Marketing call lists

Hi all,
I have a BIG problem with our call list management process. We are configuring the marketing scenario in our CRM 4.0 system in order to generate several calls from a given target group.
Our problem is based on the agent distribution (of these calls) because we don't find any way to distribute these calls based on rules. (We need assign the generated calls
to different call center agents based on a specific customer criteria. The manual assignment provided by CRMD_TM_CLDIST tcode is not absolutely usefull for our customer).
We noticed that we can do this if we use CRMD_CALL_LIST (instead marketing planner) combined with the Assignmnet Profile (IMG-CRM-IC WinClient - Call List) and
assignment rule development (CRM_CLM_ASSIGNC_BADI BADI).
<b>Do you know any alternative way to distribute calls from an automatic marketing generated call lists?</b>

Thanks for your answer but this solution is not valid for our requirements. We need to assign the marketing calls from a postal code perspective for example.
If the sold.to.party postal code is in a specific range, we need to assign the call to the Agent XX.
I think this is a development requirement but I don't know where's the BADI or whatever.

    I have found what looks like a solution for marketing attributes.
    Marketing attribute in the text field, interactive script
    However, even though I followed this It is still NOT updating the marketing attributes for the given BP.
    Also, I am no further forward in knowing how to add BDC Field entries in the Answer so that we can update BP fields like the preferred communication method etc.
    I would like to hear from you if you have found a solution Muneeb.

  • 7921 Received Call List

    On the received call list of a 7921 wireless phone, it is showing the same call listed in every slot.  The same call meaning same calling party, same time repeated over and over.  Is this a setting that can be changed?  The software version for the phone is 1.2.1.

    This is a known issue with this phone in all phone loads prior to 1.3. The software defect is:
    CSCsu45825  
    CP-792X: Call history record populated incorrectly after firmware upgrade
    Until we incorporate a firmware with the fix, your only option is to reset it back to factory defaults. This will clear the issue.

  • Call list: calling hours not taken into consideration

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a question. We are using CRM 7.0 EHP1, and especially marketing functionality.
    We are generating call lists from a marketing campaign. What we see is that the customer calling hours are not taken into consideration when creating the call list.
    However, if we create the call list the "old-fashioned" way (using CRMD_CALL_LIST), we have the option "scheduling... based on calling hours".
    How can I achieve that calling hours are also considered when creating the call list from the campaign?
    Is there a customizing setting, or do I need to activate a BAdi?

    Also, keep in mind that MRP calculates availability of inspection stock in two ways.
    Before an inspection lot is created, (i.e. a purchase order or production order is out there and planned already, MRP uses the expected GR date plus the Avg. GR days on the main QM view for the material to determine the availability date.
    Once the inspection lot is created however, MRP uses the end date of the inspection lot which is the lot creation date plus the avg insp. duration in the inspection type setup in the material master.  This can result in some minor differences if you aren't careful in setting your various fields in the material master.
    If a material is going to reside in QI for an extended time, the lab should use QA02 to modify the end date of the inspection lot.

    it can be done with the help of a system code 'sy-xcode'. it is initialised the time list is sorted so just keeping a check point, we can solve this problem.

  • IPhone 5s outgoing call list unknown random phone numbers

    I got a call from a friend yesterday, when I hung up it was a different phone number that what they had called me when I picked up the phone.  I checked my outgoing phone call list and there are a bunch of phone numbers from all over the country.  What is going on, the phone I got a week ago brand new from the local verizon store.

    Had same issue as other weak and dropped calls. Sent me new phone but there ** means I will need to go to the store which I dread. Cannot remove sim card with paper clip. Geez I have had it with this upgrade!

    The Recent call list will display the last 100 calls.
    You can scroll through the list to see from the beginning to end.

  • Bounces in Marketing Contact List??

    Hi Experts,
    In SAP Library I found the information that bounces should be reflected in Marketing Contact List. But I do not see where I am suposted to see the bounces. Indeed, I am sending a marketing campaign (emailing) in TEST system. One of the bps in the target group has a wrong email adress. This causes an automatic reply "delivery failure". But in the Marketing contact list the bp appears as successfully contacted.
    The mail form was created with ERMS option.
    Where am I supposed to see the bounce in the report? I suppose the "number of successfull mails" - entry is missing.
    In our test system the bp with the wrong email adress has this entry.
    Can anybody confirm this?
    What might be missing in our system?

  • I am recieving calls from a solicitor. Show up as no caller Id. I want to block all calls that do not show caller Id. Can I do that? I am on the do not call list

    How do I block all in coming calls that do not show on my caller Id. Phone says "no caller id" This particular call is from a place selling septic tank cleaner. They leave an automated voice mail. They are calling me over and over. I am on the national do not call list but that's no help. Because the caller id doesn't show anything I can't even report them.
    I remember in the past calling a number and before my call would go thru I would have to enter my phone number so the party I was calling knew who was calling them. That is what I want to do. I want to block all calls from "no caller id" "number unavailable" Just FYI my phone is an IPHONE 5 and I am on Verizon.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    FaceTime keeps a list of the most recent calls you made, received, or declined, with the most recent call at the top. To return a call, click the Video button  or the Audio button . To remove a call, select it and press Delete.

  • Telephone Call List not showing in the T.Code - CRMD_TM_CLDIST

    Hi Experts,
    We are working in SAP CRM- ISU project in which we need to transfer the telephone call list to CRM .When we execute the transaction code CRMD_TM_CLDIST in CRM,system does not show any call list,as in ECC system is reflecting one call list successfully transferred(No of lines for processing 1)
    We have executed the transaction FPVT to transafer the call list to crm system but crm system is not showing any call list under transaction code CRMD_TM_CLDIST.
    Please share your input as how telephone call list will be displayed in crm system through ECC.

    We are triggering the dunning process in SAP ECC, there when we excute the transaction FPVT after entering all the details & click on execute then in ECC,system shows that (No of lines for processing 1).
    We need dunning customers in CRM through calling list,but when we execute the T.code CRMD_TM_CLDIST, no calling list is reflecting.

    Are the contact details in your contacts app, the phone app uses the contact app to put names against telephone numbers.

    I have to implement the following requirement:
    When the user clicks on the button END in Interaction Center the user should come back to the CALL LIST.
    Right now the the system always is getting back to IDENTIFY ACCOUNT. This is not very comfortable for the user as he or she has always make a view clicks to come back to the call list in order to call the next account (customer).
    I tried to implement the required behaviour using rule policies (Intent Driven Interaction).
    I customized the following:
    If
    Current Event Equals Interaction ended
    Then
    Navigate To ( Navigation Object type:Action = "IC_BT_IHI:B" )
    Now I am pretty sure that the event 'Interaction Ended' is the right one, BUT my action is not correct! The system does not jump back to the call list.
    My problem is that I can't find the correct action which gets me back to the CALL LIST!
    Or is there another way to implement this requirement?
    I would really appreciate your help!

    Define Generic OP Mapping:
    Flag at 'Use Link ID'
    Maintain IC_CALLIST in Logical Link ID
