Maps not up to date

Hi,
I am running the latest version of OVI maps and downloaded the latest (updated) version of the map of my home country Netherlands, map version 00.02.42.122 dated 06-02-2011. However, when I check this map, it lacks vital changes to the road network which are already more than one year old. Example: new exits highway A12 near Zoetermeer missing, extended ringway Zoetermeer missing. When I check e.g.. Google maps these changes have already been processed for a long while.
Anyone else having same experiences?

Texas map not up to date

I was very surprised to find found out yesterday how old the map data on my N8 really is. I was driving through the eastern extension of the George Bush Turnpike (SH190) which according to NTTA opened to traffic in December 2011 but still did not show on my map! I have downloaded the latest Texas map just a few days ago.
How long does it take until the phone map data is updated after a major road addition like that? It has taken more than a year now... even Navteq web site shows the SH190 extension correctly.

Probably can expect further divergence between Symbian and Windows Phone 8 mapping now as time goes by with Israel being just one example where data available on the latter if application is running "Online".

[Nokia N8] Ovi Maps NOT using GPRS data

I recently updated the my Nokia N8 software to PR1.1
I had used Ovi Maps before and it was working properly. The GPRS data was being utilized for positioning. But after updating the software, the counter at the bottom remains 0.0kb and shows "Not connected symbol"

Yes, I CAN browse the internet, both with the Default browser AND with Opera Mobile.
Also, after I browse the net, I can confirm the data usage in the logs for each session.
But, when I use Ovi Maps, the session for "Vodafone live!" does exist in the log but the usage is 0kB (U/D).

Here at my side, that update just doesn't show up in Ovi Suite.
I only see "Real Golf 2011" in the Install Device Application section of Ovi Suite.

XML Maps not displying all data

System Specification :
-XP with SP3
-MS Office 2003
-Flash V.10
-Xcelsius Engage 2008 Trial (5.3.0.0)
-Xcelsius Build number 12,3,0,670
I have created XML file and Imported in Excel. Design time I have 6 rows in sample xml file. I created XML Map connection and gave refresh option as every 5 sec. In my data I have 4 rows but in output it is displaying first 3 rows. I checked my Display Range it is proper. If I gave same XML file as input in XML Map connection then also it is loading first 3 rows. If I change anything in input file then it is displaying changes but not loading other rows but in design time it is displaying proper data from input url. Is there any way to fix it?

that is a disadvantage of xml maps. You will have to use the the xml connection for that.

Aggregate mapping not saving all data

Ok, this is the first time I have seen this problem. I am using Toplink 10.1.3.1 and I have an Altitude object, which is an aggregate which contains Integer alt and some enumerations for different types of altitudes. Upon persisting, I see that the enumerated types get persisted correctly, but the alt Integer goes into the database as null. What could be any possible reasons for this?

Ok, I have seemed to get closer to what may be the problem. The structure we have is sort of like this:
FlightPlan
Altitude altitude - Altitude is mapped as aggregate
FlightModel - Mapped as aggregate, with option set that can be null
FlightModel
int altitude - Mapped as read-only (this value should be the same as in the FlightPlan's altitude object)
List model - One-to-many with the model
If we happen to have the altitude object set in the FlightPlan, but we have a null FlightModel, then a null is the altitude in the database. But if I go and unmap the altitude in the FlightModel class, then upon persisting, the altitude in the database is as it should be and is not null.

Debuging mapping - error : Could not find test data for target operators ?

Hello, Please help me.
I use Oracle Warehouse Builder 10gR2.
I created a cube with two dimensions.
I debugged the mappings of these two dimensions then viewed their data after deployment.
I tried to debug the mapping of the cube, and got the error: Could not find test data for all source and target operators.
For source objects exist test data but for the target operator (cube_out) logically we do not need test data !!!! .
But the error is here: Could not find test data for target operators. Why ??
How to configure or explain to owb that the target operator do not have test data ????

I have two dimensions : DIM_1 and DIM_2 linked with the cube (Fact_table).
I have three mappings : MAP_DIM1, MAP_DIM2, MAP_CUBE.
For the MAP_CUBE, I have source operator : VIEW_IN and Target operator : CUBE_OUT.
I could see the data dimensions : DIM_1 and DIM_2 after debugging and Deployment in the OLAP schema.
I tried debugged the mapping: MAP_CUBE so I got the error: Could not find test data for all source and target operators.*

User Mapping: Could not save logon data

I have installed EP6 NW04 SP9 on an AIX system with DB2 database and I'm trying to assign mapping data (user & password) to users through User Administration -> User Mapping option.
When I try to save it, the portal shows the message: Could not save logon data.
During the installation I imported the Cryptography toolkit with strong encription so the property ume.usermapping.unsecure is set to false.
Would it be possible somebody to help me please.

I have the same problem and the parameter 'ume.usermapping.unsecure' is TRUE and encryption is weak. So, in UME configuration, the portal is integrated with ADS using ADS Flat + Database.
The version portal is EP6 SP 11!

Function is not available to this responsibility. Change Responsibilities or Connect to the System Administrator
I Added the Function "HR ADI Seeded Integrator Form Functions" into the "AE HRMS Manager" Responsiblity. It is also working and Export Data icon is enable.

B2B adapter is not polling any data from EDI X12 810 ECS file

Hi All,
I am new to Oracle B2B. I am using
Jdev 11.1.1.6
Oracle Editor : 7.0.5.4016
Document Protocol : EDI_X12
Document type : 810 (Invoice )
Version: 4010
Weblogic server :11.1.1.6.0
Requirement is : i had an EDI file and i need to translate the EDI map using the B2B adapter, transport to SOA Suite and insert into a custom DB.
Issue is : B2B adapter is not polling any data from EDI X12 810 ECS file
for this i created sample EDI X12 810 ecs file, i converted the same to .xsd and .dat file. I created partner, and while configuring channel i used '*Generic File 1.0*' protocol and i given folder path( i also checked, by just giving folder Name) in the folder name property of 'Transport Protocol Parameters' , i also placed sample xml file into this folder. And I created sample process in Jdev to poll data from this folder.
build and deployment is fine for this process, but no instances is created for this process. and the Process is not Polling any data from the folder which i mentioned in the Transport Protocol Parameters.
is this the way am doing is wrong for my current requirement or am i did any wrong step (as stated above ) ? Please help me. How can i receive data from this EDI file to my bpel process so that i can continue with the rest of the Process. Thank you in advance

I also has one more doubt, now i created ecs,xsd and .dat by selecting sample EDI file in Document editor. suppose i want create the same ecs ,.xsd and .dat for my gentran file which is of EDI x12 810 standard but i have it in PDF format , then how can i access that to in Document editor ( in the import option, i found Gentran DDF and Gentran Unix IG and i was getting the following error while importing my PDF file

Search Item drop-down does not show any data for Advanced Search.

I have a requirement to add a new criteria to the existing Advanced Search region of 'My Employee Information' in Manager Self Service responsibility. I substituted the AdvancedSearchVO to include the new column. Using personalization i did the below steps to show the new column in the page,
1) Created a 'Message Styled Text' item under Table Layout region to display the result. I associated the View Instance (AdvancedSearchVO1) and View Attribute (AttrColumn).
2) In Advanced Search Panel created a new CriteriaRow and set the 'Search Allowed' property to True.
3) In Advanced Search Mappings i tried to create the new mapping but the Search Item drop-down does not show any of the CriteriaRow item. But Results Item shows the 'Message Styled Text' item created in step 1 above.
Any idea what i would be missing becasue of which 'Search Item' property does not show any data?
I am using OAF version 12.1.1.

But when i tried to create a new custom page with advanced table and created a new LOV column via personalization. i was able to create new search mapping.. but this is not happening in the seeded page case :(.

Mapping conversion error in Dates

Hello Experts,
I am doing date conversion in Message Mapping from ECC date will come in YYYYMMDD for target i need to convert to YYYY_MM_DD for this i am using date transfer function.Issue is when date is coming like 20110908 it is converting properly like 2011-09-08
But when from ECC date is coming like 00000000 then by default it converting to 0002-11-30 how this date is coming i am not understanding actually it should convert like 0000-00-00 .

I am not quite sure why the conversion works like that. That said, the date 0000-00-00 is not a valid date, as that date has never existed. That may be the reason for the strange behaviour by PI.
I suggest you add fixed-values conversion before your dateConvert step in the mapping. Here you check for date 00000000 and map it to e.g. 00010101.
This should solve the issue, if you can live with a result date of 0001-01-01 in these cases.

Interface Mapping Not Found in Integration Directory

Hey guys!
I'am getting this error in the test configuration part of the integration directory:
"Interface Mapping: <Not Found> com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.BaseRuntimeException thrown during application mapping"
I don't see why I should be getting this error since I have properly defined a message and interface mapping for the receiving interface.
BTW, I get this error when I use XSLT mapping. If I point my interface mapping to a normal message mapping, I get no error. Is there anything I am missing?

The weird thing is that when I test the the configuration in the Integration Directory, it is still looking for my old message mapping (the one i created using xi editor) even though I already replaced the referenced message mapping in the interface mapping to the XSL one.
Yes, I tested the interface mapping with the same data using the XSL mapping and there's no problem.
When I send the message though, I get an error saying "NO_RECEIVER_CASE_ASYNC" I really don't see why it should not recognize the receiver. I tried refreshing the cache but it still looks for my old mapping program...

Maps not working in my Neo after ICS update

If I open Maps in my phone. It does not load the map properly even though I am in Wifi and later on it says Maps not responding, do you want to wait or quit!!
Is anybody else also having this problem?
Yesterday my Wifi was also behaving wierd. It was not able to establish proper connection with my router but finally when I turned off my phone and swithced it on, it got rectified.

Go to Play Store, search for Google Maps and see if there's any updates available. If there is, install it and then start Maps again and check if the problem is gone.
If there is not update available, go to Settings > Apps > Manage apps > Google Maps > Uninstall updates. If 'Uninstall updates' is grayed out, tap on clear data instead and then try the app again.

Buffer table not up to date - BBP_PD_PO_SAVE Function Module

I am trying to develop custom program for uploading POs into SRM and got struck at the time of BBP_PD_PO_SAVE function Module.
I followed the follwoing steps:
Step 1: Creating PO with BBP_PD_PO_CREATE - this step executed successfully.
Step 2: Trying to save PO data into SRM with BBP_PD_PO_SAVE - this step I am getting error message "Buffer table not up to date".

I am also doing the same in our project . But i am able to save the PO using BBP_PD_PO_SAVE Function Module .
If you are getting this error means , then you check the all guids mapping part .
Check all item guids ...have mentioned same parent guid
same to account deatils and partner data also.
