  • Command for planning sequence in analyzer

    Hi,
I have some exit variables inside the query columns (dynamic filter). I am reading these variable values in FOX code and this function is in one sequence. Now when i attach the planning sequence in button, and run it, it is not able to read these variable values. How can i do that? I just gave the command as execute planning sequence, sequence name and data provider filter.
    Please let me know.

    Hi,
System will not consider the values that are selected in query for execution of planning sequence even if the filter is same.
What you can do is pass the value of country selected in the query via command range to your planning function using a normal Manual Input variable say ZCNTRY .
Then in your FOX you can read the value of ZCNTRY and based on this can determine the value of currency. You can rather use a custom function module to determine the value for currency based on country than to use exit variable and call this function module using CALL FUNCTION in FOX.

  • Key Command for "Go to Next Marker" doesn't work properly

    Hi there!
While using Logic Pro 9.1.8 with Mountain Lion (10.8.2), it seems that the Key Command for "Go to Next/Previous Marker" doesn't work properly.
The only effect is, that a grey rectangle moves in the top of the Arrange Area while ignoring the Markers itself.
Any suggestions to solve it or is it me that is misbehaving?
    Cheers, GJ

    Hi
The commands work correctly here on the same OS etc: Cycle Locators jump to the next/prev marker and the Playhead jumps to the Start of the Marker.
Default KC are Control Command +Arrow Left/right
Step 1: check you are using the correct key command :-)

  • Key Command for Option Clicking a Marker

Option Clicking a Marker does just what I want. It sets the playhead to the beginning of that marker without selecting the marker. Now if I could make the Keypad behave the same way, I could save myself a lot of damage to my Marker tracks. Right now a keypad # selects the marker, moves the playhead to it and sets the locators around it. preferences to make this more granular would be welcome.
The option keypad numbers seem to be unused in the default key commands. Perhaps the option key could be set to trigger the same behaviour as option clicking a marker. it makes it intuitive (meaning I tried it.)

The only way I can think of is to use a Macro app like QuicKeys assigning a KeyStrokes to a sequence of two key commands:
    For example:
ctr+opt+cmd+1 triggers 1 (go to Marker 1) followed by sh+opt+D (Deselect All)
ctr+opt+cmd+2 triggers 2 (go to Marker 2) followed by sh+opt+D (Deselect All)
ctr+opt+cmd+3 triggers 3 (go to Marker 3) followed by sh+opt+D (Deselect All)
You can assign the QuickKeys commands (ctr+opt+cmd+1, etc) to the keypads and they will move the Playhead to that Marker and selects the Marker. However, QuicKeys sends the second KeyCommand right away and deselects the Marker.
No deleting of selected Marker by accident anymore.
The KeyCommands in Logic are already very powerful, but when combined with QuicKeys (or any other Macro app) that lets you fire up a sequence of KeyCommands or mouse click on specific areas on the Logic interface per key commands, then it gets really powerful. Combine that with multi-touch gestures on your TrackPad using the amazing BetterTouchTool app, an you can take your customized workflow to a whole new level.
    Hope that helps

  • HT3597 commands for voice control

Is there a list of commands for voice control?

Yea, I have a friend who has noticed this issue on his Z10.
I've tested on my Z30, and the voice feedback is loud and clear. We'll have to figure out the differenced in the devices or OS release, or settings.
What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options >  From the main screen, swipe down from the top black bezel to Settings > About... what is the OS Version listed there?

  • Replacing marker text for sevral markers in one shot.

I can't change marker text (such as an index entry) by using the Find/Change dialog box. If FrameMaker finds the marker text I specify, and if I type different text in the Change text box and click Change, FrameMaker replaces the marker--not the marker text--with the text in the Change text box.
To change marker text, i use the Special > Marker command
I have loads of marker spread over several documents. It is not practical to change each and every marker text manually.
Basically i have marker with marker text in the format "gotolink xyz.pdf:abc". I would like to replace the marker text to "gotolink xyz.fm:abc".
The marker text varies for different markers but the bottom line is replacing pdf to fm.
Please help me as early as possible.
    Regards,
    Damodar

Damodar,<br /><br />The fastest way would be to do the search & replace in the MIF files<br />using a text editor (such as UltraEdit or TextPad) or a regular<br />expression tool such as grep or Funduc's Search&Replace. <br /><br />You would look for the statement:<br /><br />   <MText `gotolink xyz.pdf:abc'><br /><br />and replace appropriately.<br /><br />To batch convert all of the files in a book to MIF, you could use the<br />trial version of mif2go available from Omni Systems at<br />http://www.omsys.com

  • How to hide user id and password for auto login in Analyzer 6.5?

Could anyone tell me is it possible to hide the user id and password for auto login in Analyzer version 6.5 and how? Thanks in advance...

    Sainath,
Referring admin guide as mentioned by Craig is good option.
Let me give you few steps that I did in one of my projects.
Open command prompt and navigate to the path "C:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\DataRelationshipManagement\client\batch-client".. here you can see many see other utilities as well.
drm-batch-client-credentials.exe is the one used to encrypt the userid and password.
open this in command prompt and then choose the application to which you want to encrypt the password.
then remove userid and password from batch script then run it... it does what you want

  • Command for silent installation of SCVMM Agent or adding Hyper-v Host to SCVMM

    Hello..
I have to add my Hyper-V host using command to SCVMM without access to SCVMM Console.
Plz provide me commands for that.

    Hi Richa,
I tested in my lab to add a domain joined hyper-v host with following command:
    Add-SCVMHost -ComputerName serverlab-01 -VMMServer scvmm2012r2-01 -Credential (Get-SCRunAsAccount -Name "domainadmin" )
The Runasaccount "domainadmin" is create via command "new-scrunasaccount" (during this command it will prompt to input the username and password in my case I added a domain admin account ):
    $credential = Get-Credential
    New-SCRunAsAccount -Credential $credential -Name "domainadmin"
Actually (in most cases), you can use "view script" in the GUI or at the end of the wizard , this may help us to know which command was used :

    Jerricayoung,
you have a 13-inch Mid 2012 MacBook Pro. It’s modern enough that it supports booting into Recovery mode. To do so, hold down a Command key and the R key as you start up. It should eventually show a Mac OS X Utilities menu. Select Disk Utility from that menu; when the Disk Utility window appears, select the bootable volume from the left-hand side of the window. (It’s typically called “Macintosh HD”.) When the volume is selected, some buttons will appear on the right-hand side. If it’s not greyed out, press the Verify Disk button; if it is greyed out, or if it reports on errors that it found, press the Repair Disk button. Once the verification/repair is completed, exit Disk Utility and select Restart from the Apple menu; that will restart your MacBook Pro in its normal mode. With luck, that will be enough to get you to your normal login screen, rather than the white screen.

  • DBV-00201: Block, DBA 224, marked corrupt for invalid redo application

    Hello Oracle gurus,
I ran a "dbv file=<datafile name>" against one of my datafiles that I suspected corruption in. it reported back with
DBV-00201: Block, DBA 224, marked corrupt for invalid redo application
DBV-00201: Block, DBA 243, marked corrupt for invalid redo application
DBV-00201: Block, DBA 244, marked corrupt for invalid redo application
DBV-00201: Block, DBA 245, marked corrupt for invalid redo application
DBV-00201: Block, DBA 246, marked corrupt for invalid redo application
Total Pages Marked Corrupt : 5
I then ran a "backup validate check logical database" in RMAN and it populated v$database_block_corruption with 2 rows, the same blocks as listed from the dbv output. I found the offending table, dropped it, and purged it from the recyclebin and ran another "backup validate check logical database". The v$database_block_corruption table returned no rows after this. However, when I run another "dbv file=<datafile name>", it is still reporting the same thing as before: DBV-00201: Block, DBA 224, marked corrupt for invalid redo application
Have I fixed the corruption problem? If yes, why is the dbv command still reporting corruption? If not, do I need to use dbms_repair?
    Respectfully,
    Mimi

DROP TABLE does not write on blocks/extents used by the dropped table (even with PURGE option). This explain why dropping the table does not remove the DBV error messages.

  • Expdb using Unix pipe command for max compression

I think the answer to this is NO, but I thought I'd ask the questions anyway, in case some of the Oracle geniuses on this site have figured out a way around this.
We have been using the existing exp/imp commands for years, due to the fact that we can pipe the output through a pre-setup file that will compress the data as it is written. Since we have moved onto the 10g and now the v11 software, we are starting to what to utilize the parallelism that is afforded in expdp, but don't want to deal with the space required for non-fully compressed exports that occurs with expdp.
So the question is, has anyone figured out a way to use expdp and using 'on the fly' compression like you could do with the old exp utility on Unix boxes??
    Any help would be appreciated....

Unfortunately, no--it has to do with the parallel nature of the file ops that prevents compression through a pipe. However, if you buy the Compression option in 11--you can compress on the fly.
    See this white paper.

  • RS232 Serial commands for Cisco 32" LCDs

Are the serial commands for power on/off for the Cisco 32" LCDs different than the 40" and 52" monitors?
The "rs232.tx_hex=aa11fe010111" for power on and "rs232.tx_hex=aa11fe010010" work fine on the 40"s but the 32"s do not respond to these same commands.
I know the 40" and 52" LCDs are Samsung. The 32"s appear to be LG so I would suspect the serial commands would be different as well.
I have been unable to find any documentation for the 32"s.
    Thanks in advance

    Doug,
Have you tried using the Control TV icon in the DMP Manager?
You can power on and off the Cisco 30" from here along with
    other rs232 control commands.
You also could use wireshark to sniff the wire to
see what codes the DMM are sending the DMP.
    Cisco 32"\LG - RS232.Control
To use the RS232 commands on the DMP the serial port must be set to ON and
be pointed at the /dev/ttyS1 device.
To check this create a System Task to check your settings using Task 5
below. If your serial port is anything other than /dev/ttyS1 use Task 1
    to set it correctly.
    TASKS
    =====
    1. Create a system task under application
    use type "set"
    name it "RS232 ON"
    init.startService_rs232=yes&rs232.device=/dev/ttyS1&mib.save=1&mng.reboot=1
    2. Create system task "RS232 OFF"
    use type "set"
    init.startService_rs232=no&rs232.device=/dev/ttyS1&mib.save=1&mng.reboot=1
    3. Create system task "Cisco 32N LCD ON"
    use type "set"

    4. Create system task "Cisco 32N LCD OFF"
    use type "set"

  • Need example vi using AT commands for dialing the modem at the remote end

Can any one give example vi for dialing up a modem and sending data to remote end

    Hi sindhu6,
Presuming that you are connected to your modem via a serial connection:
I did find a forum related to your enquiry: http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/AT-commands-in-labview/td-p/1213335
And I did find an example from ni.com: http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/2577
Basically, what you need to do is to find out what are the AT commands used for your modem and send the command over using VISA related functions (e.g. VISA Read VI). You can send the command in a sequantial method. You can do this by using the method found in the first link. The best would be that you can create a state machine where by each case/state will consists of commands that you need to run in a sequence (let's say a sequence of AT commands for sending a message via TCP/IP communication).
You can also use a sequence structure but I would not suggest that since you cannot stop the sequence half way and if your command is very long, this may look pretty messy for your code.
    The main question is:
What is the version of your LabVIEW?
What is the modem that you are using and how is your hardware setup is going to be (e.g. how did you communicate with your modem)?
    Thank you
    Warmest regards,

  • Currency Translation for Calculated Key figures

Hello Friends I want to use the Currency Translation for Calculated Key figures.
But when I go to Query and go to conversion tab it is always greyed out. Does that mean we can set the fixed conversion type for calculated key figures. like ZSAD Total debit - credit -flow value.
What is the way to do fixed currency translation in query for calculated key figures.
All the below is done now just want to specify this in query but I can'nt since it is greyed out.
    All the below is done
I have created a Currency Translation Type " FiscperConversion" "ZVHGR" now this has Exchange Rate Type from Variable "ZVARN" (Which is a variable single value manual input on 0RTYPE Infoobject for exchange rate.)
    2. Now Currency Tab: Target Currency is selected from Variable placed in the Report. ZRPVAR.
    3. Now the Variable Time Reference is used. Standard Infoobject 0FISCPER
    which is beginning of period.

    Hi soniya
Your calculated KF is result of some calculation ...so system will not allow u to do any translation on it...to get CT on CKF you should do it on base key figure...still if you wish to do then you can create a formula variable having processing type a customer exit...write code in cmod to rad exchange rate and multiply ur CKF by this formula variable....
    Thanks

  • Display All Marked / Flagged for Follow Up Emails Separately

Display All Marked / Flagged for Follow Up Emails Separately
I was wondering, is there actually a way to display flagged emails in some sort of folder or separate view at least, as it is common within desktop mail applications and any other user interfaces from free email providers like Gmail, Yahoo!, or AOL and the likes?
It's very complicated and not very user friendly to mark an email for follow up, because you need to decide at what point in the future you want to be reminded. When that day arrives and you're not ready to reply yet, you will have to go through each follow up email again and repeat those steps to re-mark them for a later date. And that is really annoying. Or am I missing something here?
Can't I just simply mark my emails, like, star them in order to review them later and to be able to have a look at them from time to time, just like it is possible in other applications or in your browser?
I have noticed that there is an option to star an email within a Gmail account, but I'm not quite convinced that they sync both ways properly anyway. Also, that feature doesn't come with all email services. For example, how would I star an email in my AOL account?
I understand that BlackBerry is not based on IMAP and therefore has its limitations, however, it would be nice if there was another solution for this, or an explanation at least. It's simply impossible to go through hundreds and thousands of emails in order to find a flagged email.
It's already a pain that the emails themselves won't sync (read/unread) with your desktop and other devices, but do you have any advice or workaround to improve the synchronization of flagging or starring?
I have been using BlackBerrys for many years now, and I really still enjoy them, but the fact that it isn't based on IMAP is a big downside and no longer up to date. Times really have changed.
Another thing: When I mark as follow up, the default time always seems to be 5 p.m. -- probably because the calendar day starts at 9 AM and ends at 5 PM by default. I thought changing the "day ends" option would do the trick and also change the default time for the reminder, unfortunately it isn't. Is there another way to change that, or will I have to set the time manually every time?
Your help is very much appreciated.
