Maps .. Destination List

I have searched and searched ... I can not figure out how to delete a whole bunch of destinations in Apple's Maps App. I can not even delete a single destination.
No one I've talked to at Apple has any idea how this is done as well.
I am really concerned. If such a basic, fundamental feature has been completely overlooked, or hidden so it is impossible to discover ... the future of the Maps App must now be of little interest to Apple.

  • Destination list issue when printing

    i keep getting the message "no destinations have been added to the destination list"
    It's stopping me from printing

    Seems unusual that you would get this message for a printer - especially with it mentioning destination. I have seen this message for a fax driver, which you requires you to enter a destination fax number in order for it to work. If you don't enter the fax number in the driver then you get a similar error message.
    Depending on the printer that you have, if it is an all in one and has a fax component, then there could be a setting in the driver that is selected to use the fax component. So if removing the printer and re-adding it does not help, then check the menus for the driver.
    Also, another setting that can catch you out is the Presets menu. If this has a setting for faxing and it is selected, then this could cause the message. So check that you have the Presets menu set to Default Settings.

  • Use of dsp:select with some map or list???

    I want to use dsp:select by using map or list as the option of the given combobox using repository. Can anybody help me out to resolve my problem. Thanks to in advance.
    Regards,
    Girish Mishra

    Hi,
    You can use the below snippet.
    <dsp:select bean="YourBean.value">
    <dsp:droplet name="ForEach">
    <dsp:param name="array" param="YourList"/>
    <dsp:oparam name="output">
    <dsp:option><dsp:valueof param="element"/></dsp:option>
    </dsp:oparam>
    </dsp:droplet>
    </dsp:select>
    You have to set the list from the repository before you render this page.
    Hope this helps.

    Although I can scan from PE 4.0 using my HP 8250 Scanner, I am unable to add

  • How mapping sharepoint list Columns to Sql server data table columns programaticlly

    Hi ,
     I have one Verification List in share Point ,in that list i have 10 columns.And we have sql server in that sql server we have one data table Verification_Table
    in that table we have 25 column, my requirement is all list data  move to  sql data table[ what ever columns mapping to list--->data table that data store in data table reaming column is  Null]
     using grammatically not in BCS

    Hello,
    You can create SQL connection and use Datareader to read from SQL.Firs create a connection string and put this string in web application web.config file of your sharepoint site.
    Now use below code to call your connectionstring in your webpart.
    SqlConnection con = new SqlConnection(System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["ConnectionString"]);
    Here is link to read the data from SQL:

  • WorkCenter 3225 delete destination list

    Hi allCan't find how to delete destination list from printer?When you want to scan to PC you should enter it, by default it's name of the computer, where EPM installed and configured. Unfortunatelly I didn't find any clear documentation about network scanning, so I created a few records from different computers, but finally I made virtual machine, so I don't need all list. I didn't find this list of records neither device menu, nor EPM, nor Web-interface.So HOW?

    If there is nothing in the Addressbook, and nothing in EPM from any of the devices you used, then TWAIN and or WIA was used, those would need to be disabled/removed from those PC's as no matter what you do at the printer, as long as it is on the same network location, those client PC's will keep pushing those templates to it.

  • Map String, List ?

    Hello!
    In my application I would like to use a data type to represent a pair "<city1>, <inferior limit>", "<city1>, <superior limit>", "<city2>, <inferior limit>", "<city2>, <superior limit>", "<city3>, <inferior limit>", "<city3>, <superior limit>", etc. So when I looked for the first element (city) I'd get two values (two limits).
    What would be the best option?
    I thought I could use for example:
    Map<String, List> map = new HashMap<String, List>();
    "String" will have the name and "List" will have two elements: inferior and superior limit.
    If this were reasonable option, how could I put elements in that map? And how could I get the limits?
    Thanks in advance :)

    You shouldn't use List for this purpose: you have exactly 2 elements of certain meaning (not collection of numerous elements), so you should better create a class to hold them and use Map<String,YourClass>.

  • JPA2 Question: Is it possible to map a Map(enum, List String ) in JPA2?

    Is it possible to map a Map(enum, List<String>) in JPA2? Or do I have to create a separate Entity class that maps each List<String> collections for each possible value in the enum?

    No, JPA does not support this or any nested collection type of mappings directly.
    The best solution is to create an Entity or Embeddable to contain the collection data.

  • Best way to input Apple Maps destination by voice?

    I just got Siri Eyes Free integration added to my car, so I am switching from Waze and Google Maps to Apple Maps so I can enter desitinations by voice by simply hitting  button in the steeting wheel.  However, so far I am very disappointed with Apple Maps.
    Using the Apple Maps to enter an address by voice has been very frustrating and unreliable.
    I have had Apple Maps send me to the wrong desitnation twice in the last week. I think I have figured out "why," but the "reason" is still not really an excuse that justifies the problem.
    I asked Siri for "Directions to Walmart in (city name)."  Siri responds with something like "I found a Walmart near (city name) on Green Street.  Is that the one you want?"  The Walmart was indeeed on that street, so I said. "Yes."
    Siri then said something roughly equivalent to "Routing to 123 Main Street."
    That makes no sense, It just said it found Walmart on Green Street.  It proceded to give directions to a desitination on the other side of town on "Main Street.".
    Today I asked for directions to a Comcast office and had the same expirience of it routing to a different address then the location of the business I asked for..
    I figured out that both times Apple Maps was routing me to the town center  of each town instead of the specific place I originally asked for.
    To "work around" this issue I found that I could rephrase the request in a more convulted way and it would get me to the correct directions.
    I tried asking Siri to "Find Walmart in (city name)" and then Siri found it asked if I want to call it or get directions.  I said "Get directions" and then Apple Maps actually routed to the correct destination instead of the city center.
    This needs to be fixed. It is clearly a bug.  The first time it happened I didn't notice it had said a different street name in the second response than it said when it asked "is that the one you want?" so I ended up driving several miles out of the way.  The workaround I found to bypass the issue is alot of unecessary work especially if you have to pick from a list of several possible locatons.
    Is there a more relaible and short way to make Apple Maps give correct directions to a place of business when it is entered via voice command?
    The second problem I had was when I submitted a residentual street address by voice.  This is is even more frustrating because it keeps trying to route to addresses in cities hundreds of miles a way.
    I will ask for directions to a street address in a neighboring town and Apple Maps will say it is going to route to an address with similar street name in a city that is no where near where I am instead of the street that is in the neighboring city.  Sometimes it will get it after repeating the command a second or a third or a fouth time.
    Sometimes it will work if I say the zip code instead of the city name and sometimes that doesn't work and it will say it can't find that street name in the city that belongs to that zip code, but the exact same command will work once I am within the city limits of that city.  This also needs to improve.
    Is there a specific way or format of entering street addresses and limiting it to the closest cities that contain streets with that name (or similar sounding street names) so that it does't try to route to a similar street name far away when there is also the same street name 5 or 10 miles from my current location?

    It would be nice if I could find something that
    would
    allow me create utf-8 Vietnamese characters directly
    from my keyboard
    Go to system preferences/international/input menu. Check the box for Vietnamese, plus the box for "show input menu in Finder." Plus the box for Keyboard Viewer. Then select the Vietnamese item in the "flag" menu at the top right of the Finder. Open TextEdit or other Unicode app (not AppleWorks or WordX) and type.
    Please let me know if some part of this does not work for you.
    PS To see which key does what, select Keyboard Viewer in the "flag" menu.
    PSS In case you are talking about inputting Vietnamese into web forums, you will need to use FireFox instead of Safari. Some such forums are (stupidly) run in Latin-1 instead of UTF-8, which means all input has to be in the form of html escape codes (numerical character references). FireFox does this but Safari does not.

    hi evnafets,
    yes i need a nested for loop.I have tried your advice but my bean properties are not found.Am getting this error:
    javax.servlet.ServletException: Unable to find a value for "key_item" in object of class "java.lang.String" using operator "."
    I have tried this as stated earlier in the post:I have tried to make the method getItemTaxDetails return a List and get the returned list value as taxDetails. I then tested to display this list on JSP and its displaying fine.

  • Intercompany and Key Mapping Price List

    Hi expert,
    I have the Intercompany Add-ON version 2.0.8.30 installed on a SAP Business One 9.0 PL15 for 4 localization:
    Head Office (H000): IT
    Branch 001 (B001): FR
    Branch 002 (B002): DE
    Branch 003 (B003): CH
    This is the scenario:
    I started two weeks ago without Key Mapping the Price List because the first choice was that to use different price lists for each country.
    Now, I need to replicate the H000 price lists in new created rice List in each brench.
    We created new Price lists named "ZZ IT 01", "ZZ IT 02" and so on and we Key Mapped them.
    Here the screenshot for Key Mapping:
    Problem is that:
    NO REPLICATION APPENS!
    The Mapping was created 1 week ago but NO syncronization appened...
    So, the question is: How I can syncronize the Price Lists?
    thanks in advance,
    Jonny Cortonicchi

    Hi ,
    In ABAP API also you can retrieve key mapping of main table records using function 'MDM_API_RETR_CLIENT_SYS_KEYS'.
    You will get details of this function in sap library or ABAP API documentation provided by SAP.
    For any further queries kindly reply.

  • Interface Mapping not listing in the Extended Reciever Determination

    Hi,
    The Interface Mapping is not shown in my Extended receiver determination. I have created and activated the IM & MM using the MT - Receivers within the SAP Basis.
    Regards
    Unni

    Hi,
    You can only choose the Interface mapping for the Enhanced recevier determination in the extended tab of Receiver determination. & I dont see the Interface mapping in the select list.
    Where do I have to check for the proper outbound message???
