I have been an active member on these boards. I have read as much as I can and I write from time to time. I have been so busy in my life as well. In the process, I did not remember my Mariah Carey CD I ordered. I never got it, but have received everything else. I have as I said been so busy. I wound up buying the Mariah Carey CD in person, but not sure how to proceed. I never received the item in the mail. I did contact Best Buy for a full refund. I paid using PayPal with my credit card. I would appreciate at this point a full refund. I did though receive all my other items I ordered, but not the Mariah Carey CD. Please refund my money for this Mariah Carey CD. I also never meant to take so long. I have been busy. Please refund in full my money for the Mariah Carey CD. A refund only. Thank you.

You've checked the purchase history on your account e.g. you didn't have any pre-orders and/or auto-renewing subscriptions that were due ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases
If you didn't make the purchase, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption -

Only Spares users need to be prevented from creating Direct/Manual Sales Orders in Oracle.
As you suggested, if this will be done at Form level, that may Disallow FG users also to create Manula Sales Orders which should not be the case.
Further, I tried to test one scenario through Processing Constraints but it did not work.

Never received an order confirmation
I made an order on the website 2 days ago for the PS4 version of the Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward bundle, and 2 days later I still have yet to receive an order confirmation even though the promised delivery date was evidently this Wednesday. I didn't take the order number down because I expected the confirmation email to appear a few seconds later with it. I checked out as a guest under the same e-mail I used to make this account and my best buy credit card shows a pending transaction, is there anyway someone can find out whats going on with my order?

While generally email addresses don't have trouble receiving emails from us, .edu email addresses may have additional filters in place that may prevent you from receiving such emails.

I found the reason why our iPads are slow after iOS 5!!!!!!!
What you need to do is this:
1) launch settings, go to mail contacts and calendars, go to fetch new data, advanced, and set iCloud to fetch.
2) go back and set an interval of when to fetch. Mine is set for thirty minutes.
3) make sure on top push is still on, that means that all your emails will still be pushed, but all the iCloud sync (contacts, calendars, reminders, bookmarks) will happen at the interval you choose.
Restart the device. Your performance should be 10x faster! No more keyboard lag, nothing! Doing this puts less stress on the A4 chip, which we know we need every bit we can get with it now!!!
Optional:
1) in the settings, go to safari.
2) clear all history and cookies/data
3) enable private browsing. One of the biggest reasons why devices are slow is because it keeps all the history and cookies in the RAM. You need more RAM to make things faster. By turning on private browsing, it never records it! -

If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded then it should show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone, and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. If it doesn't show there then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes find it ?
