Maps does not update map pages

As I move on a road, maps does not refresh the map. The dot showing my position goes off screen. If I shrink the map, the position marker shows itself, but I lose detail. My Co-Pilot navigation ap behaves the same way. Does anyone have any ideas that will fix my problem. I am using iPhone 4 with OS 6.1.

Fixed, for me.
Just changed the language order in preferences language & region.
Seems like maps has bad behaivor with some languages.

When I update template, it does not update other pages

I have created a template .dwt (XHTML) and have some .html pages. The problem is when I update the .dwt (XHTML) pages it does not update the other pages. I have tried everything but the other pages do not update. Could it be something to do with the folder files on the right which aren't selected properly? If so how do I update my source folder so that this will work?

When you update a template, do you get dialog to update the other files? Launching those html files, do you see those related to your template?
Please also provide more information like which version of Dreamweaver are you using and on which platform?

Maps does not display map

On opening Maps there is no map being displayed.
I am located in NSW Australia and have only just upgraded to Mavericks on 24/10/2013

Network Map Does Not Update

I have a WRT160Nv2 that has been upgraded to the latest firmware. My network map no longer shows any of the laptops with wireless connections, only the one with a wired connection. The "missing" laptops all connect to the Internet and show up in "My Network Places". Does anyone have a suggestion for what could be going wrong?

As all the computer(wired and wireless) are able to go online..It means that there is no problem with the router.You might need to configure or reinstall the software which you are using to view the Network Map.

I've created a Logical Data Service, but get a warning
The update map does not support "UPDATE" : One or more update operations do not have update capabilities
While creating the Physical Services(Oracle 11g), the update methos was not creating; so I create those manually.
The update does not work, even from the Physcial service( It says Operation Successful) but the data does not change
Any help is appreciated

i had other issue as well. my server site could not be found, the music player did not show on the pages and my email opened up in compose, but anyone could go to my inbox, etc...
i am using FTP server and hosted through godaddy and using their FTP manager.
after making everyone's day that i communicated with i closed everything out and rebooted. now everything works with the exception of the email. i will have to use a different email address.

Nokia Suite does NOT backup map favorites. Belle u...

I recently updated my E7-00 from Anna to Belle and lost all my map favorites in the process.
Although I did a full backup of my phone before the update I have since found out that Nokia Suite does not backup map favorites.
The Belle update did NOT make a copy of my map favorites, it wiped them out completely.
Nowhere have I seen that information before. When I updated to Anna I did not lose my map favorites.
There should be a warning about this before starting the Belle update.
The Belle Update FAQ states that after the update one of the things one can do immediately is access map favorites - NOT!
I have since learned, by searching online, that I am expected to sync my map favorites online with a Nokia server. I do not want to store my confidential information on someone else's server. Additionally, I don't pay for data service because it is so expensive here in Canada. So I would have to connect my phone via USB to my PC.
Nokia Suite backs up my contacts, photos,music, documents, etc. Why not my map favorites? In fact I store my music, photos, documents, and even contact information separate from my phone so I don't need Nokia Suite for that. But how do I copy my GPS coordinates off my phone for backup?

Does anyone know if one can import map coordinates into a symbian phone? I have many of the locations stored in another GPS application on a laptop. I can export them from there. That would be a partial solution.

I might suggest a Wi-Fi connection for access to the 'net, but let me assume that storing anything on a different server is not an option. So, what remains...
The least expensive, and simplest, method would be for you to buy any second Nokia phone that runs Nokia Maps. I use Nokia's Phone Switch technology to transfer all my maps data to a second phone. I'll have to do it again, so I can give you specific instructions on the "how", but the bottom line is it does work.
As to importing and exporting GPS Coordinates, I learned by accident that you can enter favorites by using GPS coordinates - and can also find the coordinates for something you have already entered.
A free program that I think is invaluable for using Maps on a Nokia, especially the N8, is "LeGPSData2". I used their older version for years, until the certificate expired and I was unable to upload it to my N8, but the new version is considerably better. You might find a way to do other things you mentioned with that program - and if not, you might suggest them (import/export) to the program author.
If you are as careful as you suggest you are, don't you have backups that you've already done on your PC? Have you tried to find your GPS data in those backups?
I can't speak for others, but regardless of what Nokia saiys would or woud not happen during the phone update, I don't "trust" any of it. I did my own backups two ways, as a complete bacakup on the PC, and as a phone backup on the memory card. I "think" but can't confirm, that the GPS data was backed up by both of them.
You're right - Nokia should fix the Belle installation script to also backup and re-install the maps data, if there is something wrong, but on my phone it did it all correctly following their instructions (in addition to my other backups, which I never needed).
If I get some free time, I'll see if I can get the import/export to work using Maps and LeGPSData2. It would be nice to do this to one location, multiple locations, or all locations. It would be nice to send this data to another phone directly, or to save it as a file.

I am trying some new feature that are introduced in SQL Server 2008 R2 version. While I try to use "Map" control within it, it threw the following error:-
"Error 1 The map, Map1, was removed from the report. SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services does not support map report items. "

I think you get this error message when you are deploying a report to report server using BIDS, correct? If not, please provide more details on your scenario :-)
If I guessed correctly, then this message is a result of trying to deploy a map report (a SSRS 2008 R2 feature) to a non-R2 2008 report server. When deploying a report of RDL2010 format to a non-R2 report server, BIDS will downgrade the file to RDL2008 format, so that the non-R2 report server can process it. Any report elements using features not supported in RDL2008 will be dropped during this downgrade process.
BIDS gets the server version from a report project property called TargetServerVersion:

If your report server is indeed the 2008 R2 version, then the TargetServerVersion property should be set to "SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services." The project property page also has a "Auto Detect..." option if you are uncertain about the version of your report server.

N810 MAP does not open any more

I tried to download US map and got an error. After that Map does not open. Actually it opens and closes right a way with no error message. So I flashed new upgrade to device and the same behavior again???? After sw update the divice should be as it is from factory??
Any good ideas how to recover?

I had the same problem (map download did not complete, map app. won't start then).
Using File Manager I deleted "map" folder on Internal memory card. Map app. then works, but of course *all* the downloaded maps are lost.

Map does not load and screen stays partially blank

There is a link on a website that I use for work that loads a map on a new tab. That link was working fine with the previous version of Firefox. But ever since I installed the latest Firefox version available, the link leads to a new tab with partial information but the map does not load and the area where it was supposed to load stays blank. Refreshing the page does not solve the situation.

if you are using mapquest -- i had the same problem. i simply reinstalled firefox 3.6 and uninstalled version 4.0. the popup function was restored.

We configured iSetup for migrating data from source to target, while configuring instance mapping has been completed successfully but while extracting data from source to target is showing below error :
Error : DB Mapping does not exist for the Host:<host name > with Two Task: TEST
EBS Version : 12.1.1 with 11.1.0.7 DB
OS : RHEL 5.3 x86_64

Map does not show in Map Module

I'm using Lightroom 5.4 on a Max 10.9.3. The map does not display in the Map Module. All I get is a blank screen. At on point I briefly saw the message the Map is Offline, with a map of the world, but then it said Map was Online and all I have is the blank screen. Can you help, please?
