Bing Maps offers a very good maps service with Bird's Eye, a feature similar to Flyover. It's arguably better than Google Maps.

I m doing one real estate application in which i have to map the address and have to show google map with particular location using lat/lang or cityname etc.

But in which map is not move by mouse clicking and don't display information box with particular location.

You can still use Google’s maps — on the Web. Visit maps.google.com and accept the offer to create a Home-screen icon for you. You won’t get spoken directions, but you’ll get written directions, public transportation details, live traffic reports and, of course, Google’s far superior maps and data. Sales & Marketing Online MapIt URL Maps feature for Addresses Google Maps

We recently enabled the MapIT URL functionality so our users can see street maps from Yahoo from Sales Online when they click on the Map it icon associated with all addresses in Sales and Marketing Online.
See Metalink 280542.1 for how to enable this in the Ebusiness Suite.
Two questions:
1. We would like to use Google Maps; does anyone know how this can be done?
2. Our business is in Australia. By default we hide Australia as a county on our addresses. This prevents us from seeing maps for addresses in Australia. Any body know a way around this?

Sorry mate looks like it is not straight forward change that you can make to use Google instead of Yahoo.
You may need to use Google Maps APIs and try to build your own URL and update the profile option.
I am hoping in next version of Oracle Apps has out of the box functionality to use Google maps.

Create Cluster Wizard in SCVMM 2012 doesn't have IP Address page

i installed the SCVMM 2012 version 3.0.6019.0.
When i use the Create Hyper-V Cluster under Fabric page to create a Cluster.
the Create Cluster Wizard doesn't have the IP Address page to let me input the IP for the Cluster.
after i answer all the wizard, the Install Cluster job shown Error 25325
The cluster creation failed because of error At least one IP address needs to be configured..
so, how to solve it?

But I got the same problem creating a cluster on SCVMM 2012 R2. To get around it I instead created the cluster using powershell and it worked great:

Address Book doesn't have "sync with Google contacts" any more...!!!!!

Hoping someone can help...
I've updated to 10.0.8, and I just have a look at the options under Address Book. There are still options to sync contacts with MobileMe, and Yahoo (and one other, which I can't remember as I'm not at my Mac), but the last one, "sync with Google contacts", has disappeared!
Has anyone else noticed if that has gone? Have Apple decided not to partner with Google any more?
Or does my Address Book just have some kind of bug?

This is not a PC/PWX problem, but a mainframe security problem. TIDSS01.POS.IBD.DR0100.DAT is not a GDG file name.It might be the base for a GDG. A GDG file name would look something like eitherTIDSS01.POS.IBD.DR0100.DAT(+1)orTIDSS01.POS.IBD.DR0100.DAT.G001V00 So I suspect that you have the wrong file name.Please talk with your mainframe team.

Asha 202 doesn't have a Maps option in the Menu!

Hello everyone on this community, I'm new here so forgive me if I make mistakes..
I want to know why my Asha 202 doesn't have either the Nokia Maps option or the Nokia Social App. Do I need to do anything to enable these?

If you have seen this advertised with these features thru' official Nokia Channels and If you have bought the phone from Nokia authorised dealer you may tell them to change it with other model which really has the features you want ... or else, you may raise the issue with NOKIA by using the 'Contact Us tab at the bottom of this page...
BTW, if Maps application is not pre-installed you can't do anything.. but for the Social application, you may try Nokia Store for other similar compatible applications if any ...

Unable to Use Google Maps

I have recently upgraded to Mac OSX 10.8.4 and use the latest Safari browser (v6.0.5) all the time. At some point, since I use iGoogle as my homepage, my maps changed to the Google Maps version now in place. I am unable to use it, as it never changes from its grey, non-visual map mode to anything allowing me to see a distinct map or to find directions; it just doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do to correct the situation?
I have used Google to search for and select maps.google.com, which brings up the identical screen I see when I choose the Maps tab in iGoogle. It does not display any map even after an arbitrary search for a specific address.

Try emptying the Safari cache and deleting cookies ...
Press Command + Option + E to empty the cache.
Now open Safari > Preferences > Privacy
Click Details. Remove all Google related items.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

Google Map wrong - any way to get it corrected?

I just got an early Christmas present, an iPhone. Of course the first day I had to try and see my house on Google Maps. I can not get Google Maps on the iPhone to find my address. I have three choices for the name of the city. Officially I am in White Bear Township, MN. My mailing address is White Bear Lake, MN and the zip code is linked typically with St. Paul, MN. On the Google Maps website it does not find my house using White Bear Township but comes up perfectly with both White Bear Lake and St. Paul. On the iPhone addresses using White Bear Township are not found at all and the other two go to a different one-block long Ridgewood Ave in neighboring Vadnais Heights. That street doesn't even have my house number so it places the pin mid-block.
I have been looking for a way to correct it or 'move the pin' but there does not seem to be a feedback mechanism on either the iPhone or the website.

The answer allows correction on the web site but I may not have waited long enough for it to populate to the iPhone. I will have to see if moving the pin on the web fixes it on the iPhone search after a little more time, like a day or two.

Google maps is not displaying properly on firefox

I am in the process of building a website for a client and have included a google map on the contact page. The map displays correctly in ie, safari, opera, and chrome, but on firefox the map is way out of position on the page. Firefox seems to be ignoring the existence of the map in the flow of the page and the map is appearing to the left of the rest of the page content. Here is a link to the problem page, http://pennsylvania-hill.com/?page_id=6. The map is supposed to appear in a 980 x 320 space below the navigation bar and above the addresses and contact form. The only solution I can come up with is a firefox hack in the css. I'm hoping for a better solution.
