Marketing Planner Tab Pages

Hi,
In our development system, all the tab pages are not available for Marketing Plan and Campaign, but for Trade Promotion and Deals, more tab pages are available.
For example, Channels, Segments, Product Catalogs, Products, Allocation Planning and Discounts are available for Trade Promo but not available fo rMkt Plan and Campaign.
What should I do make these Table available for Mkt Plan and Campaign.
I was browsing IDES system, and these Tabs are available for Mkt Plan and Campaign in that system.
Please help.

Go to SPRO -> CRM -> Marketing -> Marketing Planning (....) -> User Interface Options.
There you can define which fields are visible for each marketing object.

We are working on CRM 4.0.
we have transferred the BP data from X server to Y server .
But when we check BP in Y server I found that Marketing attributes tab page is missing.
Can any one suggest me in this regard? Any help will be greatly helpful and highly rewarded.

DV,
1. Please check that the Marketing Attributes Screen is registered properly under the various BDT settings: Transcations BUS5 for the screen (CRM005 I believe) and BUS6 for the screen sequence. You may want to try regenerating the screens and objects, otherwise also have a look at transaction BUCO.
2. Check that the screen tabs for the General Data under the business partner are being painted properly in the correct sequence.
3. Try and verify that the authorizations for the marketing tabs are available to the user. See note 614514.
Let us know how it goes, and please elaborate on System X and Y as well as the SP level.

Table name & field name for the tab Document in Marketing Planner

Anybody knows what is the table name and field name for the "Document" in Marketing Planner and Account Planner. In this tab we attach relevant Campaign or Coupon or reference advertisement document. I am not able to find out in which table and field it is storing.

you have to use the table RESB only to get the total qty by using the field BDMNG
or create the query using the same table and get total qty report.

Hi Suvarna,
Why do u have to create a separate login page? You can assign all your worksets to a role and assign it to a user so that on logging in the user will be able to view the worksets. Make sure to make entry point of role & worksets to Yes or if you want your worksets alone to be visible then you can make entry point of role as No.

Last Record in Marketing Planner BSP

Hi all,
I use Marketing Planner on BSP. When a user logins to system to directly marketing planner (?appl=CRMD_MKTPL), he gets the last trade promotion he created or changed on the system.
And when he wants to create a new trade promotion it is shown under the old one in the Marketing Projects hierarchy.
Any ways to make user see the a blank page he can create new trade promotion when he logs in.

I think this problem is very similar to the problem described by Vishal Lahoti in the topic Default Query not getting executed in PCUI. Perhaps you should post OSS Messages referencing each other to get a soluton from SAP.

Go to t/code DNO_CUST01 and double click on SFL1 and make sure "number range" is 01 and "action profile" is SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO.
Your number range interval in t/code CRMC_NR_RA_SERVICE should be consistant with NR details in t/code DNO_NOTIF (check note: 498984 to set it up)

Hi Kishore,
Identification tab is used primarily to record Personal Data of a BP like ***, Marital Status, Nationality, Occcupation, Birth Date etc., once we input these details here, it is very useful in Marketing, particularly for segmentation of the Customers and creation of the target groups based on these criteria.
For ex: Creation of Target Group of all BP's belonging to Nationality India.
One more importance is to record is in identification tab you can assign an industry sector to business partners in the category 'Organization'
As well as to record Business partner number in external system or a legcay system, If the current business partner is known under a different number in an external system, you can store this number here for information purposes.
Direct input gives you the option of maintaining a business partner by specifying the external business partner number. If you maintain business partner data in your legacy system, you can transmit changes made to business partners to the SAP system without having to know the SAP business partner number in the legacy system.
Also this tab is used to record the Tax Numbers and Tax Classification, which is used for Pricing to calculate the taxes, by configuring the Transaction Tax Engine (TE) in IPC.
Lastly, in BP Role Employee, this tab is used to record Employee Data like +Personnel Number, User Name,+ i.e.Logon name of the user, for example 'KELLERH', this is primarily used in Partner Determinatin Procedure, wherein you define a procedure that the Employee Responsbile is by default the user who is logged in, than the user who is logged in and creating a Business Transaction (for ex. Sales Order, Marketing Campaign, Trade Promotion, Telesales etc.), his user name will be taken by default in the Employee Responsible field.

BP notes in control tab page

Hi,
I m new to Is-u.
In Business Partner screen (BUG2), there is one tab page "CONTROL" .
in this tab page there is section called " Notes", where various text are maintained, like correspondance, accounting note, marketing note etc.
my question is, is it a standard setting? or it is customization?
where this setting can be done (I checked in BUPT -- screen layout but i did not able to find)
& in which table the entry of the text is going?
Please guide me.

You can maintain these in the spro settings. Path is as follows:
Cross-Application Components --> SAP Business Partner --> Business Partner --> Basic Settings --> Notes (Define Note Views & Assignement of note views to roles (BUPA))

Tab pages tip position

Hello world,
i builded a front panel with a tab control and then i set for each tab page a tip going in "description and tip".
What
happens is that both in compile-time and in run-time the tip appears in
proximity of the left-upper corner instead of close to the mouse
pointer.
Any clue on how solve this problem?Thanks!

The
reason for the "misplaced" tooltip is that the tab control as whole can
have a tooltip. This tooltip is displayed at each page which does not
have an own tooltip. The position of this "general purpose tooltip" is
below the mouse pointer as expected.
If you include a tooltip for
a page, this tooltip is indeed displayed above the mouse pointer. I'm
ok with that since it show the user: here is a tooltip which is only
valid for this very page.
The only thing which is not clear to me
is the fact, that the x-axis position of the tooltip depends on the
direction, the mouse pointer was moved above the page selector: coming
from right, the page-tooltip is displayed on the right upper corner of
the mouse pointer("left justified"), if the mouse pointer was moved
from the left, the page-tooltip is "right justified".

How do i add a site to New Tab page without making it a bookmark first?

You can drag an history item as well (e.g. from the history sidebar), so yuo do not need to bookmark a website.

How Do I Pin A Tile To My New Tab Page, Instructions On Here Do Not Work.

These new FF updates are going to drive me to drink. It's a simple question, one would think, yet I cannot find the answer. FF29 has "tiles", I suppose they are called, when you click on "new tab page". At one point, I had them all on there...how, I don't remember.
Now, my "tiles" are disappearing. I have changed NOTHING. How do I re-add the websites I want to those tiles?

Those instructions do not work. I do not have any little pin in those squares. When I go to a website that I usually go to, the only option I get is "Pin Tab" but that only adds a tab at the top of the browser window, it does NOT add it to the tiles, like I want.
I've tried the "Show All Bookmarks" route, and tried to drag the bookmark to a tile, it does NOT work.
There are 9 tiles. If I want to change them around, or re-add the 4 that have mysteriously disappeared today, HOW do I do that? Again, those blank tiles do NOT show a "pin" anywhere. They were set up, then they started to disappear. Again, I've changed NOTHING. It should not be this difficult to add a website to my tiles on my new tab page.

I know how to use about:config & have had the usual problems with newtab page tiles but this is more like a bug- using 33.0.1. Doesn't show tiles icon in top right corner just shows a gear that is used to hide the empty tiles that I can't fill with sites. First it would only show 2 rows of 4 columns even though I had it set to 5 & 6 then few days later for no reason they went empty with a serrated line around the tiles & can't drag from the bookmarks---- really bloody annoying!!!!!!! Possibly a setting in the about:config but i can't fig it out?
