into User Administration and select my user the is no user mapped systems to select.
All this system is doing is connecering to a folder on our File System.
Any help would be great as this is really frustrating!

It is currently set to admin, user and does not seem to work!

MAPS not working BB Q10

Showing Error "maps data not available for this country", when we access maps on BB Q10, when we try to search any particular location, then sometimes it shows 1000 miles away, which is approx 1 or 2 kms away.
Actually it is showing HongKong map, how can we change it to India.

Hai ravi,
After navigating from User Admin to User Mapping,
In the Search , enter your userId and search it in Users.
Your User Id will be displayed in the Table With Edit Link.
Now check the drop down List box at the right.
Your System will be displayed.
Before doing user mapping , Make sure that you have created system properly and gave all Connector and User Management Property Entries and Created System Aliases.

Oops it looks like on that line they are using the Class itself, and they had it renamed to Example2 not MapTest. I changed the code to the following but still getting errros:

I want to go back to OS 5 i do not care if i lose my saved data, i hate that google maps is gone and my email has changed too, ready to change from my 4s I-phone to go to a black berry

Coming from a Blackberry I was real happy to get the 4S iphone and loved it then an upgrade to OS6 crashed all hope that this will work for me , maps are useless and fustrating, im in sales and sometimes my car does not have the most current updates so i count on the phone. also my gmail is slower. i want to go back to os5 even if i loose everthing and have to put it all back. Is Apple does not fix this soon and add back the old app for Google with out me jumping hoops, ps i never want to see Yahoo?????? again. then i will leave Apple at my first opportunity to go back to Blackberry. APPLE stop trying to fix what already works just allow your customer to choose which service they want, isnt that why you have apps to begin with choice.

I recently just downloaded the 'Waze' app as a backup for my Garmin. I've read a few reviews that seem to rant and rave about how good the GPS app is. It is community driven and maps are constantly being updated by users. Plus it has a few other fun stuff in it (something similar to Gasbuddy where you can owe prices on the map). But like the person above me said, there is lots of useful free GPS apps in the App Store.
Oh and I may be wrong but I remember reading an article about Google being slower about updating its maps system--ie no turn by turn voice, which many people have had complaints about.
