I search for the maps software but the link in balckberry site give me error
from the app software i can't find any bb map available
i hate this device it's so difficulte to solve any error

Good day everyone.
i have just bought this new Nokia Asha 303 phone and i thought the software installed in the phone is incomplete because i cant seem to find the shortcut for nokia maps. I installed the nokia suite in my pc and check for software updates and it is up to date. I already tried factory reset, but nothing, still the same. Is it possible to restore the missing icon? thanks for any help.
sorry for bad englishRight after having my new phone I started exploring its possibilities testing applications from Ovi store. At some point I got some problems with an application so I decided it would be a good idea to try a reset... I first try with an app settings reset to defaults (from the s40 Configuration menu, not the Restoring Factory Defaults menu)... right after that I realized I didn't have Nokia Maps icon in any of the lists of installed applications, nor I could found any loader in both file units, phone and memory card, for it... I was not 100% sure the icon vanished after settings reset, but I supposed it, so I thought something went definitely wrong and I decided to try reset to factory defaults as I just started testing the phone so I hadn't any information saved there to lose... what I could not expect it's that a factory reset will not yield the software at the same very state as what I received short time before. In addition to not getting back the Nokia Maps icon, I noticed another difference in the system, I have an Introduction icon in the list of default applications, that triggers a video playback showing the phone basics... now when I push that button, the playback starts but only for the audio, and instead of the video I show a black screen with a NOKIA logo in the center, the same very screen I see when boot up the phone. BlackBerry 8310 O2-UK No BB maps icon.
Hello, i have BlackBerry 8310 branded to O2 UK. It seem that the BB Maps app is installed on it because when i check i Options>Advanced Options>Applications and it is there but i cant see the BB Maps icon in the menu or anywhere else. Is that locked from O2? Is there any way to remove that lock or to debrand the phone? And if it is not that then what is it ? Thanks for support!

My MBP is Early 2011 but dunno why cant use mirroring with apple TV, the icon cannot be found. So cannot use mirroring.
I have follow trouble shooting , they recommend to go system preference -> display , thus can find out the mirroring icon if no mean it doesnt support. But according to the web, Early 2011 MBP should be able to use, dunno why.Just realise I havent updated my OS to mountain lion and this is the reason why I cannot use mirroring before ^^

I moved some pictures from my photo stream to an album in iPhoto. The photo stream icon didn't disappear and I can't edit the picture .
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Moving photos from photostream to your library just imports them, it doesn't remove it from photostream, therefore photostream won't disappear.
Photos in photostream can't be edited, you can only edit photos that have been imported from photostream. -
I want to get directions on my new Blackberry Curve 8900, but for some reason there is no map icon for me to click on (as pictured in the tutorial). Do I have to download this? Shouldn't it have come on it? How do I get it? Many, many thanks for any help!

[SOLVED] Bug with GTK apps - Icons didn't render correctly
Hello.
I had been experiencing a strange behaviour of GTK apps at one of my arch systems lately - Icons didn't render correctly (screens attached).
It was not critical for work but frustrating enough. Especially in firefox (notice the half-rendered formulas).
It took me quite some time to figure out that this behaviour was caused by a line
"Xft.rgba:1 "
in my .Xdefaults config. After I commented it out the bug disappeared.
Qt apps were not affected by this.
Besides, on my second arch system it didn't cause any trouble.
So, I'm not sure whether it is a bug or not.
If it is, I'm not sure whether the problem is on my side, in package or upstream.
I've decided to post it just in case somebody experience something similar.

The bug was also present in:

i got my new macbook pro os x version 10.7.4 processor 2.4 GHz Memory 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 2012 but there's no idvd it should come with ilife but i didn't found it how could i install it thanks
Apple no longer distributes iDVD.
1) Buy an old iLife from a place such as e-bay or Amazon. Make sure it is a version that has iDVD. Do not buy it from Apple since their version no longer has iDVD.
2) Try a third party application (none really have the features of iDVD though).
Burn (free) - http://burn-osx.sourceforge.net/Pages/English/home.html - includes basic DVD authoring but you will definitely have to read the documentation.
Easily Burn Movies to a DVD without Apple's iDVD. - http://www.creativetechs.com/iq/easily_burn_movies_to_a_dvd_without_apples_idvd. html - directions for using Burn to make a TV DVD. Note, Burn also has a separate application which lets you do more fancy menus.

Synced bookmarks to new computer but thumbnail icons didn't come along.
I synced my bookmarks to a new computer but the little identifying thumbnail icons didn't come along. So now there is just a generic empty box next to each until I click on the bookmark, at which point it refreshes with the proper icon. Is there a way to get them all to refresh without having to visit each site? Thanks much.
Try using this addon [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/faviconreloader/ here]. It refreshes favicons (The little identifying thumbnail icons) by using your bookmarks.

Map Icon in Toolbar on iPhone 3GS
I can't find any info about the map icon - a pointy arrow that appears in the iphone toolbar next to the battery icon after some map-related apps have been used. What does this icon mean exactly? How is it toggled on and off?

As mentioned, it means some app is using location services.
It is shown when location services is being used.
It will go away when all apps that are using location services are closed.
Sounds like you may have left an app open in the background that makes use of location services.

Getting audio from macbook to TV
